Dollar tree needs to do better on their costumer service training. I’d rather pay more money to go somewhere else then have to deal with the rude people at this dollar tree. This is the second dollar tree that the employees have been rude to me and my family.

I was trying to purchase balloons for my niece's birthday, but I was informed that even though there were about 20 different balloons on display, I could only pick from the few that already had Helium in them. Anyhow, this store has so many things and at excellent prices! I certainly recommend trying this store before buying regularly priced items at Dollar General or Walmart! 💲🌲🎈🎉🎁🍴🍭🦄🎀 🛍💳

Not good. This was only second time I have been I'm this store. And it will be my last. The people are Rude! If you ask for assistance they act like it's the end of the world. Not a smile on any of the employees, not a thank you or have a nice day. Just plain Rude

Went there Sunday morning at 10a.m. on June 14, and the young lady there was very nice and welcoming. I'll pass by all dollar stores in order to come to this location. She put me in a better mood just by her warm welcoming.

Cashier Rashida scrolling on her cellphone while checking out me at the register. Very disrespectful and unprofessional for her to be using her cellphone while assisting a customer. She propped her cellphone by the scanner and she would scan with one hand while scrolling through her cellphone with her other hand. She definitely need customer service training

The workers were friendly and there was a nice selection of items available, but the store was a mess. There were empty boxes all over the floors. The shelves were empty for some items, but that's likely a Christmas restock issue.

Store "leader" was rude tonight. She left a young kid on his first week at the register while she "stocked." He kept having questions and he would have to call her the line grew longer and longer. She would come and be annoyed at him for having a question. I was disgusted at the behavior. Extremely tactlesss and poor customer service.

Love this place! Lady in front of me was short 2.14$. As I was reaching for the money to help her, the cashier did it!!! I'm updating this post as of 3/2/22, and I hate to tell anybody that hasn't been lately...the Dollar Tree is now the Dollar .25$ Tree. Thanks President Biden.

I like it there, though since the COVID-19 is around I wish we dont have to pull the dors to open a shut them. I know they clean it after store hours but not during the day.
