The wait at the drive through is ridiculous. It isn't as though there are 10 cars at any given time. They are just so slow. It is ridiculous that people wait in line for an hour

Let me start by saying this is for the PHARMACY ONLY!! I have been goin to this pharmacy for over 10 years and they have basically had the same staff up until about a year ago. The previous staff was awesome, fast, reliable, and hardly ever messed up anything. They seem to be all gone and there is basically a whole new pharmacy staff now. Now it is terrible. I call my medicine in day or two ahead of time, it’s never ready, on top of them always acting like they don’t have anything for me even though it’s always there and they have to look again. There is always a line out to the road cause they are super slow. I’ve literally sat in line an Hour just to have them say my medicine isn’t ready that was called in days prior! They never let you put in your number for rewards, as soon as the option to put your phone number pops up they instantly finish the transaction. Happens every time no matter how many times I say hey hold up let me put my number in. THE PHARMACY has really gone downhill since all the older staff are gone. The rest of the store is fine, photo people are helpful, register people are nice. The pharmacy specifically has really gone downhill. I understand everybody is way busier now but it’s just gotten ridiculous.

The Pharmacy is great! The store itself and their staff need a little work! It’s kinda a mix tho! I coupon and I love to coupon at Walgreen’s! The deals are exceptional! However, the computer system needs an overhaul, and not just at this location. ALL LOCATIONS!! They promote Walgreen’s Cash and Register Rewards for shopping with them, but when you try to use them it either freezes the system or it crashes! Which in turn, makes the customers in line and the cashiers disgruntled! Which usually is directed at the couponer! Sorry Not Sorry! With inflation I need those deals! The poor cashiers start snickering when I walk in because they know I’m using coupons and it’s goin to mess up the computer! So, if that one thing was fixed I think it would make it a lot easier for everyone!! My coupons and register rewards wouldn’t freeze/crash the system, the customers behind me wouldn’t have to wait, and the cashiers wouldn’t be pi&&y all the time!

Great pit stop for healthy snacks on my road-trip. I got 2 larabars and a rebbl protein drink. Very clear store and restrooms were also very clean.

My husband and I received our second COVID vaccine at this location and Becky one of the pharmacy techs was so awesome. Excellent customer service and friendly. She was extremely helpful and we appreciated her! Kudos to Becky we appreciate you !!! Thanks ☺️

Idk why I still try use these people they like saying they have fix my insurance n act like they didn't just tell me an hr before I go my script was ready get there don't have it they say maybe they looked at screen wrong when they told me it was ready errr I'm sick of this place

Walgreens has a drive thru for their pharmacy. They have RedBox to get movies. They are open longer hours than most other pharmacies here in New Albany. They also seem to have more of a selection of other items besides medicines. It seems to always be clean and we'll organized. Their parking lot is clean too. I like shopping in a clean place and I like a clean parking lot.

Best Walgreens I've been to in a long time! They always go out of their way to help their customers, and their pharmacy staff is amazing! Only thing I wish is that they were a 24 hour Walgreens, as New Albany doesn't have a 24 hour pharmacy, but needs one badly.

I love going to this Walgreens the staff is always warm ,welcoming, and helpful. The store is always clean and have what you need so your in and out. Every time I come over I have a good time 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Store closes at 8pm, not 10pm. The phone message and website says 10pm and need to be changed.When we called to ask what the hours were we were told they closed at 8 and there "are signs posted everywhere". But that doesn't help as someone wouldn't even see those signs until they got to the store, only to be turned away at 7:55pm.People rely on looking online and phone messages to plan their day, please change your hours online to match what they actually are!
