Great personalized service, you definitely notice the difference between one of the big box stores and this place. In and out with great service, I was having a key made took all of 10 minutes from the time I opened the door to walk in til I was opening the door to walk out. It would've took twice that long in a big box store to flag someone down to ask a question.

Get peg hooks ask for to associate as I walk in the door. He took me to them and took them off a hook to high for me to reach. Very nice gentleman. Cashier very friendly and explained rewards to me. I give the store and staff 100 percent.

The staff went out of their way to help, Adrian was excellent. As soon as you enter the store they get someone to assist you. We are from Canada and have way less service there. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The team at this store is usually pretty helpful for the most part.Sent a guy up there to get a soffit vent, and they seemed to have a little trouble locating one in the store but succeeded in the end. Kudos, guys.

I had a problem with an AC unit and found out I needed to replace a few certain parts. The staff at Ace pulled out the parts I needed right at closing and were helpful and gave me advice on replacing! Great experience!

Went in for some parts for my Dremel rotary tool. I was meant after entering the door by a friendly sales associate. He showed me the assortment of accessories, which they did have the bit I was looking for. The cashier was also friendly and she cashed me out and gave me a free bag of popcorn. With my shopping experience complete I left the store with a grin and what I needed.

Waited 20 min at counter and had 2 different workers look dead at me only to continue on with their conversation with a non worker about their family , the weather and fishing !!!So I left …prices are high anyways ! Won’t be back

Their employees are GREAT. I LOVE the greeting at the door. They are a mom and pop store that really respect their customers and help them all the way through the store. I thank you all for helping me so much. People say your prices are higher but I say not much especially because of the service you get and the convenience of getting waited on so fast. My experience has been excellent every time I go in. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with your personal hardware shopkeeper. The employees are knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely helpful in assisting you with your project. Are they a little expensive? Yes. But it is worth it with the customer service.

I was able to park at the door I walked in was greeted by several people but a nice and helpful salesman asked if he could help me? I told him what I needed and he went right to it. They had it. I bought it and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. It was awesome. I highly recommend it. And will definitely go back which I do when I need something.

The customer service was not a pleasant one....upon entry to the location..there were no other patrons in the building nor were they on the phone..we were not greeted and my buddy was ready to purchase a nice Scag Zero-turn under $8k cash. They eventually greeted us, but the correspondence was brief... I apologize gentlemen but that sale has left the building.

Great employees waiting to greet you at the door and help find what you are looking for. Prices are a little bit high but if you need to fix something quick and can't get to Home Depot then this is your place. Great customer loyalty program and if you download their app and sign up they give you some free points.

I shop here a lot, and this is an example of why….I went in today needing a small set screw. The pulley it went it was not in the best condition. They took it into the back room, cleaned it up, found the screw I needed. Took 15 minutes of their time to find a 40 cent screw for me and acted glad to do it. They get all my business from now on!

My MIL and I went to pick up a tricycle that she wanted to buy for my 2 year old daughter. The gentlemen that helped us were so friendly. They engaged with my children and had a smile on the whole time. They let my daughter try her trike out before we bought it to make sure she liked it. What a nice surprise in the middle of all this chaos.

The salesman was very nice and helpful. He didn't have what I needed he tried to find it at one of the other stores. No one had it in stock so he ordered it for me. I love shopping at Ace they are always so nice and helpful. Thanks Ace, I even got a free bag of popcorn it was so good.

Was treated like I knew not one thing about what I asked for. I held my tongue. The lady cashier was super polite.Paid double for the same item that I had bought the day before from another supply house. I have shopped the Clinton and Byram Revell and have always been treated with respect. The Pearl location has seen me the 1st and last time

Time and time again, I come to ace for what the other stores do not have. This time it was a 3mm tap and drill. The last time it was adapters for a thermal mixing valve. Always helpful and always friendly. Easy to get to on Hwy 80.
