I went to the pharmacy. They are the best. I drive past Scott a dozen pharmacies that are closer because the people there are so nice and helpful. Hunter, Zach, Theresa, Linda, Trina, Justin, and others (sorry I can't recall all of your names) are just awesome. Thank you for your tremendous service. You're the best, BY FAR!!!

I have no idea why this bakery is still open. I placed an order earlier this week for specialty cupcakes. I went to pick them up and was initially told that the order wasn't placed. Once I provided verification, then I was advised that the location doesn't make signature cupcakes. I questioned the employee regarding why the option is available online and why wasn't I notified? I received no apology and was advised that I could get cupcakes from the freezer. I am waiting for management to care that this bakery has taken a turn for the worst.

Great Kroger location. Isles are a little cramped. It would be nice if they got the smaller carts as an option. I do like there plastic carts. Nicer, then the metal ones back in GA. Found everything I needed. Lots of smiling faces from employees and fellow customers.

Kroger has gone down hill tremendously, I used to work there at that location but after being shot at and forced to work for 6 weeks with no pay after they had me arrested for god knows what. A coworker accused me of being a shooter or bomber or something, all the charges were dropped and sealed, I try to avoid it. Because some of the employees and customers are dangerous, so I don't shop there anymore. But I work near by so that is why the GPS system thinks that I went there.

30-45 minute waits in line are not uncommon. Definitely worth it to make the drive to Hernando. Horribly run grocery store. Employees are usually pleasant, but the manager should definitely be fired. Photos are from a random Thursday at 2:00 in the afternoon. One self checkout lane open. Lines going to the back of the store and starting to wrap around. Carts full of food abandoned all over the place because of the outrageous lines. Employees nowhere to be found. This place is an absolute ghetto disaster and if they can’t properly staff the place they should close it down until they can. Hernando is just 20 minutes away and they have zero of these issues. This is a management failure.

Not a bad store. But this is the only Kroger I know with only 1 restroom! Not a men or womens, just a family restroom? That's absurd for a business of that size! Kroger you need to fix this! And guess what? The one toilet was out of service!!!! Smh!

This past weekend I had no problem finding parking after the holidays which is great. But unfortunately ran into two problems. They usually have cases of water at the front of the store, which is their 48 pack of Kroger water or they’ll be on the shelves unfortunately, they were all out, and there was no display in the front at all. But once I did get majority to gross as I could get, they were in stock the bag had no real courtesy. I don’t know if the reason was they were frustrated at having to bag so much or so. Many people were coming into the store to get things they need for their household, but you have to have a better attitude. This person proceeded to put a heavy item in with my bread. With those who regularly shop, we all are aware that bread goes in a bag by itself or with other bread items. Unfortunately, I caught it in time before it got to the car And removed the other items out of it. No one likes crushed bread. We want it in the same way we picked it up that’s nice and fluffy. And the future if I go to this location again, I will make a specific suggestion that they put in the bag by itself if they take that advice is up to them the moment they don’t I will just ask that person to move themselves somewhere else and I’ll bag my own groceries so that way I don’t have crisp bread when I get home. And yes, I had to go another 2 to 3 miles to the Southhaven location near get well just to get the case of water and a few other items that they did not have in stock. At that location there was no problem.

About the dirtiest grocery store I’ve ever seen. Lots of boxes and trash everywhere. Just a mess. But there was an ice storm coming, so maybe it’s not always that bad. Line was insane also. But again, could have been the ice storm coming.

I have no idea what's going on with the bakery but I've had enough. A few months ago they didn't even ice the cake properly. I had two cakes made last weekend and they didn't have everything on it and the flavor was wrong. This weekend the cupcakes are not the correct flavor. I haven't ask for anything special nor do I want a discount. I just want the cakes that I order to be correct. I am done. I would rather drive to Sams Club.

A little goes a long way. I stopped the store manager Rocky to ask what isle an item was on and he told me and asked if I wanted him to get it for me. I said no I will get it but to my surprise he brought me the options they had for me to pick from; that really made my day. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Second time they offer you a window and wait till last second to say they are behind. Don't offer windows with time slots if you can't keep up esp with same day

Horrible Kroger, shelves are not stocked in the evening, not one employee out on the floor to help customers. I spent 15 minutes at the customer service desk before someone called over the intercom that I was waiting. Worst kroger I’ve ever been in, I hate that its my only local Kroger. I will be spending more money at Aldi. To top it off who in this store had the bright idea to stock the shelves during the day, seriously, the aisles are packed with pallets and employees blocking traffic, unable to see products or get to them because there is so much clutter from pallets of products to pallets of trash, this can’t be safe during the day. Can you imagine trying to get out if there was a fire?

This Kroger is never stocked appropriately and there are never any registers open. I hate going to this store. This store is my last option. I usually drive a little further to the Kroger in Getwell and Goodman

VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL Black lady, short with finger waves n her hair. Older than all the kids workn 10/11 6:30pm.I was n lane 5 & saw lane 7 open, So I looked around, no one else was trying to move over, So we started to get n 7, Lady came out with her hands up as if to push us back & VERY LOUDLY said Unn uhh, No Ma'am No Ma'am We don't do that here. Do What?So I just move back to lane 5 wondering what was she talking about. She then told the Black gentleman Behind us n line to come on in lane 7 & a white lady that was N lane 6 behind some others that wasn't even trying to move over.So, I'm wondering 🤔 what did she mean? I waited till we got to the front of the line and she was running back n forth from line to line. I asked her Do what & Why was she so rude?Once again, Very loud, I wasn't rude Ma'am, you can't just come from anywhere & get N line! What? That doesn't make sence, but I was N lane 5 the whole time, I didn't jump in front of anyone! I said yes, you were very rude & very loud & embarrassing! She kept talking loudly from 2lines over saying No I wasn't rude and if I was I apologize, but I wasn't rude ma'am. Ignorant at its finest.I had stopped talking to her, she was totally belligerent & kept talking, Nice Role Model for the Younger kids working n store.So I guess we couldn't move to lane 7 why. Because she didn't like how we looked or what???I'm Italian, soooo Idk but You can't just talk to me any kind of way!!!! Period. I guess others don't talk back to her, but I'm grown! So, after I asked her what was the problem, I realized she just wants to be loud & stupid, wasn't any need to keep talking to her.I know this Kroger has gone downhill, but keeping peop like this is ridiculous!All the younger peop working in there are Always Nice & polite to me. Always!!!! She could learn how to act from them!This is the problem with the youth these days.....having idiots working over them that cannot teach them anything, but how to be obnoxious & mad at the world.One of the younger employees told me She talks loud & disrespectful to them like that all the time. And another lady in line was saying she was very rude. Just CrazyWe will be going to Piggly Wiggly from now on!!!

The car side pick up at the store is TERRIBLE! Multiple times I have checked the box to not allow substitutions and they bring out substitutes including things I am allergic to. I also would end up late for work if I went during my lunch hour because they always take more than 30 minutes.Most recently I had an order to pick up and received a reminder email telling me the pick up time. I arrive within the timeframe and waited 40 minutes. I checked in from the app and by calling the number. One staff member came outside once at the beginning of my wait and not again for at least 35mins. I called customer service from the app and store employees LIED and said they tried to call me but my number is disconnected. I'm literally talking to customer service on the phone they said was disconnected. No one ever called me, ever said my order was delayed and best of all, I was parked directly outside the pickup up door...no one had the decency, courtesy, or professionalism to step two feet out the door and tell me of the delay.I could actually see the staff standing around talking instead of working. Terrible store, even worse employees, lazy, uncaring about their job, RAGGEDY and I will NEVER patron this business again. Please shop elsewhere.

Was out to get jalapeños. The ones that were on the shelf were terrible. Went to ask a worker in the area, and all he was worried about was talking to a friend. Needless to say, I left without buying anything.

Tuesday at 9pm. Went to cashier line - she shot me a quick you know what look as I approached- I put my $123 worth of items on the belt - ( sad it was only 8 bags ) not a word or a smile from the cashier - she gave me my total and waited for me to bag - I waited for her to start and then was goig to help. I was having a hard time getting bags to open and this angered her so she was slinging my items . The last two items - I was trying to open a bag and she walked off to help the next register with customers more like herself . I finished bagging and walked off as another customer approached and asked if she was open….barely audible response.Tip: If you suck at customer service then Don’t be a cashier ! Sure there are more suitable positions for poor attitudes.- management decision…As the other lady said I don’t work for Kroger and there is no discount for bagging my own groceries.This store has a history of poor management so I know not to expect much . Piggly wiggly is much better all around- maybe take some cues Kroger .

The men's bathroom at this location is the grossest bathroom I've ever seen! I refuse to use the facilities at this location. Before you even walk into the bathroom you can tell that the floor is never been mopped. The restroom has two lights out and what appears to be feces on the ceiling. It has been this way for months!

I came here at 10:50 pm to simply get some chicken broth. I was told by a guy that his manager said that he can't let anybody inside the store. I asked for the manager and they sent the manager out and the manager told me that they don't let customers in after 10:50. I don't know what type of sense that makes, especially as someone who has managed retail services before. The time you have posted as your close time is the time you close. It's no different than your opening times, you won't let people in 10 minutes before the stores posted time so why deny them service 10 minutes before closing? Not only that, the customers have to ring themselves up so it's not like you're bothering any cashiers or anything like that. If your store closes at 10:50 then you should let that be known and address it by updating your hours.

So, I went grocery shopping and found that there was one register open for the entire store. I asked if they were going to open anymore as I saw enough associates to open another register. With at least 5 associates not working, I went through self checkout with a ton of items. Upon completion, I was notified by the attendant of self checkout that one of the items I scanned was outdated, and they couldn't sell me any items. That she would have to call the manager to come figure out which item was outdated. She couldn't find the manager. I had already paid and I left.

There is never enough employees at work. The lady checking me out allowed me to bag my own groceries. She actually turned her back. This was on a Sunday morning 1/15/2023 approx. 10am to 1030am. I do not work for Kroger, however, I do understand that every business has a budget. The managers should come out the office and put their hands on something. I do not like self check, point, blank, period!!!DEAR KROGER,If I have to bag my own groceries, I need a discount off my total. I will gladly take a 20-25% discount.

If I could give this store a zero I would. I ordered groceries on Wednesday May 3rd around 2 to be picked up around 7pm. Im a stay at home mom of 2 babies right now. I’m very on edge and stressed but I’m trying my best. We are down to 1 car that my husband is driving it for now. He doesn’t get off till then. They called and said it won’t be filled till the next day. Ok but it still can’t be picked up till after 7. They said it would be ok. Next day someone reached out and said the groceries were ready. Ok but I can’t pick up till 7. They said it was fine. Ok my husband went to pick up at 7. Couldn’t pick up groceries because the people had left “They leave when they want to” …. What? It’s ridiculous. This service is supposed to be convenient but it’s been the most stressful process. I have diapers and baby food in the order that I can’t cancel because it will be another 3-5 days to get the money back in my account!!! I’m just SOL!!! Thank you Kroger for making this experience horrible
