One the best places to take your dog or cat when you want a get away. The staff is very professional, and handle your pets as if they owned them. Our pup has been going there since she was 3 months old for puppy preschool it’s awesome. When the day is over for puppy she is good and tired.

We boarded our babies here while we went for my graduation! Our dogs have never been away from us. From the minute we walked in the building they made us and the dogs feel welcomed. We were kept in contact with the whole stay! Hands down the best place, they had so much fun they slept through the night once they got back home with us!

The facility is wonderful! Very clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing! My baby Pepper did great. They were wonderful with him. He's very shy and nervous sometimes. They were so patient. And they sent pictures and updates. Will definitely be back.

We are so grateful to have found Pet Suites in Olive Branch. We have a blind chi mix puppy with SEVERE separation anxiety. They have welcomed him from day one into the daycare.There is close supervision of the dogs the whole time, and there are cameras you can view your dog at play. They take cleanliness very seriously.We are going out of town in a couple of weeks & we feel better about boarding him with them. We were so anxious about it.Even though we know it's going to be hard at night for him, they have helped ease our minds. He loves pup cup Wed.'s.this month & they are always having extra activities for the dogs. He's going to a St. Patricks Party next week with shamrock shakes. They take digital pics too. We highly recommend them.

We’ve boarded our dog here several times and we always have a great experience! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! We never have to worry when he’s there and he always comes home so tired & happy from having such a good time! We love PetSuites!

At the last minute I had to find my furr babe somewhere to go before travel they welcomed us with open arms. Smooth process. I was able to see where he would be staying; staff was very friendly, and didn't mind answering any questions I had. When I called to see how he was doing was on a brief hold and when she returned she updated me on his care. I was able to see his paw gress report and pictures of him as well. This is a 10 out of 10 for me. I definitely would recommend Petsuites Olive Branch always, and will try them out again.

Im giving it 4 stars because the place is clean, the staff is friendly, I like that they treat the dog suites like hotel rooms with daily cleaning service and when I noticed my pup through the puppy cam having a rough time without me I called and they sent a worker right away to love on him.Its not a 5 star because I did not get puppy day care which is what was offered and I accepted during his 3 day stay. I wanted him to be outdoors as much as possible besides his potty breaks. And I didnt like that I got a pawgress report that was not the same narrative the manager gave me when I came in to pick up my pup. It was a totally different report that made me feel as if the pawgress reports were not honest. And lastly I didnt like I was lied to. The worker was unaware I had access to see my pup online and told me he was outside when he wasnt. Robyn and Sarah, the managers there heard out my concern with care even offered a free day for pup. And a week or so later I recieved a follow up call about my experince there with pup. It lets me know they do care about making money yes, BUT thier priority is also making sure people feel comfy leaving there babies there with them and giving their babies the best care.

Clark was wore out after his first visit. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their love for our pets. The place is clean, well lit and plenty of room for pups to play. We will return and we will board our cat and dog when we go on vacation.

I enjoyed the online pawgress reports about my dog’s stay and I enjoyed logging in to see them in the outdoor play area. They were very friendly and called to let me know how my dogs were doing. It’s a great place for pets.

We had a excellent experience! We had to find a border last minute, and they were able to accommodate us. A few hours after we dropped our dog off, I got a call from PetSuites saying our pup had some blood in her urine and we were already out of town so they drove my dog to my vet and it was determined she had a UTI so they brought her back to the kennel and gave her medicine all weekend while we were out of town. I really thought that was above and beyond! Very nice of them to do that. Our dog seemed to have a good time and we were able to watch her on a live camera in her kennel and we got daily update pics. I would recommend PetSuites for sure!

My babies have been playing here for about 3 months. They love it. The hosts spend time playing with them and trying to get them engaged. I only gave 4 stars because the website for customers is not the easiest to navigate. Setting up appointments and estimating grooming prices is convoluted and over-complicated.

I will start by saying I’ve used the Petsuites in Memphis in the past and have ALWAYS had good experiences. This is Olive Branch. Here goes… 1st - I never got a call/email/text to confirm or cancel my online reservation so, on the day of, I called ahead to see if I could bring Archie (1yo maltipoo) in for his grooming appt. I was told everything was fine and to bring him on in. 2nd - When I got there, I gave Olivia Archie’s shot record (which was also already in their system) and she told me that his rabies shot (given 1/6/23) was overdue so he couldn’t be serviced?? Not only are ALL of my baby’s shots up to date, but she called some other vet (not the one who issued the record) to verify what I had given her. As if I’d type up a fake record?! So I left and took Archie to the vet to get his rabies shot and the vet told me everything is up to date and they have no idea why the groomer would tell me otherwise. When I called petsuites back, 30 minutes after leaving, to tell them they made a mistake and see if I could bring my baby back in for his appt, they had already given his spot away. Convenient right? It was all so bizarre. Makes me think they either take me for a crook or they overbooked their groomer and needed a way out.
