This is actually a local owned florist. The owner answered and helped me select sympathy flowers. Very helpful and friendly. He even knew the family I was ordering for and took care of everything.I'm out of state but I always try to find a local florist and order direct with them. I'm glad I verified this was actually local. The first place posed as local but was a call center outside the US.Pugh's is a real local florist that serves the area.

They blow everyone else out of the way!! I called at 11:20am inquiring about a Lilly and a crimson red dozen roses in anarrangement. They closed at noon. I got there and it was waiting for me! They are lovely ladies. Mobile is threat drive the drive!

I ordered flowers for the funeral of a very special family member. After looking at their website I phoned them to place my order. I told them which arrangement design I wanted and left it up to the designer for the flower colors to use. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

Very friendly atmosphere. Very helpful in helping me with flowers for my mom's funeral. Gave good advice on her flowers for her casket. Great place to shop for flowers and they have a good selection of other little trinkets. My family have been doing business with them for about 60 years. Wouldn't go anyplace else

I ordered flowers for my sisters funeral and they were never delivered. It was very humiliating. Especially since I had volunteered to place the order for my brother and sister from out of town. I called all day and no one would answer the phone. They eventually answered the phone the next day. You would think they would offer to send a plant or flowers to the family as a professional courtesy but they did not. I certainly would if it were my business. DO NOT entrust your order to this florist. Other local florists are more reliable.

This florist was referred to me as one of 2 in the Pascagoula area that was both good and dependable.I SINCERELY WISH I HAD USED THE OTHER SHOP!When I attended the funeral and saw the flowers, I was shocked. THEY WERE HORRIBLE. They were NOT what I ordered. While I can understand substituting some flowers, these did not look anything like what I ordered. There were all white gladiolus and just a few red carnations. No lillies. And the arrangement was very sparse. If I hadn’t been with family I would have taken a picture so I could show your potential customers exactly why they should NOT use you. But hopefully they will read the review I leave on your website. I’m sure you thought I wouldn’t see the flowers or you would have done a better job. But I did see them and they were AWFUL.

I needed to order a spray for a funeral. The girl I spoke with on the phone was super helpful and patient with me. The wake is later tonight so I Haven't seen the spray yet, but going on customer service alone, they are great.

I recently found myself in the the need of an arrangement for the Funeral of My Sister n Law. Due to a delayed flight I had no choice but to place my order by phone. The young lady who assisted me could not have been more professional and courteous. I was clueless as to what I wanted exactly so she talked me through several options. I ended buying a stand of Roses. They were simply stunning when I saw them. I'm just sorry I didnt think to get the name of the young lady on the phone. My family and I were very pleased.

I find this to be a very very good florist for me to be ordering from Chesapeake, Virginia to be delivered to someone in Pascagoula, Mississippi. I ordered 2 plants in 2017 to be delivered to my friends brother house because one of their brothers had passed, it had a white bow on one and a blue bow on the other. Everyone was so carried away by those plants and kept telling me how they love the plants that was left at the house and my friend took the one I sent for him. As of this day they still have those plants and today I am ordering 2 more plants to be delivered because another brother has passed, this time I want a red bow on one and a green bow on the other one. I would not order any out of state plants nor flowers from no where else but Pugh's. Thank you Pugh's for the best fresh plants I have ever had in my life.
