Doesn’t even deserve one star. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I was told my Rx would be ready within an hour of when it was sent from the Dr.’s yesterday. Called in to confirm last night and was told it was not, that they were just working on it, a half hour before closing. Figured it SHOULD be ready today, so I went today instead. Sat outside on the drive through line for damn near an hour and still didn’t get my medication. Either they’re remedial or just don’t care, either way if you value your health do NOT use this pharmacy to fill you Rx, you won’t get it til next year, if you get it at all. And it should not take an hour to help one person, in a drive through

I would give zero stars if I could! Idk who is answering the phone in pharmacy today! She sounds black! That lady is so unprofessional and rude! They got the wrong prescription filled for me! Not my problem! Then wants to OMG when when she hangs the phone up! I'll be getting my stuff sent to a different pharmacy! Lady needs to learn some customer service skills! 🙄

My family and I came in to run pictures off for my grandmother’s funeral. Once we finished doing the edits on them the machine gave us the date and time which was the day of the funeral. We asked for help from Amber and she said she’s short staffed and being pulled everywhere around the store.. I work in management myself and understand 100% about being short staffed but this lady was RUDE! We asked very nicely and explained the reason why we needed these.. She was super rude and should not be in management!! The cashier Ethan was precious and so helpful!

Need to speed up there drive through line !! Also stop repetitively calling/ texting people about their prescriptions.For example I work for the hospital driving.I can't be bugged with text message and phone calls.

Used the new express service to see how it would work. The use of my phone to pay for my prescription and then save it to Google Pay is a great new thing. However going inside to use the service is another thing. It may have been the time frame I went to the store, but when you say express you kinda expect to have a dedicated spot for those transactions. The express lane is in the same spot that they use for all transactions at the pharmacy counter. It's a great thing to have but the implementation needs to be improved upon.

In the pharmacy it self where they dispatch the meds, they have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Very incompetent, there is always problems on how the fill the prescription, i don’t know how the manage to make a 120 pill prescription to 8 pills and in several occasions i have had to wait extra because they want to bill me with out using my insurance. Many times its a staggering amount $$ then im like what happened why did the insurance did not cover it? Ohh? Please wait... 10-15 min later yes its $20 im like the insurance was on your file the whole time... very displeased with Walgreens.

So not happy with this Pharmacy! I think it is extremely unprofessional that a Pharmacy employee blames an insurance company for the Pharmacy's mistake. I find it extremely fishy that a prescription wrote out by a physician was not dispensed correctly and then when questioned about it I get a runaround answer that doesn't make a bit of sense. I have used Walgreens since I was a teenager but I now will use another pharmacy. Save time, energy, and your sanity and go somewhere else.

I just sat in the pharmacy drive thru with a sick crying baby for over 45 minutes. Only to finally drive up to the window and the workers put a sign on the window saying it's closed. there were 3 people in line that had been waiting a very long time. It wasn't even 8pm yet. They closed it early and all that time waiting was for nothing. So I had to get my sick baby OUT IN THE COLD TO GET HIS MEDICINE. RIDICULOUS

Drive Thru Pharmacy Line Is A JOKE!!!They allow people to sit in the line waiting for a prescription to be filled instead of telling them to come back while everyone else has to wait on them.Staff is inexperienced.

Unprecedented..the fill my prescriptions without my knowledge and consent and even bill my insurance..they hang up on you and are some of the most rudest people I have ever come across..its very slow and no one seems to know what they are doing..do not 2aste your time there..trust the reviews they know as well as I do now..leave that place as we have and others!

This pharmacy is too inept to use express pay. we have express pay set up and use it at multiple other Walgreens, but the Pascagoula staff is too incompetent to do it
