It's Dollar General.... It's either a good experience or not based upon customer service and stocking. All of which is determined on whether or not management hired 5 clerks or expects 1 to do 5s job duties. But you can always find a large assortment of reasonable prices items.

I work at this store and we try our hardest to help everyone out as best as we can. We also try to keep it stocked, cleaned and nothing on or in the middle of the floors. We all can't wait to open up to have all the wonderful customer's to come back. We miss you all. Thanks for the good reviews. I'm the Assistant Manager and can't wait to get back.

Store is crowded with boxes/carts in aisles. So much stuff it is sometimes hard to find what u r looking for even if in the right aisle. Almost always a slow checkout. Long lines. This store was terrific several months ago. The lady who managed it was on it! So were the people who worked there. Sometimes u can't get in an aisle as the boxes etc are just left.i don't like it anymore. Only use when I have to.

I love the convenience and affordability of Dollar General. I also love the fact that they are faith friendly at the corporate level. Many people know that they support adult literacy but don't realize that they will support faith based literacy programs that others like Verizon won't. The only way they could be better is if they'd have fresh produce.

I was waiting on line behind a couple who had a confusing basket full of items. The clerk was patient and helpful and as the line behind me got longer and the people we getting impatient and making unkind remarks another clerk stepped in to other register and the line moved along. Good job.

They have new "management" their now, and have a rotten attitude. I live around the corner from the store and have been going their for 6+ years. I was in the store yesterday morning, and grabbed some soup. I was walking around all the boxes to get to the register, and the "manager" was BS'ing with a vendor. He was very loud and bragging that he has to work every Saturday, because he can't find good help. I replied to him, "maybe if you didn't fire all the white employees, you'd have some." He screamed at me to get out the store, and I told him no. He called the police, and after the police didn't show up, I left. A lady outside said that he was very rude to her as well, and will be going to the Family Dollar.

Close to home, friendly service Thursdays, Sundays andMondays !They have what you need at least two days a week and they dont curse at you as much any more ! JUST KIDDING FOLKS !! They had products I needed and couldn't find at Rouse's with better prices. Rouse's is constantly raising prices and switching out brands, so many times their shelves our empty. Needed necessary, but a frustrating place to shop. Dollar general always has products.

I had to make a quick into the dollar general on kapalama rd yesterday for cash back. As I walked into her dollar general the store manager Devante ‘Noah’ Shaw mean mugged me the whole TWO minutes I was in there. Devante and I have bad blood from a domestic violence charge against him towards me about six months ago which he was arrested for, but that does not give him the right to make me feel uncomfortable for making a quick stop for cash back. Today Devante messaged me on social media telling me to keep my distance and to stay out of his store. I didn’t know that store managers could message a customer on social media telling them to keep their distance and to stay out of their store. Isn’t this harassment? How is that professional? He should not be allowed to make customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during their visits to their local dollar general and it should be addressed quickly!

Great store - was always stocked and employees always helpful- This store is temporarily closed and cant wait for it to open again !!! DO NOT LIKE NEW STORE IN FRONT!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is a great for a quick stop in. It seems there is always boxes of goods that need to be put away that interfere with shopping, kinda aggravating at times.

This place sucks! Never has what's supposed to be on sale. Manager is unprofessional and they always ask if you want your receipt, which really bothers me. A couple of times they forgot to give me my bags which I had to go back and get. Just give me the friggin receipt. Don't ask.

I've been going here for over a year and all of a sudden after all of the staff changed every one of my digital coupons no longer work its happened at least 3 times and its annoying because its costing me more money than it should.
