Friendly employees and tons of choices however, they didn't carry my Boyz' brand of food. I enjoyed their fish and aquarium section.

Very dissatisfied I made my fur baby an appointment a week ago only for them to call me 3 days before her appointment and tell me they won't be able to service her... I explained that i live an hour away and that I can be there at 8:15 and my intial appointment was at 9 and she told me if u can't be there at 8 she wouldn't be able to get her... I'm just trying to understand what's the difference in my scheduled time at 9 but told me u can get me at 8... I feel like they over booked this week and had to move some schedules around which isn't my problem... I'll never shop there again and i normally go there often to get item for my bearded dragon also

I love going to this store! And the fact that i can bring my fur baby and feathered friend makes it even more fun! Having a beagle and a peking duck, it's easy to get everything I need at one place! Meet Aflack, my year and a half old peking duck, and Magnolia (aka Maggie) they BOTH approved their new toy!

PetSmart grooming in Oxford was overbooked and understaffed at the time of my visit yesterday. I'm leaving a review to offer corporate a suggestion to have a section of the store for dog bathing booths. Some people have bad backs and don't have resources to bathe their fur babies at home. Matt, the groomer, is friendly but was obviously under a lot of stress trying to service the customer's animals.

I like Pet Smart. They have a very nice, clean, roomy store. They have all kinds of pet supplies. Even some pets in store to purchase, like birds, fish, hamsters etc. But they do not carry pet meds such as wormer or 5 in one shots.

everyone is friendly here and they have so much stuff for every kind of pet. I haven’t had much luck with the betta fish though, but I keep trying because it’s the only place in town to get them.

I made an appointment at 8am, 2 weeks before 8/10/2019 for 8/10/2019. I had my pet there at 745am. I received a phone call a couple of days prior to confirm the appointment. When I arrived, i went in to register him. I was told it would be a new groomer doing the grooming. I was told since it will be his first full body haircut if he didnt take to the haircut they would call me and I would have to come pick him up. We left and came back 2 hours later, we did not receive a phone call we were around shopping and wanted to see how much longer. We had a wedding to attend at 2pm. As soon as we walked in we were told by the manager that it was going to be another 3 to 4 hours. I explained we could not wait another 3 to 4 hours. They said he was in middle of getting bathed and dried. I asked to speak to the store manager. I had a guy come over and say that he talked to his boss and his boss the general manager said I could wait or take my pet as is. I tried to explain I had an appointment at 8am and the groomer I booked was working on another animal. We then told them we could not wait and had to get him and go. They said earlier as I wrote that he was in middle of getting a bath and dried which if that was all would of been fine. When they brought him out he was half shaved and uneven a picture is attached. When asked if I could leave him to finish and pick him up after the wedding. I was told no because they close at 330pm. The only issue besides my pet not being finished is during the whole process(ie: booking online, the call verification nor when we got there) no one told us it was going to be a 6 hour process.

Love this one! I have my new beautiful budgies (American Parakeets, as they're actually called budgies because they are native to Australia) and the staff were very nice and helpful. My budgies, Bahdji and Castiel, are healthy and happy. They were a Christmas gift, and I couldn't be happier!

I’ve been a customer of their grooming salon for years and have always been happy with their service, but now I’m a customer for life.Last week I booked an appointment and completely forgot until half an hour after the appointment time. I called and profusely apologized. They assured me it was no big deal and they could reschedule me for two days later. When I showed up for that appointment, they informed me that I was two hours too late. I got the time wrong and I was mortified.At this point I wouldn’t have blamed them for being impatient with me and refusing to accommodate me any further. But not only did they reschedule me for the next morning, they were so kind and Brenda even went ahead and did my dog’s nails free of charge. I finally made it to the next morning’s appointment (third time’s a charm) and they were as nice as ever even though I felt like the worst customer in the world.Little did they know, I’m going through one of the hardest times of my life right now after the loss of our son. I’m struggling to accomplish even the most basic of tasks. They gave me grace in a time I needed it most, and they had no idea. It goes to show that you never know the impact you make on someone else simply by being kind.When most places would have (rightfully) refused to work with me any further, they were so patient and friendly. Even with new hires and a staff shortage during the busiest time of year, their staff is always warm and kind. I hope that Brenda and Jamie at the Oxford Petsmart grooming salon are properly acknowledged by management for their exceptional customer service.

Had an appointment with "Brenda P". As soon as she seen my German Sheppard she immediately said she wasn't going to do it. Completely unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. She was aggressive with questions and her tone of voice.

Wife and I stopped in at the Oxford, MS at 6:50 on 11/20. Was greeted by a person on their phone and said “ we close in like 10mins”. We told the person we just needed to grab a collar. We grabbed what we needed and spotted some other Xmas items as we were walking out. We spent over $60 in 13 minutes and the cashier was throwing our stuff in a bag along with our receipt. I told her to have a bless day when she looked at me with a disgusted look I told the person you don’t have to be so rude. She said “I have been here since 10”. She and rude because she had to work 9hrs. Isn’t that a full days work? It’s hard to blame the store. Sad with what companies are left with to hire now a days.

Update....absolutely awful .I know to ask for Kaylin now but the manager refunded me no problem. Did an ok job grooming my goldie. It could have been more even but pretty good overall.

They said they had a male angel fish,I drove from Sumner to them in Oxford,an hr drive,got there no angel fish. I'm pissed.

VERY friendly people!!! I had come in once a week for about a month looking at buying a snake and a snake kit. Well when I finally went to buy the kit they were sold out but the lady working there was happy to tell me what I needed and help me find everything! I came back a couple days later to get my snake and a different woman helped me she was even more helpful and helped me pick out the perfect snake. My snake is very calm, healthy and easy to handle. I’d definitely suggest buying a pet from them!

I don’t know the name of the employee, but I went to this petco on Thursday Oct 1st sometime around 5:45 pm, and I asked for help finding a toy that my energetic and destructive lab puppy wouldn’t tear to shreds in a matter of hours. The employee that helped me walked me through a variety of options of durable and enticing toys, and shared personal experiences with several of the toys before recommending one. I bought the recommended toy, and it has worked out GREAT. My puppy is obsessed with chewing on it, and can’t destroy it the way she has all her other toys. Also, Erin, the gentleman often working at the register when I come in, is always so helpful and pleasant and my puppy loves him. 5/5 stars for wonderful service!!!

There fish are covered in ick, lots of dead fish/snails ect. When picking out fish they ignored us to help someone else. Then told me a number of fish I could get when I already know how many I could get, which is more than they said. Went to check out they put a $10 donation and I asked what was that for and she said didn't you put that on there Seriously! Told her to take it off. They didn't put the right price of the fish being on sale so we paid full price but we had already left. Also all 9 of are tetra died of ick and infected our other fish. They should know when there fish are sick and shouldn't be sold. I do not recommend this place! There was only one person with some sense and was nice, wish I knew her name but she was a little new in the fish department but did really good.

I went to apply for a job and was told that I was spoken to very rudely by a manager. I was told the interview was at one and then at one-thirty. I also scheduled an interview at 2 with another manager last weekend and was told it would be okay. I am very upset experience by the staff. Also, the previous time I purchased dog food for my pup, she laid down all day as if she was sick. Not pleased with my experience.

Went in January and bought some Guppy fish. Specifically asked if they would breed. Was told no as it was only males, now have a bunch of fry. If they are going to tell the customer that, then they had best be sure.
