Oftentimes must return a second time, because cashier cannot find all meds, despite my continuing to get emails and texts to come pick them up. If this is happening to others, that may be why the drive-through line is so slow. I have advised the pharmacist and CVS Caremark.

Continued horrible service. I live almost 1 hour away and have made many trips only to find out the prescriptions are still not ready. Rarely can get a prescription filled the same day my doctor sends it in.
