It’s always a pleasant shopping experience here. I appreciate great customer service. I was welcomed into the store and Justin asked if I needed a flyer. I appreciate your excellent service.A few weeks ago I came back to this store and a blanket caught my eye by the cash register so I asked about the blanket. Morgan helped me search for the blanket and he even went above and beyond for this blanket. Morgan searched in the system in other stores for the blanket and found two for me. I am beyond thankful for this because he truly went out of his way to deliver excellent customer service. I cannot thank him enough for going to this extent to get me the blankets. This gesture may seem small but it was so thoughtful. I appreciate all of the time you dedicated to helping me find this product and also for ensuring that I actually received it. You are the best!

I went to get some Purina brand dog food for myMaltipoo, I was told the Hollywood feed did not carry Purina brand dog food. The lady behind the register or the counter was curt when she told me.I would suggest going to another pet store other than this one especially if you're attempting to buy Purina brand dog food.

Our first visit to Hollywood Feed with our first puppy was amazing! I don’t know how I could even explain how absolutely wonderful Rachael but she is top of the line awesome!!! Her patience with our questions and willingness to help us get all our needs for our new family member was invaluable! The store is well organized and inviting! We will certainly return for sure!

It was our first time in the store and right off hand we were a little overwhelmed when we walked in. Employees greeted us as we walked in, handed us a flyer and even asked if we needed help with anything. Very friendly and courteous employees and pet friendly store.

I love this place and all the staff! I have been in there several times not fully knowing what I need to buy, the staff is very knowledgeable and quick to assist! Hollywood Feed is my preferred choice for my dog's food, and supplies. They may not be the lowest price compared to big box stores, but they have quality products, provide great customer service, have a great return policy, and are conveniently located. But most of all, they support our community.

On July 11, 2023 I ordered 5 bags of kitty litter to be delivered to my home in Olive Branch. Rachael helped me with my order. She was respectful, considerate and seemed to really care for me as a valued customer. The instructions to put the litter in separate bags and placed under my carport further back so they could not be seen from the street was spot on. mixed review from me, sadly if I love it or hate it all depends who is working. Sometimes we get over the top service other times they never look at you. I had to travel from one location to the other and it was like night and day how they treated us. 1 location treatment, I probably would just start using chewy. Too bad there is so much difference in this local chain.

I am new to Mississippi & my neice recommended Hollywood Feed in Olive Branch. This store is an absolute treat to visit & explore! I was immediately welcomed by a sweet woman (I think she was the store manager). She gave me a flyer of the current sales & I found two wonderful stuffIes & chewies for my dogs. As, I was checking out, the same woman was asking me about any allergies my dogs were experiencing due to the new climate. They have an awesome krill oil you can pump onto their food once a day. This place is so much fun & I have just touched the surface! I left there so hapoy & my furbabies were just as happy to get their new stuff.
