Today was our first trip to Osana’s Pet Salon, but will now be a regular for us. The team at Osana’s was so soothing, gentle, and loving to our golden doodle who was having her first trip to the groomer. They walked through the different cuts they recommended and asked about our preferences for her as well.Not only does she look amazing, but they were so great with our two kids who wanted to watch their pup finish her first cut.Our family is very impressed with the care and grooming process and will definitely be back for many, many more. #doodlelife

I was recommended Unleashed by a family member. However, they didn’t answer the phone or ever call me back to make an appointment like their voicemail said they would. So, I got online and started searching for dog groomers. See, I’ve never owned a long haired dog before and I recently inherited the sweetest 12 year old girl. She needed grooming bad. I saw this place had a good rating and I called. Making an appointment was quick and easy. They did so well with my dog. She looks amazing and I will be bringing her back!The only thing I could “complain” about, and it’s my fault too so I won’t harp on it. When I made the appointment I made it clear I had never been with them before or gotten a dog groomed before. The lady on the phone said that was fine and did not tell me that a dog had to have updated shot records to get groomed. I had no proof of shot records prior to appointment because I had only had the dog for 3 days at this point. If my vet apt hadn’t of been first I would’ve brought her to the groomers just to be turned away because no one mentioned to me that this was a requirement. I would have appreciated when I said “I’ve never gotten a dog groomed before” for them to have let me know that. I had to call and reschedule once I found that information out so I could get those records and shots updated for my dog.

I absolutely wish I could leave Osanas 5 stars. I love the results on my Shih Tzu from my visit yesterday. He looks like a completely different pup, but in a good way. I am totally satisfied with his grooming. He’s not traumatized or in shock, and is functioning like his normal happy self. I also love that Osanas sends out plenty of appointment reminders and also a follow up message to see how your appointment went. My reasoning for leaving 3 stars is very personal. Firstly, as a local guide, I enjoy taking pictures of many different establishments to give the community better insight on what that specific business has to offer. As I was in Osanas, I loved how cute the salon was and began to take pictures of the many things I liked. I did snap a few pictures of my pup as he was being groomed, because he’s my new fur baby and I was very excited. The young ladies doing the groom then got very awkward and had rude looks on their faces. One of them approached me and asked me to stop taking pictures and especially not with her face in anything. I hate that they ASSUMED that I was taking pictures of them, their entire demeanor was off (But if you look at the pictures attached, I definitely made sure to only have my pup in there, and not them) but I said “sure, I understand” I then left to sit in my car because I was uncomfortable at that point. After waiting for 3 hours in the car, I went in to check on my pup, and the young lady started saying, “Ma’am! Ma’am! Ma’am!” As soon as I walked in and looked around.. as if she was saying, what do you want? Why are you in here? It made me feel very uncomfortable.. I went back out to my car. My final reason for giving three stars is what makes me want to give 0 stars! My step father passed away about 3 months ago and the shih tzu was his baby! He took great care of him and loved him dearly. I was unaware that his family had no one to care for the shih tzu and about a month ago I decided to take him in. I scheduled an appointment for him to be groomed with Osanas right away, because I realized he was quite furry and had been matted pretty bad. The appointment was canceled due to the weather. I booked again immediately and he was seen yesterday. What I originally booked an appointment for was a groom and de-shed. After they had got him ready on the table, the young lady informed me that he would need to be completely shaven. And that the total would be $100, versus the $65 I was originally told. I was fine with it, but didn’t like the fact that they already started the shaving before informing me of the price difference. I was glad I had the extra cash anyways as they were not taking any card payments. The young lady who told me this came off as rude/blunt and was not personable at all. After my puppy was done, I was very happy to see him, but the young lady made me feel terrible that I had not gotten him from my step fathers family sooner. She lifted up the coat that was matted and shaved from him and bluntly/rudely was saying that it was the worse case she has ever seen in her life. I felt terrible and only thought about how my step father really did love this puppy and how he is no longer here with us. I felt as if I was being judged although I have not even had my puppy long and immediately took him in for service. They were not friendly to me at all and I felt very uncomfortable during my visit. I am happy with the results, but in the future, please don’t be quick to judge people when you have no idea of the situations tied to the reasons their animals need groomed.

I called Saturday morning and was able to get in the same day. Upon arrival, the salon is open and inviting, and the staff is friendly. My fur baby is a mature mixed breed with a fairly long coat that tends to matte up on her hind quarters and other longer areas. Shelby did a phenomenal job of removing all the matted areas while leaving her coat as long as she could to keep Maggie's natural growth pattern. Her nails looked great also, and she was not traumatized when I picked her up. All in all, it's great service, and we will return. Highly recommended 👌

Amazing small business. The staff and owner Osana G. are so friendly and welcoming. Every visit feels personal and we leave feeling valued. Taking my pup there is actually a positive experience, he has a great time. Grooming, spa day day, highly recommended for your pet needs.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR DOG!! I dropped my LONG HAIRED dog with chronic allergies off for grooming and when I picked him up, they had SHAVED him. The only time they called me was to ask if they could shave the matted areas behind his ears. I was in shock when I picked him up. I cried the whole way home and let them know that I was unhappy. A day later, my dog had a rash infection on his stomach. After taking him to the vet, my vet confirmed that his infection was from “unsanitary grooming tools”. I called Osana’s back and only requested a refund and not the vet bill. They asked for a picture of the vet bill and his stomach which I sent them and then said they would let me know. I had to call multiple times to receive no update on my refund. My vet called them and confirmed with them that my dog has an infection from their grooming to which they responded to my vet “you don’t sound like a real vet.” THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR THE DOGS THAT COME THROUGH.

I absolutely love coming here to get my dogs groomed. They’re always timely, and if they do run behind they update me just so I don’t worry about my fur baby being there so long. I’ve also noticed that they’ve been calling and updating if I enjoyed their service the day after.

I have brought my dogs here to have them bathed and deshed since Osana's had opened. The staff there are supper sweet and my dogs absolutely love them. I've taken my dogs to other places before and my dogs always come back scared or not wanting to go in again until I met Osana and her group. ABSOLUTLY LOVE THEM! ❤️

This place is awesome. Took 5 groomers to do my Jack Jack , because he's crazy. Lol 🤣 but they stayed two hours over closing time to make sure he was done. Can't ask for them to be any better!

They were so good with my baby girl, Daisy. She was groomed so pretty, bathed and brushed. They did an exceptional job on her nails. I have also noticed she has not slid across the floor on her rump since visit either❤️❤️

They are EXCELLENT!!! Very professional, very gentle and they take their time! I love the cut!!! My Rowdy Doodle was a “HOT MESS” when I took him in but when I pick him up he was absolutely GQ! Reasonable prices and were great with scheduling!!!! I 100% recommend!!!

First time taking our fur babies to Osana’s! Friendly staff seemed to genuinely care about my babies. They were done much quicker than we expected which was a pleasant experience. The only issue I had was both dogs had 2 places where it looked like the dog jerked and the hair is much shorter in those spots. Also they cut our girl dogs face clean and we were not expecting that. So that was a shock. But it’s hair and it will grow back. Just make sure you tell them what you expect your babies to look like when done and you shouldn’t have issues! We will definitely use them again.

Been going here for a while with our husky but for some reason my dog came back with a sub par de-shed and I couldn’t tell he had a bath. On top of that the fur around his nails were still overgrown…. I will not be returning my dog there even though it’s convenient with them being in my neighborhood.. if they can make it right I will return but I’m not sure they would push this issue honestly.

The first two times we took him he looked great no complaints. The 3 rd time we took him they called stated he had some mats so it’s gonna be an extra fee , when we picked him up they had pretty much sheared him like a sheep, his beard was very uneven And they charged way too much. They charged $150. Seemed to be ALL new staff.

This was our first appointment with my 7 month old Golden Retriever puppy. I can honestly say that I'm impressed! The groomers were so friendly and very professional, and my puppy loved it. We will definitely be back!

This is a horrible service, They charge $85 for my mini poodle MALE and they shaved all his hair off left the hair on his tail and top of his head as well as his ears they didn’t shape his face it look like a triangle and they gave him a female dog cut when I asked for a teddy bear cut they don’t wanna do they job they just chop all the dog hair off… I’m at highly disappointed and I feel very disrespected for them thinking this was okey.

There was a mix of an appointment time which didn't bother me. But I receive a call that my dogs are ready to be picked up, my blood sugar was low so I needed some time to get my sugar back up. However, they did call me again saying if I don't come and get them soon, they would charge me with a late fee. It's not like I was going to leave my dogs there all day. I can't just drop everything at the moment. I needed some time, yet they couldn't seem to give me that. The customer service was awful too. I'm changing groomers, this is ridiculous.

Our bouvier, Darla, isn't fond of vet visits or groomers, but after her first visit to Osana's she was less anxious that I had ever seen her after a grooming. We are very pleased with the quality of the cut. Thanks to all who made her as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside!

These people are amazing! Amanda you are priceless!!! My Mason has PTSD from 11 years of puppy mill abuse so we are VERY picky about him being put in a kennel ever again. These people listened to my concerns and made certain to not put him in a holding kennel. Although we do hurry to get him out so he doesn't stay there long, there is always a span of time before we can get there. They allow him to run around on the floor, so that he is not re-traumatized by the kennels. They also gave me updates on how much longer it would be so I had time to get over there. Of course the services are exactly what I asked for and they are very professional!!! Worth every penny to know my baby is safe and cared for! Highly recommend!!!!! Lillian Jamison

I absolutely love that you can see the available appointments and book online. That’s makes the scheduling process a lot easier. The grooming services have been great. I think my Shih Tzu has been in about 3-4 times. We haven’t had any issues or complaints. He doesn’t like it but he doesn’t like for me to leave him anywhere. Considering he is in high spirits and happy after I pick him up, I think he is content with the services as well.Update: not happy that they cut my Yorkie’s ponytail after I explicitly said not to at drop off.

Osana is a very professional and sincere groomer. She can work 'magic' on dogs, I know this is especially true with huskies! I have a husky that will get long hair growth out of her paws and is constantly loosing patches of fur, when she came home from Osana's she looked beautiful! My dog's coat looked brighter and cleaner, she is mostly white with patches of grey/black, and she even looked like she lost a couple of pounds. I will always bring my pup back here!
