It's nice to see and be greeted by friendly employees. Most of the female staff members are rude and it seems unkempt whenever they are working. Overall, I like the newer staff and how they've cleaned up the store. A year ago, I wouldn't go in unless Neko's was closed.

Store is always in a total mess, not stocked, when we pull up to the store there is always employees standing out front smoking and talking and employees are not that friendly and has a bad attitude. And the self checkout is ALWAYS BROKEN and always NEVER ENOUGH CASHIERS! Prices marked on shelf are not what you get charged.

--- glad it is there - wish it had more stock - it doesn't really cost any less for the items purchased, but it saves overall because it saves gas and time. While often it is out of certain items, it is still worth it for the convenience when it isn't. My main complaint is the prices marked are so very often NOT the prices charged at the register - if you are not going to post ACTUAL prices, just don't price it at all - let it be a different kind of surprise or put up a sign saying: PRICES CHARGED HAVE NO RELATION TO THE PRICES POSTED.

The cashier lady that worked New Year’s Eve needs to be retrained in customer service. As my friends and I were checking out we were having a private conversation where I did say the word “bullshit” the cashier lady than looked right at me spoke to me like I’m a child and told me to watch my mouth belittled me infront of everyone that was in line. It’s not what she said that bugs me it’s how she said it and how she talked down to me like I was a misfit kid. Someone needs to teach this lady it is a free country the store is a public place and I can say whatever I want and if she has a problem with that, then she needs to look for another job that doesn’t deal with customers because she fails at it.

The cashier wasted 20mins of my time. When I first walked in the security thing beeps at me, I do the “I just got here” bit &we get our stuff. Security beeps again when I leave and the cashier who I guess wasn’t paying attention accuses me of stealing. I go through my purse to show them I’m not stealing and I find out my perfume I bought weeks ago is what was beeping when I first walked in. The cashier says security didn’t beep when I came in, keeps my perfume, and wastes our time rolling back cameras when if she would’ve been paying attention in the first place, this wouldn’t have happened. Her manager checked the cameras and gave me my stuff back thankfully, which I appreciated. Come to find out their perfume bottles don’t even have security tags so obviously I had got my perfume elsewhere

Love Dollar General.Almost everything sold is cheaper than your standard grocery, AND NOW THEY SELL FOOD INCLUDING GOOD QUALITY FROZEN MEATS. What I love mostly is how super convenient it is to shop there. Walk in, grab what you need really quick And your done! The cashier's are fast & exceptionally proficient when it comes to checking people out too. Which means a whole lot to me in today's annoying, fast paced, ever-growing world we're all living in That said, I can't ever recall waiting longer than five minutes in line til my turn at the register and before you know it I was headed home. I can't honestly say I've ever had that experience while shopping at our local grocery.Thanks Dollar General. Whatever you're doing sure makes my days at the local grocere not only less annoying, but also fast, proficient and more enjoyable!

I love all Dollar Generals, though the all share 1 major flaw!... Most that I've been in are, usually busy, which is always a good sign of progress. However, the lack of CSRs' at the check out is not. The lack of cashiers would make anyone unhappy especially in this fast past world, we're blessed to be in. Efficiency is one of thing necessities that make the world go round. Not just at the register either. Thank you!

I have got to say, since Ms. Joan left this store is run down employment is not eager to help always seems like they are under staff and take it out on customer, shelves are always in need of stock (bare). I did not just decide to post this I have given them a chance but after this visit I have had it and will not return. I would rather drive to the one in the back of Diamondhead where they go out of their way to help you and don't act like you are a bother for shopping there.

Almost no frozen/refrigerated items this time. Lots of boxes in the isles needed to be unpacked. Overall it's usually a good store. Not sure what happened this time. Friendly workers. Clean parking lot.

My name is Michelle Pryor and I live just .4 miles from this Dollar General. In the past every time I left this store I was totally frustrated. It was one BIG mess!!! Always out of what I needed. So it forced me to drive to the DG on Firetower Rd. Then I met Kasey the new manager at my DG. Every time I dared to go much to my surprise it was starting to improve. And let me add.... it was Kasey always stocking and displaying! I went in yesterday and I could not believe my eyes .... it in a word was Amazing! It was clean well stocked and running like a sewing machine. Nobody could be any happier than me... because I spend around 250.00 a month there. Thank you DG for sending us Kasey but most of all .... thank you Kasey for your hard work , diligence, and smiling face .... you are a Godsend!!!SincerelyMichelle Pryor

Tryed to buy some cough medicine today. Cashier ask for my birthday. When I responded, he called be a liar and refused to sell me the cough medicine. I don't have gas to go to another store so I reckon I will have a sleepless night. It's embarrassing to be called a liar by someone 40 years younger than me. I should have called him outside and gave him what his parents never did. But it ok . I don't have to show my face in there again.

Very dirty, unorganized not stocked well. Will not shop here again. If you need a buggy you'll have to get it yourself. There was two people working yesterday. It was so uncalled for to have this store to look like it did.

I love to walk the store and see all kins of products. Dollar general is more convenient than walmart. I also find your prices cheaper than walmart.

My experience was unpleasant due to the fact that the air conditioning unit was broken and half the refrigerator units were broken as well. Not to mention the computer wasn't working properly it took three times to complete the transaction a complete waste of time.

They are very inconsiderate of their customers closing first a meeting with no note on door and manager would not let employees tell customers the were in a meeting . Suppose to open at 7:00 am I left at 7:35 or 7:40 doors still locked.

They never have anything on the shelves and the sales items are never under the sale price stickers so when you get to the register it's always a different price and they never guarantee their price
