We are so grateful for our experience with Pet Connection today. Everyone was so wonderful to us, especially our pet! We are on vacation and didn’t plan on a vet visit but our girl needed to see the doc quickly and they were most accommodating to us. They got us in immediately! They treated her and had us on our way within an hour, with answers, and tremendous peace of mind. The staff were so helpful and genuinely cared for our little girl. I have to admit I was even surprised at how reasonable the cost for our visit was. It is comforting to know there’s a place like this around keeping pets healthy and families happy 😊-Thanks so muchRon

All my dogs love Dr. Lennep! She even asks how other family members pets are doing! Phenomenal staff! Jennifer spoils my dogs with love and treats at every visit! I consider them very much as family. 5 stars are not enough of a rating for the Pet Connection but I can't rate any higher!

$130 for my cat to get nutered + pain meds + shots. (Very fair price for a clinic and wouldn’t think twice about it!) They were just as sweet as we would be with him and he is making a fast recovery, if you love your pet like family , go here!

I had to board my cat Mister. He is very anxious and nervous, and I didn’t like that he had to be away from home while we were out of town, but when he got home, he was very very calm and relaxed. They took good care of him.

I took my dog Rose Marie to The Pet Connection for her first exam. Rose is deaf, and still nervous after coming from the shelter. This was definitely the right place. I've been bringing my kitties to The Pet Connection since I moved back into the area and they are all incredibly nice and caring every time we see them! Everything so far has been reasonably priced as well!I do wish there was a separate entrance or area for cats and/or other caged animals that are nervous around leashed dogs, but I also completely understand not necessarily having space for that, and they immediately brought me and my furbaby back to a private space the last time I brought one of my cats in that is afraid of dogs.Would definitely recommend this vet practice!

Front desk lady has always been rude to me. She ask me a question i respond and makes faces. I can honest tell she's very racist. My dog who has been a rescue dog been bringing her since 2020 and this lady haven't change and we in 2023.This makes me feel so uncomfortable. Hopefully the owner of this place can read my review and do something about it cause i have no issues with the veterinarians they have always been sweet and so helpful.So sorry to give 1 star but it's all cause of the front desk lady.

One thing i did not like. They did not ask for my infornation. My cat was in someone elses information. The lady who handed me my cat was upset because i brought it up. I was really disappoint. Im the parent !So yes it does bother me that i payed for something and its under another name.

This Vet office is the best one I've ever been to! We have been using them for years. Our appointment today was scheduled for 1:30, we showed up a little bit early, and they had us out of there by 1:30. Doggo just needed an allergy shot, but they are always fantastic! And they don't overcharge.

Everyone at Pet Connection is so kind and caring. I was told by another vet that My 13 yr old cockapoo needed 3 teeth pulled and a cleaning . After performing the cleaning, Pet Connection called and said her teeth were great , no surgery was needed and saved her so much pain and recovery. They truly care!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I boarded my 2 labs for 4 days, I measured out the perfect amount of food for them for those days. I went to pick them up and they gave me a trash bag with their bedding that I dropped off with them. I noticed they were acting lethargic but assumed it was just stress from boarding because this is the longest I had ever been away from them. A couple days later I go to unpack the bedding so I could wash it and I found 9 cups of food that wasn’t fed to them after I had given them the exact amount they needed, I went in and spoke with Shelley and she said their chart showed that they ate every meal and that she wrote down the correct amount to feed them everyday. I was told the owner would call me. It’s been a month and no call

Took our dog in because she wasn't feeling well. She was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. When she didn't respond to her medicine our concerns were brushed off because she was 9 years old, and we were told to give it more time.We ignored them and took her to the emergency vet, where they found tumor about 2 seconds into an abdominal exam. It was 5 inches in diameter. It didn't appear overnight. She passed away after emergency surgery.I couldn't go into the pet connection with my dog due to covid-19 policies at the time. I didn't go back with her one time and they missed something so obvious it was the first thing the emergency vet asked about.

We have been using Pet Connection since Hurricane Katrina closed our previous vet. We think of Dr Colleen Linnnep as a second daughter, sadly without the tax deduction benefits. The office manager, Shelley McVey, is a friend and the technicians are all skilled and personable. We love our hometown veterinary. Dr Lennep has never steered us wrong, she and Dr Alison are terrific vets and caregivers.

Poor communication and over priced. Our dog stayed with them several days and despite promises they would call, we never got updated until we called and were given minimal to no info. He was kept an extra day because they "didn't get time" to do an enema they said he was going to get. So after being charged for the extra day that he had to stay because they were too busy for him, we got sent home with a dog covered in feces. So if you ever have to leave your dog here and they are too busy, it's coming out of your pocket. We will never be bringing our animals here again.

Terrible place because I left my dear pet dog there while attending a funeral out of town. Having returned during severe weather warning, I was disappointed to be handed my small dog in my arms soaking wet. When asked why she was wet, an attendant said she was nervous and had wet herself when atrendant was retrieving her. I won't ever take my family member there again. Furthermore, my pet was terrified and behaved strangely for days afterwards. I felt she was traumatized.
