It was our first time to use May Auto. I was very impressed with the service we received. While it did take a minute to figure out the problem, they stayed on it until they did. It turned out to be a bad radiator cap. Thanks for taking the time to ensure my daughter travels safely.

I was quoted $550 to get my windshield replaced here. I was told that included everything. Including my windshield being recalibrated. I was told the reason it was so expensive was because of the calibration needing to be done. Weeks later something pops up on my dash saying my windshield isn’t calibrated and my lane departure and cruise control was no longer working. I call them back to ask what I need to do and she says she doesn’t know why the woman didn’t tell me that I actually have to go back to the dealership to get this done and they don’t do that there. I asked who replaced the windshield and it’s a company in Laurel. I call them and explain what happened and he says they charged you 550 for that windshield and then says he’ll cut me a deal and I can come in there and get it done for 175 instead of 250 like he normally charges. I called another glass repair shop and they said they’ve had numerous calls about this same place lying to customers and not telling them until after the fact when their stuff starts messing up. BEWARE! These people will lie to you. Expensive lesson learned.

Great place to get an alignment done. They are quick and dependable. Knowledgeable about mechanical everything. This is the only shop that i will get my alignment done at.
