This is absolutely the best place to leave your fur baby. My fur baby is a senior dog and has never been boarded out, but he LOVED his stay there. The owner is wonderful and works with you for you pets special needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would DEFINITELY use them again!! Paws on the Pass is the BEST!!

They are amazing. My babies love going there. The get excited once they see where we are going. My babies are clean, smell good and the haircut is amazing. They offer day care for the babies. Also if you work and need some one to care for the babies during a hurricane they can help.

Paws on the Pass took the best care of our two dogs. We boarded a 15-1/2 year old Rat Terrier mix and 4 year old Chihuahua mix with them for 4 days while we moved into our new Long Beach, MS home. They were great to work with, had a wonderful facility and had the best people working for them. I highly recommend Paws On The Pass!!!

This groomer is excellent. They never overcharge me Maxxi comes out smelling fantastic. She loves being there. A lot of people don’t take Rottweilers. My Maxxi is a sweetheart But a lot of groomers don’t even give her a chance. They have a doggy daycare it’s only $15 for a half day and 25 for a full day Maxxi loves it. We had her groom today she came out smelling amazing and her coat was unbelievably soft. And then we left immediately came to my parents house do some yardwork and she went straight for the big muddy puddle and is covered in mud so sad

Amber is the absolute best groomer we have ever had for our Giant Schnauzer, Moose who hails from Skansen Kennels in Sonoma County, CA. She has a “dog whisperer” way with animals that calms even the most anxious of her pet clients. In addition we noticed she has a keen eye and attention to detail with her grooming skills including really clean lines, and seamless blending of coat into skirt and brows on fleek!. “Schnauzers by Amber at paws in the pass”……All you need to know

We boarded our two pitty's this February. The staff was amazing to say the least! During check in they got as much info on our dogs as possible, listening to all our concerns, which immediately set us at ease. They even sent us pictures and video updates of the boys. Thank you all for taking such good care of Beast and Nerd.

First time ever boarding my boy, he did so well. The staff was great, and they were friendly, all in all I checked over 20 places to board him, and chose paws on the pass. I will definitely be back, with my other babies

Facility is nice but the staff is not. When I tried to discuss an issue, I was hung up on. Not once, but twice. And I wasn’t even angry during the call and my dogs had a boarding appointment three days away (obviously canceled that), I was concerned and had requested a follow up more than once (in person and over the phone) on the issue and never got the return call. If they treat customers that way, I am concerned how they treat our furry babies. So the place may be nice, but if you have concerns or any criticism, don’t expect them to talk to you about it and certainly not in a professional manner.

I brought my dog there for a bath. They did a great job and were so nice They also have day care. I stood at the window and watched for about 15 minutes and laugh ..it was so cute to watch. They have a lady who stays in there with them and you can tell she just loves each and every one of those dogs

Convenient drop off and pick up even on weekends and at odd hours. They have staff on site 24 hours. The people seem caring, follow the care instructions given, and clearly spent one-on-one time with my dog while he was there. Recommended.

New girl very nice. Tristan was a rude witch for no reason, again. Lady that baths my friends dog is great. She will be finding somewhere else to take dog. Not tolerating that anymore. She shod be ashamed of treating an 80+ yr old woman like that.

We had 2 show our.pets shot records.(a good rule) that alone made us feel better . the owner was awsome. a dog lover 4 sure. Our 2 Boxers Jack n Gracie Bell had a fun day . plum wore out. They stayed the day. we would leave our dogs with her again and feel very comfortable doing so. Thank you for taking such good care of them. The.price more than reasonable

I love this place and Ashlee and her crew. I took my baby Bax there to meet them and to get a feel of the place because he will be staying the weekend there while I'm out of town. They treated him like family. She even let my baby stay for 4 hrs free to get a feel of the place and to play with the other dogs. I'm pretty sure he can't wait to be back there for his stay!!!!

Took my Australian Shepherd (mix) in today for grooming. He’s an outside dog who loves jumping in the pond and rolling in the grass - rockchaws and all!! As a result he had lots of matted hair. The groomer who took care of Jack did an amazing job! The staff was super friendly and seemed to truly love the fur babies they work with. Will definitely go back!
