The guy with the glasses , the tall one, is always working and he's always friendly. Not much to say about the others because I never see them and they're constantly changing. Let me say this; this store used to be great. It was convenient, clean, always stocked etc... when covid happened, and the supply chain was messed up, I could understand the store having issues -- but we are well past that, so there's no excuse. The store is half empty, I've gone in so many times and ended up leaving because they didn't have most of what I needed. Their ice cream cooler is almost always broken. They always have tons of carts with boxes full of items, and I see the guy on a ladder appearing to be stocking, but the shelves continue to be empty. I often end up going to the location past the prison and next to subway. You can't get around in this store... it's so cluttered with those boxes. And clearly they're just being used for decoration because they are *always* there but nothing is being put up. Some of the former employees have been terrible.. not greeting you, not speaking while ringing you up, being too preoccupied with their phone to help.. but the one guy I mentioned is doing a good job. I have no idea who the manager is... but this location is just a frustrating waste of time. I loved it at first, but something has clearly gone wrong since then. They put in a self checkout (which is frequently out of bags as is the regular checkout) that has been card only since virtually the first day it was installed. Once, they even had a handwritten note on the PUBLIC bathroom that said "Employees Only: Please Go Home!" ... I mean... what? The bathroom is publicly accessible again now, so someone must have complained. One huge issue I have is... since I've wasted my time going in there so much, I started checking the app for item availability before I even go... I can count on two hands now, how many times since I've started doing this, that the app will say they have the item, but when I get there... guess what? Not there!! I'm assuming they're sitting there in those boxes that never get put up.Honestly, just bulldoze the store, or sell it to another company.. maybe it can become thriving business. Unless it is an item that I am near 100% sure they have; I'm not even wasting my time going to this store anymore. They also randomly close early.. 7:00...8:00... Isn't it supposed to be 10:00? At least 9:00. This has happened more than once. Don't waste your time here. Go to the one past the prison, across from Allen's grocery, or the one down Hwy 18. This one is a complete waste of time and energy.

This was a great store the week they opened. Since, it's been a mess. Constantly empty shelves, huge massive piles of boxes, pallets etc covering the entire walking area of the store forcing you to open and shop out of boxes. All.the.time.I've gotten rotten milk, eggs and coffee creamer due to their coolers not working properly. Their dumpsters are not emptied frequently enough leaving the residents who were here first an eyesore to look at and from my kitchen window. It's a junk store now, just a mess!

I will never go to this DG again. Last time I went in and it smelled like rotten fish. There are always carts blocking the isle and nothing on the shelves. Then their system is down today so I wasted another trip inside. She didn't even post a sign saying system down card only. So you gotta waste more time walking around to find anyone who works there just to be told sorry. What blows my mind is this is almost every DG these days. I don't understand how the corporate office is ok with this. Do your jobs!!!

I’ve recently moved to the area, this store is almost ridiculous. You cannot get down aisles with the buggies because they NEVER restock their shelves hardly ever. Half of the aisles in the store I can’t even get down because they have their shipments just sitting on every aisle. I really wish something could be done about this! This store recently opened and it’s like no one there cares enough to keep it nice, in order, and stocked up!!

Loved this Dollar General once upon time but the management has gone down hill. The store manager curses on the shift and is rude to customers. He was really rude to my grandmother over missed price items, things are never in the right place.

Went yesterday 12/5/2022 at 7:15 and staff was closing and locking the door. According to here it’s supposed to be open til 10.

Store in disarray. What I thought was one price I was buying, the clerk says no, keeps ringing up. I started to just leave it but went ahead and bought. I won't be going back.
