I have been coming here ever since my dog started having a reaction to the food that I would buy normally at Petsmart and Petco and I’ve been Seattle. We have a store called mudbay and these guys are very similar and company values because I know anytime I walk in that store. If I were to randomly pick a bag of dog food, I know it would still be healthy. It would be proper, and there would be nothing in it that would ever cause concern for me to have to look and really examine the contents of the bag They have fresh food they have freeze dried raw food they have kibble they have a large assortment of treats they have the cutest bowties, especially for large dogs like my service dog. I have never once had a bad experience, and when I hurt my shoulder, they were more than glad to bring the bag of dog food to my car from the shelf, they are the sweetest people I’ve ever met, they have always been helpful and kind. I have never had to worry about the things I give my dogs anymore. I recommend them to everybody that I know that has dogs and cats cause they have a cute little section for cats .And I always round up for donations because I know they’re donations. Unlike Petsmart or Petco actually go to the local shelters in this community and the rescues that need help and need the extra funds.

I’ve had a positive experience here mostly due to the knowledgeable and sweet staff. It’s also nice to just peruse the fun setups the girls have done and occasionally find a new toy to bring home. I’ve had so many questions of what’s the healthiest dog food for my dog or needed advice on safe treats for her, and they’ve always been met with patience and compassion from the sweetest girls like Katie and Ashley. I was having a really hard time figuring out what my dog liked to eat when I first got her and they walked me through the options with direct examples of nutrients that are truly healthy for her. They were so friendly and easy to talk to, my pup likes them too! My dog is picky and really likes the salmon based food I came home with! I really recommend talking to these two girls when wanting what’s best for your pup!

Every single time I come in to this store I’m greeted! I have genuine conversations about the concerns I have for my dogs and realistic solutions! The support I get at this store is like no other pet store! So glad the staff and Hollywood Feed store is in Oxford!

Unbeknowing to me I walked in the store 5 minutes before they closed. They made sure to tell me the drawers were counted down and that I could not make a purchase, I pleaded that I needed food and when I pulled out cash she let out. along sigh and said "we will remember you for this"Great store with awesome product, too bad the help ran me off.Edit: I moved out of Oxford years ago, recently went to visit and they said oh we remember you 😂 they still haven’t let it go

Now that was customer service! Young male employee was most helpful, not only with a new pet harness but a future purchase of dog boots! This young man deserves a raise!!!! One does not find such helpfulness in stores anymore.

Fantastic shop! The service was great- friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great relief compared to the big chain pet stores.They carry Orijen, which is one of the best brands for dogs. Very happy for the ability to curbside pickup instead of ordering online and hoping the bag doesn’t burst in transit.

Absolutely love this pet store! It is the only place in Oxford that sells the food brand we use, and they have a great selection of toys - from the usual suspects to unique (and ORGANIC) finds! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well organized.

They are a life saver. We have a new ACTIVE puppy. They know exactly what to give her to keep her busy. And if it’s not working for us we can take it back!!! Can you believe it??!! Super quick delivery! I ordered dog food last night at about 11pm, I got multiple notifications via email about my order and even an email that the store matched the instore pricing of my item, saving me about $3. They confirmed delivery today, and included a photo of the drop off location. The delivery cost less than $6 and during check out you have the option to add a tip! Super convenient!I moved to Batesville from Jonesboro recently and was sad to be leaving my Hollywood Feed there, thrilled to know this location offers delivery to Batesville.

Have been to Hollywood Feed twice since they moved into Oxford. The first time I went without my dog and the second time we took her into the store with us. There were dogs present in the store both times but they were behind a gate behind the sales/check out counter. The sales people were very helpful while we were there. They even fitted Missy (our dog) for her collar right in the store. There are a couple of draw backs however to the store in my opinion. Their items are a little more expensive than at other pet places around town. I didn't like the fact that the treats were stored in open barrels throughout the store and it was things like duck feet and cow throats which I find disgusting and would never let my dog eat. At the counter when we asked about flea and tick treatment the ONLY thing we were presented with was a $50 collar! The sales people were most interested in us than they were in our dog. All in all though I think it's an OKAY or SO SO store. I wouldn't go in though unless you are ready to spend some money.

Only place I've shopped for my dog since they opened. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff that know what they're talking about and have useful advice when it comes to food. Glad to have someone in Oxford selling so much grain free dog food, which would be almost impossible to find at a big box store. They also have a fantastic assortment of treats that aren't basically candy and tons of natural chew treats. The boar's hide they have is the only thing I've found that my standard schnauzer can't eat in less than a couple days.

I love this place. Finding the right food can get so stressful for me. I have 7 dogs and now one of them has to have the grain free and its difficult to know which one is right but as confused as i was the lady there today helped me so much and she was so patient with me. I really couldnt believe her kindness. She is awesome i forgot to get her name but i want to thank u so much for what u did and how u treated me and really was genuine anout helping my dog too.

Your store also is well organized and colorful which makes the shopping experience very appealing. I went in here to get my dog a bone because Lbs. said they wouldn't have any till next week. First of all, they do not restrain the pets in the store, rather letting them bombard us at the door. My dog was scared of them and I had to hold her. It's incredibly rude to let an unleashed dog approach one that is leashed. But at no time did the attendant call her dogs to sit down or chill out, they were very poorly mannered. At checkout the lady grilled me nonstop about what kind of food I get my dog, how long it lasts me, how much I feed her, and then criticized my answers ending it off with "Well if you purchase from here there's *insert list of benefits* and you'll actually be saving money, blah blah blah. I'm sorry, but I'm not paying that much money for dog food. SHES A DOG! She gets bulk kibble and eats it just fine. This yuppie whole food organic for dogs is a little over the top for my tastes. My dog doesn't have food allergies or sensitivities and she's well into being elderly, with no health problems, so I don't think she needs Grade A beef in her kibble. Will definitely not be going back in here. Although, she's definitely enjoying her bone right now.
