We went a far a quick grocery hall for the next 2 days, and then we came back out.This is a good place to go for your weekly shopping. Also, for your daily shopping. They charge you 10 percent extra. This place marked down their items before the exploration date. To sail them quickly, not like Walmart. For some time, throws away good food. Just stopped by to get some cash today and eggs

Great display of veggies and fruit ect. Workers are extra helpful and unlike Walmart,, they will not have you wait in line with only one checker. Very efficient. Far as there meat department, is probably my favorite because they have it all and all is fresh and placed beautifully. If you want something that isn't on Display, they will cut it fresh for you.

Went in looking for a watermelon but they were out. However the clerk directed me to the produce section and I was able to find a piece that was cut into a quarters and I purchased it. Got home with it and started to eat some but it was over ripe. Also I bought two kinds of chicken that had been smoked which was good. I also bought 2 packs of pork steak that had been cooked however it was to salty. I have high blood pressure and I didn't eat it. Maybe I I'll try something different when I go back. The staff was very nice and helpful. I have a mobility problem and have to use a electric chair to shop. I called in the store to see if I could get someone to bring it outside for me and they were so kind and they brought it right on out. Very friendly staff!!

I really like this grocery store. Great prices, even greater value. Friendly cashiers and nice customers usually. I usually come in for the "pick 5" deals. They are really affordable for my family and yours.

They always have baggers ready and they always offer to take your groceries to your vehicle. While in the store they are happy to help you find what ever you need . Also the prices here are better then wallmart especially for fresh meat.

I always spend less when I get groceries here! The meat and fresh vegetables are fresh. I've never had a problem with outdated items when shopping here. The cashiers are friendly and someone is always available to bag and take the groceries to my car.

I love shopping at Garvin's, they have very friendly workers, good deals on their groceries. My mom has been shopping there for years and she wouldn't change. I give them 5stars and if you had 10 I'd do that. I recommend this grocery store to all . 😉

They sale rotten meat because there's no competition only Walmart. Keep your receipt check food. This is the second time in a week I got bad sausage that was before expiration date and it smelled the whole house up. Kinda sad how this store has gotten rude cashiers bag boys that don't wanna take out your groceries. There should be better management.

They don't have the biggest selection of products, but the employees are SO much nicer than most places! Definitely nicer and MUCH cleaner than the Cash Savers in Meridian. Cheap prices too!

Garvin's used to be the Piggly Wiggly in Newton they've been around for many many many years and it's a wonderful Hometown Store used to have a butcher shop for the butcher would cut your meat for you anyway you wanted it still owned by the same people they're wonderful they know everybody everybody knows them they're real friendly they try to keep the best stock of food that they can and they try to keep their prices down as low as possible to try to compare with Walmart so thank you keep up with the Walmart so they can keep the customers they've had for many many many years and I still shop there they have great bargains great specials and like I said it's a it's a good Hometown Store that's been around for nearly a hundred years

Good deals nice cashiers. Miss the deli. Easy place to shop if you are not wanting to be overwhelmed with too many choices over stimulation and yet enough choices for quick grocery shopping.

Did not require mask in store during highest point of pandemic. Some meat products not fresh. I still shop there for certain products. Not often.
