Visited this store because it was not too far from the hotel I was staying at. It is like a convenience store, they gave what you need but you will pay more for it than other stores. The store seemed understaffed but the ones there were nice. I would go if I needed something quickly but I'd go somewhere else if I could.

Ashley in pharmacy is the rudest person I have dealt with in customer service. Was given the run around for a week, only to be told to call the pharmacy back today, call today and got Ashley on the phone. I was interrupted, talked over, gone off on, she was too busy talking over me to understand what I was trying to ask her, then hung up on. I called the store and asked for a manager and Dan helped me. His customer service was great. He got my information and what was going on. Told me he’d contact me back with an update and did within 10 minutes. His help was greatly appreciated, however I will no longer be using this pharmacy in the future.

Horrible experience one of the worse encounters I have ever experienced at any Walgreens Pharmacy. Ashley at the pharmacy someone you should avoid by any means. I'm not sure if it's because she getting ready to Burst out her uniform.(Her uniform is tight it probably reads her blood pressure on the tag) Seriously! Her level of education & pay grade screams bad news trust me. Useless as they come and incapable of performing her duties.

Everytime I come in and try to put money on my cash app here, management is extremely rude and unhelpful. I tried to put money in today but all the manager said was "it won't let you do it" and proceeded to open up another register so she could get the customers out of the store that had lined up behind me. The only explanation I got when I asked why is "it doesn't tell us on our end". All I had to really do was refresh my barcode( I figured this out after I had returned to my car). Don't come here if you don't have to, you will not be welcomed

Ordered a picture that they weren’t able to find. Waited in line for that then waited for it to be reprinted then had to wait in another long line to pay. Associates were on their phones laughing.

Asked the cashier if the catalina printer is working because I am expecting a register rewards to print. He had no idea what l was talking about and it wasn't working. Waited for a manager for 10 minutes just to learn she doesn't know what a register reward is even when I showed her the tag from the store shelf explaining the deal. Returned everything and left frustrated.

Worse Walgreens ever! Customer service is horrible. Their pharmacy needs to be shutdown: I wish Tricare will bring Walmart or Kroger back and remove Walgreens. I have never experienced service this bad before.

Either they need to update their hours, or the manager needs to tell their employees to stop locking the doors early. A few weeks ago I went an hour before google said this location closed, doors were locked & the employees just stared at me while chit chatting. I needed to get my 8 month old baby medicine as she had the flu. Two nights ago I went, 30 minutes before closing for diapers. Same deal. Doors locked. Employees just standing at a register chit chatting. Super annoying.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst customer service. Was told it would take an hour for my daughters medicine to be ready. Go to pick it up and they didn’t know how to put my insurance information in the computer or something because they were saying my daughter wasn’t covered and she is i know that for a fact. Had a similar experience with my other daughters medication. I’ve witnessed them eating in there from the drive thru. Can hardly ever get anyone on the phone. We are switching pharmacies. 10/10 don’t recommend this place.

All I needed was possibly 2-3 min of your time after waiting in the line at the pharmacy for 45 min but that was too much to ask. My prescriptions were covered, you could have verified my I.D. grabbed 2 bags clicked some buttons and I woulnd't have had to come back. After watching you take unbearbly long on each car literally 5-10 minutes, it never takes this long with a well run pharmacy, you tell me "we're closed". Maybe you knew how inept you are at you job and you knew that even the simplest of transactions takes you much too long. Who knows although I really appreciated the fact that without me saying anything other than "I've waited in this line for 45 min" your immediate response was "take it up with corporate". From the 2.6 score on here it's doubtful anyone reading this has any intention of fixing this store.

I am so fed up with this location. I went thru the drive thru to pick up an order the dr phoned in. One item was OTC and they said they couldn’t get that unless I come in so I parked and went in. Waited in line forever to get someone to unlock the box where the Zyrtec was and they informed me to go back out to the sales floor and push the button. I went back to the Zyrtec and pushed the button. 5 min later a lady showed up and informed me I did this wrong that I would have to go get back in line and request someone come open the box. I walked off and left my other stuff there. I hate this location.

Can't understand these bad reviews. Went to the pharmacy again for my covid booster. They are so friendly to everyone. The blond lady,I think she was the pharmacist, gave me the injection. I could not have been treated nicer and so timely. I had an appointment and was in and out very quickly. Thanks to the group.

I've yet to think up a scenario that explains why the drive thru is always unbearably slow. Like 10-15 minutes per car. Even with customers inside, it simply shouldn't take this long. I'm sure the staff are super nice, but customers have lives to lead beyond the drive thru.

Worst Walgreens ever. Used Walgreens in Kansas City, MO and always had great experiences. Not sure if this is a regional issue or just this location but they are always out of prescription medications. I also had one incident of date of refill in their system not matching date of pick-up, which is on the label. They then argues that I picked it up late, in this case the date on label would have been changed with initials of associate whom made the changes. Not saying their breaking laws but still got to question their integrity. This place is a mess. Going to try another one, luckily Mississippi has them on every other block. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Pay the extra at CVS to be safe.

Dropped prescriptions off at 530 pm, was told 30 minutes. It is now 7 pm and i am still waiting for them to be filled. I wish we felt like someone cared that my husband had surgery and needed not only his pain meds but the antibiotic that he was told to start asap. Wont return to this this walgreens, ever.

Slowest worst pharmacy ever. I dropped off a prescription and I was told fifteen to twenty minutes. I left for half an hour then came back and still ended up waiting another fifty minutes to an hour. How long does it take to put a few pills in a bottle.

Prescription is NEVER ready when they say it will be! The pharmacy is always under staffed. They are not helpful and make it difficult to use a discount card. If your system tells me my prescription will be ready at a certain time then that's when it should be ready! On multiple occasions, they have been out of stock for several different medications. Seriously poor management of their pharmacy department. I never have any trouble when not using the pharmacy, quick lines and friendly service for anything other than the pharmacy. Switching to Kroger ASAP!

Worst Walgreens drive thru pharmacy that I've ever been to in my entire life. I was told to come back twice and I waited over an hour and a half for one prescription to be filled. Pharmacy staff were rude and inconsiderate. The staff helped other cars in the first lane who came after me, even though I was there before them. I thought I could go to my neighborhood Walgreens but it turns out that I'll just have to keep driving out to the Walgreens on Craft rd. I will never ever return and I hope that if you're reading this, you will heed my warning.

This Walgreens has always had a really great pharmacy staff and better than average floor staff. Safe location that is easy to see from major roads, clean, and polite. Around two decades of using it and rarely disappointed.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy. The girl helping me was rude and couldn't care a less. It was so bad I asked for my prescription back because I didn't trust her with it. When I asked for my prescription she said "No, you can't have it back." At that point I was in tears and demanded it back. It's really sad that someone like that is working with people who are sick and need medicine. I will never use this pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff was very rude. A young blonde women and an older blonde women, they were rude and just wanted to argue about nothing. I see why the pharmacy is empty and the one at Goodman and Craft is always packed.

Very rude staff and the Pharmacist with blonde hair is the Queen of rudeville. She is very unprofessional and needs to work desperately on her people skills. I believe the other staff see this and feed off of her which makes this a toxic environment for all.

Lynnette was a very very helpful pharmacist she went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. It's rare to find people with that kind of patience now a days. I just hope this get back to her thank you so much Lynnette you are awesome.

This is a nice Walgreens. It is generally clean and well stocked. The staff is generally helpful. The parking is good. Access to the store can be tough because it only has one access from a major street and the other is thru a winding side road and not directly into the store.
