As a person of color, it was very discouraging to be treated the way I was in this tractor supply. I go to tractor supplies on a regular basis and have always had good experiences. I walked in expecting to wash my pup but was asked to leave because I had the audacity to complain about the way their system is. I waited and was told that I could not wash without paying first. I would walk back and tell the representative that the washing station was empty but by the time I got back, they had already wrung someone up for the station. This was with them knowing that I was waiting for the station to be empty. I brought this up to the representative and she said to wait at the washing station and then head back up there when they were done. I did just that. When I got the the front, I was told to go back and make sure it was empty. Kinda silly but I did it. When I got back, the representative was kind of giggling and then she saw me and stopped. When I went back to her to confirm that the station was empty, she said the the other representative had already wrung someone up so I would need to wait until they were done. I had spoken with both representatives about needing the station so they both knew I was in line. When I asked to speak with the manager he was the rudest person I had ever spoken with. I told him his system wasn’t good and I was continuously skipped over when needing the washing station. His response was “come up with a better solution then”. I told him that wasn’t appropriate and he was the manager so this was his store and he needed a better system. I was asked to leave after this. Not once was I rude or did I have any negative things to say but this is how I was treated. I don’t want to speculate on race but I was the only person of color in the store and I was the one person who they would purposely skip over.

Bill and Eric were awesome on our last visit! We were buying a Dog crate and Bill helped bring the heavy box to our car.After we tried to get it put together at home, ( couldn't) called there and Eric said to bring it in. He got it done in about a minute! Great job, clean store and always helpful staff!

I wasn't sure what I was going to get. I was greeted and offered assistance by a very pleasant and helpful staff. By the time I left. I had spoke with almost everyone that worked in the store. Lots of cheap Chinese stuff mixed in with a few worthwhile items. Good place for feed, and seed if you're in town. Fun feral ducks that hang out here, so bring them a pocketful of feed to let your kids have fun feeding them. Baby chicks in the spring and summer

I am traveling in my motorhome and on 12/2/2023 stopped at Ocean Springs TSC for a propane fill up (after called ahead to make sure they could do it). After getting up to the propane filling station they couldn't find the correct fitting to fill my propane. Ugh. My propane tank was dry and nowhere else was nearby. As I sat in the parking lot looking at Google Maps for options, one of the TSC people came out to say they found the fitting and could fill my tank. Kudos to the young man and women who went the extra mile to help me out!!

Went today to purchase our grandson the Cat 770 RC 1:12 truck. When fist saw it two weeks ago it was $59.99 and today November 1st it was $99.99. Talk about a price hike, that’s just not right. I guess Christmas is around the corner and they push the prices uuuup! Shame on the managers and CEO’s of the Tractor Supply!

First trip was to buy a battery listed as 1 in stock online, none were in stock in the store.Next visit the dog wash was closed for the day.Next visit we called ahead and were told that the dog wash was open. When we got to the store we were told that it had just closed and then informed that the dog wash "usually closes two hours before the store".

I have been taking my German Shepard Dogs to the Ocean Springs location for the pet bath and grooming it’s self service . They provide towels shampoo . They never clean it I have cleaned it my self before and after my dogs bath today was the last straw . The smell was so bad the towels were sour I always bring my own towel because my boy is to big for their tiny towels or my dogs would stink after a bath. We complained on the way out 3 different employees standing there no one apologized or anything they just smiled about it. Customer service there is a joke. Then after we got home I noticed we didn’t have the dogs seresto flea collars we called the store to be told they don’t see them . Wow Thieves to boot. So either the person that supposed to clean the room or the ppl that went in after us took the collars . 120.00 worth of flea collars just vanished humm thanks Manager Jennifer for all your help sarcasm do better and do better training employees

Please explain why there is an hour waiting period between dog washes! Every time I bring my dog to wash, I get sent away more times than not. I’m sick of it. What’s the point in offering the service if you really don’t want to offer the service. I’m told it shuts down earlier on some days and the times areNever consistent. You never know what your gonna get. I’ll go to Laundromutt.

To my knowledge, there are no signs posted anywhere saying that the pet wash station closes at a certain time. My boyfriend and I brought our two large dogs in to give them baths because it is too cold outside to bath them and we were told that they close the pet wash station an hour early. This would have been nice information to know before making the trip to the store. As I was paying for some dog food that I decided to get while I was there, the lady that I’m going to assume was the manager was talking about the people they just turned away from the pet wash station (us) and it sounded like something that only she does to go ahead and get it cleaned before the store closes and not like it’s something they do at all stores. I even looked on the website to try to find hours for the pet wash station and it doesn’t say that it closes an hour before the store does.

I used curbside order pickup for the first time today. This business is top notch! Within 2 minutes of clicking “I’m here” from my order email, a friendly associate was walking to my SUV with the order. So easy.

The employees at this store are a joke. Mislabeling items with the wrong price... They'll answer the phone but will keep you on hold long enough for you to drive to the store an when you question them about it they just apologize an say they forgot you were on hold. Tractor supply step your game up an hire some people who actually care about the job their suppose to perform.

Nice, clean place with a lot more stuff than I expected them to have. We went to get dog food (excellent prices for what we wanted). Friendly staff, will definitely be back for more dog food. Hopefully next time I'll have more time to look around.

First time going there, needed a few household items when passing by so we stopped in mostly to check out the store. Although clearly geared toward agriculture & farm supply merchandise - they have lots of equipment, hardware, livestock supplies, pet food, feed, chicks & more, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but they had appropriate substitutes, for what I needed, cat litter, flea spray & lightbulbs, although inventory was sparse. I actually got the last on the shelf of two of three of those items. It's also a small store, so it might feel a little claustrophobic if you don't like tight places. Staff was friendly & when they saw me wandering around like a lost child, offered to help & point me in the right direction! Plenty of parking.

Called to see if they had spider plants and put on hold twice. 3rd time I called Haley didn't answer using her name and said no they don't. Would have been nice to actually tell me the first or second time instead of waiting 20 minutes just to be redirected

Left North Vancleave to get to tractor supply before they closed. They close at 9PM and I arrived at 845 to pick up a quick item. It would have taken. 5 minutes to get it and leave. They would not let me in because they close at 9PM. They must actually close at 8.45. Go figure. It must be just part of the times, I guess.

Took my dog here to bathe a few weeks ago but they had no clean towels so the dog bathing stations were closed. Last weekend with no notice they were only taking appointments. And this weekend Apparently dogs are now spreading Covid so they have to wait 30-45 minutes between dog baths due to new Covid guidlines. I will take my money for dog baths, food, and horse supplies somewhere else!! 😡😡😡😡

William was absolutely amazing. We drove 5 hours for a generator and out of all stores he was the most efficient and knowledgeable person. Though we live in Florida, we would make the drive back for major purchases.

I ordered hay online to be picked up same day. Received email that my order was ready. Got to the store and was told they didn't have anyone available to load it from their truck onto my trailer. It was the only day I had help back at my farm to unload it and I offered to load it myself. Was told that's not allowed. Finally convinced the assistant manager on duty to just toss it out of their truck so could load it onto mine. If a company is going to offer same day pick up, they should have staff on duty to fulfill the orders.

No compren compresores de aire ay son una porqueri te duran 30 dias y 2 semanas y despues no te los quieren cambiarThe compressor is a piece of junk.I buy this Compressor on April 5th, 2022, and by May 19 stopped working. I went to Tractor Supply Store located on Ocean Spring, MS. And the Customer Service was poor, they do not accept my equipment back because their warranty is only for 30 days. I was so disappointment. Then the manager on a rude way tells me I have to call to the Manufacture Warranty and I still waiting that the technician come and check my equipment. Also, they do not approve my first review because was on Spanish that is racism because I am not the only customer who speak Spanish and is the first time that a store does not want to publish a review on my language. Tractor Supply one of my favorite stores not anymore.

1 register open with 1 attendant and people stacked 7 deep waiting to checkout. This place really needs a self checkout. So people can not come to the register and have a freakin discussion while people are stacking up waiting to check out.
