This was the first time I visited this store in years. It is one of the few stores you can go in, and it's like stepping back in time. This store hasn't really changed since I was a kid.

I went in to purchase a few items this morning. It was like 3 ladies and 1 guy standing around at the register just talking. One walked off while the others stood there having a conversation. I asked do I need to go to another line or something the lady said no you can come here. But still continued standing there and gossiping while another lady waited behind me in line. I put my things down and walked out.

Under new management the store has come a long way when it comes to being clean and organized. Still need more cashier's cause the lines can become very long and some cashier's are very slow and rather talk to fellow employees than getting the customers rang up.

I like this store because there is usually a great variety of things. I have only been here a couple of times. I was very excited on my last trip because I found several great items including a barbecue grill. Got home, which is 2 hours away, found the grill to be missing 2 of its legs! The bottom portion of it was also severely bent.😞 The box was slightly damaged, but not enough to make u question the purchase. Now I'm stuck with it because it would cost what was paid for the grill to take it back..

This place is great, when a manager is working. The staff and cashiers specifically are very rude and seem to be day-dreaming a bit when theres 7 people in line and the only active cashier is handling a return, the other 4 staff decided they would stand there and talk instead of assisting the other 7 customers waiting to leave. Mr. Watts the manager does a great job of taking care of this place but the staff he has working at the front leave alot to be desired. Aside from that the place can be confusing and downright impossible to navigate during the holidays due to all the products cast all over the floor and mix-matched on the shelves.

Store is a mess!! Management as well as reg shift employees are lazy and rude. Customer Service is horrible!!! The district manager has great people skills. The store needs to follow his lead. They need to start fresh with a new crew and train them on how to handle as well as talk to customers. We are the reason they have a job. I will not shop here again.

Thia store has a friendly atmosphere and it appears that the team members are knowledgeable when an customer has to ask for help finding the items customers needs. Lots of things are good items that tje public has used in the past and the price ia definitely cheaper and better than Wal-Mart. Go Team keep it up..

excellent CS. I emailed once to ask that they ship more large leggings to the store. A week later there was a pkg on my porch. They shipped me a pair of every color in my size FREE. I never asked or expected that. I am a lifetime customer.

Although this store is a mess I love to go in there and look,around. I always buy something. If you are looking for anything high class you are in the wrong store. It's our neighborhood run to store. I know it's been here over 40 years.

I wished they had negative stars. Store filthy, employees there are useless and stay hidden, including at check out. Long checkout lines and the 2 cashier's at check out got nasty attitudes and No one employed there has any knowledge of there own store and merchandise. Truly sad and I'm amazed that they've been open this long.

Ran in to pick up a quick item. 2 cashiers working with plent of staff on thge floor. Lines were rapped around the store down the isles and buggies were full. Spend 20 mins in line for av$2shirt. This was worse than Walmart

Roses, is the kind of store that sells deeply discounted goods. You can buy some of everything here, from clothing to furniture,and food!! Be prepared to stay a while because you'll want to look at everything . Some will be a good deal, but some won't!!

Friendly service and the place is clean. No clutter in the aisles. The only thing I seen that could use a touch up was the restroom

This place is ok. I would rather go to Ross. The store is just filthy. The bathrooms weren't clean 😛😷, the trash can was overflowing with poop, underwear, and I don't want to know what else. The prices are actually higher than normal prices....it doesn't.ake sense.

Great prices but it is a messy store. There are usually plenty of cashiers to get you checked out in a timely manor. Variety of retail goods including snacks, toiletries, toys, housewares, shoes, and clothing.

The place was very over crowded and the prices for some of the stuff was ridiculous. I live in a town where we have the same store and their prices are cheaper the only thing I saw was the same prices as theirs was the .89 cents bathroom tissue but I wasn’t going pay $1 for a small dish liquid when I can go to dollar tree and pay $1 for a big dish liquid. Just saying!!!!

They have some great household deals. Stuff that would be three times as much as any department store. The store is a bit junky but they do have a lot of good deals.

Needs electric doors, difficult to open the manual doors. Not handicap friendly. Only one register open. Slow ass cashiers. Too much clutter at the entrance. Piss poor management.

So much to choose from. Everything from Clothes to shoes, food, household goods,toys, variety is the word here. Size newborn to plus size, male or female,they have something for you

Great selection, prices, and people. Senior discount 10% every Wednesday. Many name brands but you have to catch them when they come out!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!! RIP OFFFilthy store. Mr. Watts store manager is a disconcerned employee with customers complaints. Wouldn't discuss the problem with the net 10 card that wouldn't work after paying 43.80 and wouldn't refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!!!'RIP OFF !!!

Store was very junkie around the register area carts of reshops everywhere. They only had 2 registers open and about 8 people in each line.
