My first visit for the Tailwaggers grooming was a big disappointment. I first walked in and was impressed but when my pet came out of the back for pickup I got a shock of my life. My little miniature schnauzer did not even look like he had been groomed. They did trim the dog's nails but the left the ears full of hair. The hair on his chest was just like it was when I took him there. And my pet came back with something extra pet fleas. I had to get him treated at the veterinarian to get rid of them. Do not recommend this place whatsoever after speaking with the owner he was awful rude to me and did not offer me to bring him back for a redo. I did tell him I was going to put a review and he said he did not care. By looking at other reviews he has done other people the same way as he did me. So I wasted $65 for nothing I had to take my pet to a professional groomer and now he looks like a show dog.

Greatest and most accommodating groomer on the Coast. Veteran friendly and you can tell this family loves the job they do and are very good at it. Me and Demi found our home when it comes to getting our grooming every two weeks.

Got my kitty a shave and was so pleased with the experience! He came home feeling like a million bucks and was so affectionate afterwards! Thank you for taking care of my Queen, he was very impressed and felt very loved 😊 Will be making another appointment when his fur grows out!

I had taken my Maltese to another groomer and received the WORSE haircut ever, they evened it up and clipped her little face BEAUTIFULLY!!! I will DEFINITELY be making another appointment with them!! Thank you for making my baby girl look fabulous again!Price was excellent as well!!👍

They did an amazing job for an amazing price! Extremely thorough, and my dog wasn’t the least bit upset. The cut was a little off for a Yorkie, but hopefully we can remedy that next time!

My wife took my dogs at 9 am one xl dog and one large dog. She called throughout the day to check on them and finally they said show up at 5pm to pick them up. She waited for the dogs to be done till almost 6 o'clock one hour after closing time how it takes 9 hours to do two dogs is beyond me considering I've cut both these dogs my self in a matter of two hours. They charged us for two xl dogs on top of the delay and my wife stated they where very unprofessional and lacked any time considering to anyone else along with facilities was not the best looked as if they lived and did other unspeakable things there also the dogs got home and seem to not have been watered running to the waterfowl Luke they have been just left in a kennel all day long will never go here again

This place is seriously awesome! Was referred by a friend and I understand why they've been coming here for YEARS. The staff is so friendly, their cat is such a cutie and welcomed me when walking in and my dogs haircut is perfect every time. And also the price is worth it, definitely two thumbs up!! You gotta come here, a little tricky to find at first, but once you found it it's hard to forget. 😊👍👍👍 Keep up the great work!

When I called to schedule a appointment for my doodle, I was told it would cost $55 dollars, unfortunately I missed the appointment, but was told I could bring her in. But when I got there I was told it would $70 dollars, when I was leaving she told me she couldn't do it no less then $65. My doodle is smaller than your usual doodle, she has been groomed but I wanted her trimmed a little lower, and her nails trimmed. They seem like nice people, but I will have to find her a groomer

The owner seemed nice and caring upon arrival however, after picking my dog up I did not get the same impression. I took my dog there to be boarded for 4 days and called everyday to check in and was told everything was okay that he was doing great. However, when I picked him up I could tell during the car ride home something wasn’t right. As soon as we got home I noticed he had bloody diarrhea. I also found 3 sores on his body and dried diarrhea on him. I was very saddened that I was not informed about my dog being sick. He was very dehydrated and lethargic when we got home. I understand things happen and just like people animals get sick and stressed out but I should have been informed as soon as the diarrhea started. I called and spoke to the owner just to have him deny seeing diarrhea or any signs of him being sick. Now I have to take him to the vet to make sure nothing serious is wrong. I will never take my dog there again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

We scheduled for two of our dogs to board there during a trip that we are taking. Showed up to drop them off and there was a sign on the door that says “We are closed today.”… That’s it. No call ahead. No explanation. No alternate number. Just dogs in a locked building barking presumably unattended all day, and rescheduling stuff related to us leaving town because of Love My Pets. We have to scrabble and find somewhere else to keep our dogs 30 mins farther away at whatever they charge because of this. Don’t trust these people. They aren’t actually taking care of your dogs. They are collecting money and disappearing whenever they feel like it. I’d give less than 1 star if I could.

Since we moved to OS we took our 6 dogs to love my pets for grooming and boarding!!! We know our dogs are well taken care of when we go back home to TX. Their grooming is also phenomenal!! Never any accidents and we are always happy with how our pups come out. I truly recommend them!!

The staff is so nice and kind. You can tell they actually do love pets! They were very good to my moms dog TJ when he was boarded there this weekend. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!!

I think the owner is very nice & seems to care, but I just picked up my almost 12yrs old female yorkie & cried. She’s had a top-knot her whole life (well, as soon as it was long enough at around 9mos old). She’s been going here for a few years & they always do a top-knit, there are notes to do a top-knot, she was dropped off w/long hair (I took the actual ponytail out before dropping her off)… yet they cut it off & gave her a puppy-cut. Nobody called to ask me about this before doing it. Not only do I dislike the look of it, but it takes so long to grow back out. Literally, at least a year. Meanwhile, while being too short to tie back, I’ll have to battle trying to keep it out of her eyes & out of her mouth when she eats / drinks. I just cannot understand why the groomer decided on their own to do this without double checking the notes & calling me first.

Absolute great job on both my dogs. It is a family business and you might see kids and toys but that's the sound of hard working parents making a living. And doing a fine job. Price is right, service is fantastic. Some of the negative comments I have read are isolated. Cant please everyone.I have friends that are customers with their three dogs and never a problem.These owners and employees go beyond expectations.

I purchased my dog from this place and she visits every other Thursday for her "beauty shop" appointment. She loves it there. Fran and Chris, the owners, are very nice people and really care about all pets. They do an excellent job grooming her and her tail wags every time I bring her in. I highly recommend this place. The only thing I can say negative is that sometimes it takes a little longer for the dog to be groomed, but that is due to the fact they spend so much time on each pet, so a little wait for me is NO problem! I can't not express my gratitude towards Chris and his work family. They love my 6 dogs like if they were their own! Their groomers and boarding service is the best in town, hands down the best. If you're looking for someone to love your pets like you love them then this is your place to go!

I had to find somewhere to board my rabbit while I was going to be out of town. They happily agreed and prices were reasonable. When I showed up, they were informative and didn't make me feel crazy for bringing half a garden and still forgetting the hay. They worked with my schedule and were patient and sweet to my bunny. I will definitely be boarding with them again if I need to go out of town and cannot take her with me.Big props to all the staff and a special thank you to the lady (I'm so sorry I don't remember the name) who was kind enough to clean my bunnies cage and change the litter for me right before I picked her up so I wouldn't have to do it when I got home. I wasn't feeling 100% and she went above and beyond for me.Thank you so much!

I give them a 5-star they are excellent with your animals very caring understanding and do everything they possibly can to make your dogs feel comfortable and at home even if that means them staying so late and working so hard for other people's dogs. And the dogs that don't get along they do everything possible they can to make it good for them and somehow or another they always come out by giving a great haircut and a great day for the dogs. I love them and I have three dogs.

Amazing people. I brought my Lhasa Apso, Sydney today and was extremely excited to see her with her new haircut and fresh look! Chris is always professional and very nice! Sydney hates getting groomed and this is the only place that will groom her for me! They must be very patient and gentle with her like no others! The only place I'll take my pet!! Had to board my dog while me and the wife went on leave to a different state, they were fantastic, got pictures almost twice a day, videos. I had no worries about leaving my most precious animal with these amazing people. Would definitely recommend!!!

We love Love My Pets! We have been using them for over nine years. They groom our special needs toy poodle Molly. Molly has PTSD from an abusive past and canine dementia. The employees are conscientious, patient, and kind. Molly comes back to us looking beautiful and smelling fantastic. We highly recommend Love My Pets.

Okay. So, I just heard an advertisement for this place on 95.3. Don't take your pets here. It's dirty. Also, they cut my dogs ear and didn't even tell me about it. I noticed he was acting strange when they brought him from behind the counter, but I thought it was just because he really doesn't like going to the groomer anyway. But when we got home his ear was dropping blood. I had to take him to get stitches. When I called the shop owner he didn't have much to say... like he didn't even care at all.

I have a Persian cat and called this groomer...they said they specialize in cat grooming. I was hesitant because the place seemed filthy but I recently relocated from Denver and the options were limited for cat groomers. My cat is extremely calm and over the past ten years, he's been groomed at least 5 times each year. I always ask the groomers how it went, and they normally tell me how easy he is. When I picked him up today, they told me that he hissed and growled the entire time but never bit. He was in his kennel, but went I let him out he could hardly walk and made painful noises I've never heard from him in 10 years. This is a cat who has had multiple eye surgeries and the Colorado State University (one of the best veterinary teaching hospitals in the country) used as a demo cat for tests (no harm to him, just to teach the veterinary students because he was so calm). I called them immediately and they told me they didn't give him any medication and that he hadn't fallen off the table. I got no concern from them. He now screams in pain when I touch his leg. I've never heard anything like that from him and he can hardly walk up the stairs. I’m heartbroken that I took him there and didn't listen to my gut instinct when I met the people worked there. Completely unprofessional, uncaring, and they run this place as a business and seem to have little regard for the animals they are supposed to be taking care.They are only worried about getting paid, and will do anything to "Finish" the job so they they can get paid. Bottom line is I should have listened to my gut instinct when I first walked in and noticed how in disrepair the store was in. If the lobby looks and smells this bad, how horrible must the back of the store be.I hope that this prevents at least one person from having their pet hurt.
