**DO NOT go to this Club or use their Online delivery/Pick up services**I placed an online order on November 22nd to be delivered that evening between 5-7pm. My order was showing it was running late. I checked my email again and on November 24th I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled due to it being out of stock. But online it still showed it was in stock. I reordered the item on November 25th as a pick up. I looked on the 27th the day I was suppose to pick it up and I received an email that my pick up order was cancelled. I live about 55 minutes from this Sam’s, I was already near the area. So I called the club, which took a vast amount of time to get someone on the phone. I was connected to the pick up area. I asked the employee about why my order had been cancelled and what had happened with these 2 orders. The employee went to “check” if they still had this item. I was on hold for a moment. The employee picked back up and stated that my order was cancelled by a manager and that they had another one like it for $150. I stated why would they cancel my order when it still shows it is in stock online? The employee stated our online isn’t accurate with what we have in the store. I also stated I had 2 charges on my card for these two orders. The employee stated he wasn’t to sure about when it would release, but they told him before 3-7 business days. I ended that phone call and proceeded to go to the Club. Before even going to guest services about this issue, I went to the aisle to see if I could find the item myself. There were two of the items on the shelf I have a photo to prove this. I will NOT be recommending this Sam’s Club in person or online to ANYONE. That is pure laziness of not checking your aisles for items that have been ordered. No one helped me when I was in the store or on the phone. I ended up having to purchase this item in the store, putting another charge to my card. I believe this Sam’s needs new management or more competent workers to look for items instead of playing on their phones as I observed when looking for my item myself in store.

I returned a $11.75 gift and got a gift card at pearl ms Sam's club since they don't do exchanges. I bought 2 new items then waited in line to pay. I was told by the cashier gestapho that there was no money on card. I walked back to customer service that was now 4 people deep. When I finally got to csr , she said there was indeed $11.75 ON my card. I paid for the additional item I had. There was a total of 2 items. The customer service was next to the entrance. I tried to exit with receipt in hand for the 2 items when I was illegally detained by the entrance girl and some man. Probably theft deterrent. I was told to walk the approximately 50 feet into the store and the 50 feet back out. Seems like after you own the product they should not be allowed to kidnap a personal and illegally detain them.

I just moved down to Pearl MS from Bentonville Arkansas and the quality of customer service down here is awful.I asked to speak to a manager about an item that others in the store thought it was sold out… And this “manager” was very rude to me.Her name is Kierra, and she should be doing something else that doesn’t involve customer service as she is terrible at it. Hope this change. I was going to spend over $900 on an outdoor shed but now I rather buy it somewhere else.

First time there in a couple of years .Its a awesome place to find a deal on a lot of items needed around the house .They have some awesome steaks . We always get some steaks for the grill .

Beautiful and very clean Sam’s Club. The even have self check out at the Cafe. Kayla at the Cafe was so sweet to my daughter and dad when she served them.

I went to Sam's two days in a row, February 14 and 15th, and there was no lysol clothes disinfectant. The guy who worked at the Peatl location advised it would be in on the 18th. I live over 20 miles out, so I decided to call first and verify if it was there today and they said yes. Once I arrived to Sam's in Pearl, MS there was no lysol. On top of everything, they could not offer me anything for my time waisted and inconvenience.

We visit Sam's rarely since there are only a small handful of items we buy in bulk. When we do go, it is generally a good experience, and we are able to locate what we need.

The cafe staff are so rude. Their attitudes make me bypass Pearl and go to Madison. I can’t give names because they don’t wear name tags. I will say the older lady is pleasant but the ones under 60 are TERRIBLE!

Sam's (Pearl) is usually cool. Today experience an instant savings that I did not receive. I went to customer service which took forever. When I get there she tells me, you have to buy two, but the sign about the baby wipes didn't say I had to buy two even though it is in the instant saving booklet. I told the customer service lady, Christine, the sign should reflect what's in the booklet because it doesn't state buy 2. She was just like, okay.... Great customer service to me would be to honor what's posted & redo a sign for correction! So I got a refund after standing in line for 30 minutes or more. It's time to renew my membership....may I will, may I won't!!

Admittedly, I visit Sam's infrequently - but, membership has its privileges, and renewal time is here.Nice clearance prices on baby clothes! 😍 The checkout line wasn't too long, either. Always a plus!I'll be back for holiday shopping!

The store is very well organized and the associates are friendly. Also, they will open extra checkout counters if the lines start getting too long.04/2024: It's still my favorite Sam's Club. The pharmacy staff deserves special recognition as they are very friendly and competent.

I'm so disappointed at the food court. Out of town just trying to get pizza for the family. We arrived around 5pm. The line was so long I waited for over 25 minutes, just to be told they're out of meat pizza & you have to get what's already baked in the window. I didn't want by the slice! It was obvious they didn't want to bake anymore. I definitely won't be back.

Well-stocked and quite clean before a holiday even thought it was very busy. However, if you just HAPPEN to see a female by the name of Alexis working customer service? Get someone else to assist you. She has ABSOLUTELY ZERO EXPERIENCE with customer service. Now, giving snarky attitude, she can give that in a typical Sam's load! And unfortunately, that is the reason is why I have to mark it down so many stars...

This Sam’s club is a good one. It’s always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. They always have clean carts ready for you to use right when you walk in the door. This location can get really busy, so I always recommend using Scan & Go so you don’t have to wait in line.

Trying to find a Handicap parking is near impossible. I use Sam's pharmacy and already a long walk from the front door to the pharmacy but when they only have approximately 12 maybe 15 Handicap parking spots makes me ask myself why I put myself through having to take a hike to pick up my medication's. Wish they had either more Handicap parking or a Handicap Uber to make the 1/4 mile trip to just get into the front door.Hate to say but the answer is no it hasn't changed. Handicapped parking is limited to very few but Stephanie in the pharmacy is absolutely the best out of all your employees. She goes way over her duties to help with all pharmacy customers and wish she was also over getting more Handicapped parking because it would have been done.If not for the pharmacy I would NEVER go here again.Seems like customer service is not available at this location.

I have fun every time I go to Sam's I walk around and talk to people, I know what is Big product and what's not in there because I've been shopping there for a long time. And I'm not ashamed to tell somebody or I think it's something really good we're purchasing. That's me straight up have no filters I just say what I think but I've been shopping there for a long time and had a lot of fun with the people that are in there customers. It's kind of an entertainment for me besides you know purchasing stuff I have a lot of fun and you know when you get older you got to have a little fun on your way out just remember that.

I used to dread going to Sam's club, the lines were ridiculous and you couldn't get help hardly, the meat dept has gotten a lot better, the floor associates mostly just act like you are in their way. Since they came out with the scan and go app though, I don't hesitate to go there, it is so simple to use and when I am done shopping, I just check out on my phone and show the bar code to the exit associate, I love the app. The floor people are still about the same, but knowing I don't have to deal with their poor attitude and wait in line for 30 - 45 minutes makes it better. I went today to exchange a cellular deer camera and Quana from the Pearl Mississippi store went out of her way to help me find a replacement since it wasn't out on the floor, she went all around looking for it for me.

I'm in loves with these surplus membership clubs. I get my necessities in bulk bottle water, paper plates, condiments, coffee pods,etc. The scan and go app is a real game changer in and out get what I need scan it and bypass the checkout lane. Love it.

Get the app! There is nothing like rolling up to the front with your cart full of goodies, all scanned into your cell phone while you were shopping. Slide the little button over to pay, smile at all the other people patiently waiting in line and, you are out of there! Woot!Update, September 2023. Everything remains about the same, the app is definitely the way to checkout!

This Sam’s Club is clean. However, the cashiers and the receipts checkers won’t speak to you and just seem annoyed to be there. Seems like low employee morale. Only one line accepted cash. No boxes to take your items home unless you find them on a shelf. The store and items are fine as long as you don’t mind poor customer service. I personally decided I won’t re-up my membership because I want to spend money somewhere I feel welcomed. I’ve given it a year worth of chances and the majority of the time I have been disappointed.

I ordered curbside. I chose 3-4 pm. I went up there around 330 hoping my order would be ready. I stayed til 430 and went and ran errands. I did not get an alert that my order was ready until 7:34 pm. I understand that you may be short staff or busy but getting an alert 3 hours later is unacceptable.

Give them extra deals give them cheaper prices but don't make it where they have a special time to walk in my money is just as green as theirs.
