If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I purchased a 24’ max blue led light for my aquarium that I was starting for a new hobby. The light did not fit so I thought I would try to exchange the light or even have it deducted from my next purchase, however that wasn’t the case , the cashier insinuated that I must have stolen the light in front of my children, and by me being a person of color I let incompetent people think as they would like. Without a fuss I left along with my new purchase and the light that I supposedly had stolen. I was still happy to be a valued customer . The second service I had today was taking my Pom to get groomed and the groomer stated that she didn’t have a grooming appointment for him , I assured her that I set the appointment that this particular location and I didn’t have my phone at the time . So I went to the car and provided the text that stated my appointment so then she went to say that “someone tried to call you” I told her that no one tried to call nor did they leave a voicemail! Instead of being irate as I should of because I waisted my gas and time to come all the way to that location with the SERVICE BEING UNSATISFIED. My 0 stars is my experience. Ok bye

New in town, and I found out there's mini make-over service as a walk-in service for my dog with no appointment needed. The staff was very polite and nice to my little dog.

My toy poodle has been groomed at OB Petco for nearly 10 years. We have seen lots of turnover there, but it used to remain a 5-star experience up until the last 1-2 years or so, the service and quality has gone downhill. I booked an online appointment a while back and someone went into the system and canceled it without any notice. When we showed up, the staff told me they aren't taking online bookings, you have to call. Pretty sure corporate needs to turn that function off for this location if that's the case. But I moved on. Then, I called to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance, and after putting it on my calendar then driving an hour to get there, I was told they don't have any appointment for us. The last appointment they had was a no-show scheduled for the day I called... WHAT!They also have not taken walk-ins for years but they keep a walk-in menu on their wall for some reason. The staff there seems so unhappy and borderline rude everytime we call or drop-off for service. And the grooming job is more misses than hits anymore. Since it is such a miserable chore to them to groom my dog, unfortunately we are looking for a new groomer after 10 years here. I'm not going to keep hoping this place will be better next time.

Tiffany was the rudest and I simply could not take Madison’s sarcasm. She told me she could do one thing and did another in which I didn’t agree on . He was white , now he’s pink because they cut so far into his skin. Never in life will I bring my Carter back.

My little furbaby was very happy, and that's the most important part for me. Aside from him not being terrified when I picked him up, he looks GREAT and smelled fantastic. I cannot recall the name of the groomer (maybe Tiffany?) who took care of Pete, but she did an outstanding job, and I will be happily booking all my future appointments with her.

I took my Pom in for "the works." I wanted her groomed in a "teddy bear" cut. The groomer talked me out of that cut, stating my Pom's fur might not grow back normally. I'm not sure that's true, but I conceded. My Pom did look expertly groomed, but I couldn't see that the undercoat shedding worked very well.

Because Kelly knows my 3 babies since she's there groomer. I have a 15 yrs old and she takes her time with her cause she gets tired out very quickly so you need to be patient with her. Now my other 2 they hate when mom leaves but Kelly gets it done..

We brought in our Australian Shepherd who has long, beautiful hair. She was only supposed to get a trim of any hair that was matted but they cut her down entirely to her skin. Everything but her tail. Completely butchered her hair. We told them to keep it long and just shape it up, no... it’s all gone. I almost cried when I saw her. Australian Shepherds are not to be shaved or have drastic haircuts because of their type of hair, and she’s never had a haircut in her 6 years of life. But this is ridiculous.

The staff was rude upon drop-off. We felt so uncomfortable leaving him with the staff that we called every grooming place in the city, but they were all closed. We left him there out of desperation. When we picked our dog up, his haircut was uneven. He looked the worst he ever had following a haircut from anywhere.

Great customer service, great with my dogs, they were so silky smooth and smelled good. Was my dogs first time to a groomer and she was amazing with them. Will definitely book future appointments.

I made the mistake of giving this location a 2nd chance and after the distance I have to drive for an appointment to this place, that was a big mistake & one that we will never make again. Extremely disrespectful! If I could give no stars I definitely would.
