second time there & will not be taking my puppy back. definitely was worse than the first service. I picked up her up and she looked butchered and her hair was choppy. she was cut extremely too low to the point where she was nipped in a few spots. did more than what was needed & demanded me other wise of what I wanted. only pro was that she smelled very good, other than that, she will not return.

Heard a lot of bad previews but I can't say I had a bad one my dog looks very cute....love 💘 it the lady was very sweet no complaints... recommend Pet Glamour...my dog was very Happy 😊 and so was I...and had a lots of good comments Thanks

Owner Did not take my small dog because he had a bad experience at Pet Smart. Said he must have had a behavior problem because I told her it took 48 hours for him to get back right. Told me to take him to a place that could give him something to relax him.. never once saying I can see if he does any better with me at pet glamour.

Kim takes great care of our 13 year old aussie. He can't see much and is diabetic. They take good care of him while he is there. We have been going to Kim for many years.

Really nice people who do a nice job. If they don’t know the cut for your breed of dog, just tell them what you’re looking for and they can do it.

My grandmother took her 10/15 lb dog to be groomed and she was sooooo cut up it looked like we had taken her to a butcher shop. She had gashes on her hair and razor burn all over her stomach (she had to be taken to the vet after her "grooming"). This is also not the first time we've had problems with Kim. We had an elderly small dog before that we dropped off only to realize that she had been locked in a closet all day! And why was she locked in a closet you may ask? We were told she barked too much. Now I don't know about you but all of my dogs bark, it's expected, it's how they communicate and she was locked in a dark closet for doing so. Terrible service, no compassion for the animals and absolutely no personality. Would NEVER recommend Kim!!!

She refuses to groom my Maltese because she is kennel aggressive. All other groomers know how to work with ALL types of dogs — not very professional or knowledgeable.

Kim is very rude and my dog is afraid of her. I conquer with another comment; she locks my Pomeranian in a closet away from the other dogs. Is barking not the way that dogs communicate? Ijs
