The cashiers at this site are AMAZING! I came in to grab something quickly, and noticed that the cashiers were helping a customer figure out why a coupon did not work at checkout. I didn't mind waiting while they very patiently worked with the customer to show her the information about the fine print on the coupon. They didn't come across as impatient or irritated. They were THE BEST! You don't see much customer service like that anymore.

This Dollar General is really a nice, clean store with really nice and helpful employees. They usually always have the shelves stocked and fronted. They are also very friendly and greet you when you come in the door. They are also very vigilant while stocking shelves and will stop and ask you if you need any help.

This store is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and patient. Roshanda treated every customer with respect and her conversations were very comforting. This store should definitely be a model for the others!!

Yes the dollar store is one of my most favorite places to shop due to its cheap prices and great items they keep they continue bringing into the store. The only thing I see a problem with is that they don't want to hire enough help in order to keep the store professionally cleaned stopped and well ran I work for the dollar store no Grove Mississippi got fired because the manager took me off the schedule that was her word against mine then they messed up on how to pay me my check can be direct deposited so they had to send me paper check to the store and I never received my $177 check my biggest check for working there of course I said that they have a problem with not wanting to play the pay their former employees for there time work on the floor to make them money

This Dollar General is my 2nd favorite!! It's the cleanest one I've entered. The items are very easy to locate and the shelves are always full of stock. The employees are very nice also.

One reason I like this Dollar General location in Dixie on Elks Lake Rd is because they stay open until 10 pm.!! Also, it's only about a 10 minute drive from my house, which is very convenient, especially if I'm making a meal and I'm short just one ingredient or need a soda! Along with Dollar General, there is a convenient store, Turbo Valero, next door, as well as a hair-cutting salon, and Newt's Catfish restaurant. This gives you a variety of shopping interests in a small strip-mall type area in my small hometown of Dixie 🤩😊💁‍♀️💇‍♂️💆‍♂️💇‍♀️👈🛍🐟🦀🦐 🦑🐌🤑👨‍🍳👩‍🍳💅💖💫

Messy, had to move three different restock carts in three different areas, not to mention the carts were all up and down the isles. How does the store expect to reach sales goals if customers can't find what they are looking for.

Generally what you expect from a dollar general, this one gets lots of traffic due to it's close proximity to Petal High. Most times things are all over the place in the store and the staff can't keep up with putting things in their place. They have run out of propane on several occasions so make sure you have a back up plan if that's what you need.

A good place to shop if you do not want to go to a big store, but this one particular store needs to redo the side building parking. There is a dip in the pavement and is a trip hazard.

It was not organized, lots of crates sitting in the isle. Every isle i went down, this male employee always needed to be right where I was shopping. I finally just paid and left.
