Way to go! They are doing an amazing job!I was looking for some Mediterranean spices, I finally found them on Reed’s! They have many international items, like Naan bread, cheese, and spices. The employees are very friendly and ready to help. I’m looking forward to see other international items like Rice, lamb meat! Thank you so much for being so diverse.I forgot something the local honey you carry at the store is amazing

Awesome grocery store. We were in from out of town to ride our bikes on the Tanglefoot trail. We must have had the look of "out of towners". Instead of treating us like outsiders, they welcomed us in, showed us around and helped us find what we were looking for. Everyone from the manager, to the checkout lady were super friendly and helpful. Never had a better experience at a grocery store.

Was having a pleasant visit at reeds on 20231226 @ 1303 or so Cashier was very pleasant. As I was leaving the kid that bagged my groceries was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly. I’m visiting this area for the holidays but this is probably one store I won’t return to.

Absolutely love Reeds. They have the motorized scooters for people who have a hard time getting around. And they have baggers who will help you take your groceries to your vehicle, and put them in yours car. I am so appreciative of the services they have at this store. One thing I would love to suggest to the customers who shop there please tip the people who bring your groceries out to your car regarding what weather it is outside.

Facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. Beware that they will try to walk your groceries to your car for you. A very nice gesture but can trigger anxiety if not expected. They are lacking variety in some departments, such as salad dressings and pet food. They can be a little pricey for meat and produce but the quality of the food is better than the other two grocery stores.

I love shopping here! The staff is always helpful. Heck, it is nice to be able to find staff to help unlike some other places! They always have multiple checkout lanes open, and it is nice having help getting groceries to the car. They have great sales tooToday I was having difficulty walking so I used a scooter. I asked about the price of an item that was not posted correctly, the sweet gentleman who was stocking in that area went to check the price, made sure it was right in the computer and was going to make sure the price was changed on the shelf. Going down the same isle, a young man saw I was looking at the bottled water and offered to load it in my cart. A few isles over I asked another gentleman where something was. He told me which isle to look on and a few minutes later when I passed him he asked if I found what I was looking for. Each of these employees greeted me before I ever asked for help. I love this about Reed's. I have NEVER come across a rude or lazy employee and I have never waited in line behind more than one person. I love the customer service I get at Reeds!I like the digital coupons, but it would be better if they had an app. I am a happy customer!Sorry this is so long, but I know people are so quick to complain but rarely leave a positive review. I want to change that.

Worked at this place for 3 years and it’s been somewhat pleasant. Didn’t really enjoy working at the front all that much because it felt slow, so I moved to stocking. Everyone is easy to get along with and just fun and cool to be around. Didn’t see eye to eye with the deli manager (Carol) and dairy/frozen manager. General Manager (Greg) always notices work ethic and how you’re doing and sometimes compliments you for how you do your job, and it makes you feel better about yourself and how you do your job. Even the store owners compliment. Left the job with no hard feelings, and just because I need more money. Great for a teenager starting job and just a nice full time job.

I went to Reed’s Market Friday, 12/16/22. I had my receipt for my purchases to return some Williams Sausage that was bad (ruined) that I purchased on 11/20/22.. However, the expiration date on the sausage wasn’t until January 4, 2023. I also had Best Choice batteries that had exploded in the package (also purchased on the same receipt of 11/20/22). I was told by the manager on duty that there was nothing she could do about either of these purchases. I simply wanted an exchange. However, since I was told this- I will NOT EVER purchase anything from this store again. I will be spending my $150 to 200 per week at Union Grocery instead. You lost a loyal customer & even though I may have to make 2 stops to get what I need, that is your loss.-Becky

They carry items that are difficult to find elsewhere. They also carry products from local dairy and producers, which helps support the local economy even more! Have a good selection of quality products in the store. Employees are all polite and helpful. Checkout is quick and easy. Still have bag boys to bag your items and carry to the car too. Some items are not as cheap as you may find at the big box store (Walmart) but I view that as a generally acceptable trade off. Definitely worth checking their sales, as often have good bargains!

I just had a horrible experience today at reeds market in new albany ms usually the managers are so helpful and kind but today July 7, 2023 the Manger was so rude for her mistake putting stuff in the wrong place and telling me I need to look more closely I have shop there every Friday for years but will not return to that one.

Management on the other hand could use some training in talking to people and employees.when you stop caring about your employees they stop caring about the work they provide.it’s sad to see someone with a great work ethic be destroyed because of constant smart remarks and disrespect.

I really love this grocery store. It really reminds of the old days of community and togetherness at the grocery story - the one place everyone converges no matter who they are. Ms. Cindy is most exceptionally king wiping down her area after each customer. I’ll always wait in her line due to her kindness for others. The prices are reasonable and the the customer service is top notch!

This is my Husband's "Meat" store. He passes up well known market giants just to service this store for their meat selection. To do all the shopping here, in my opinion, would be rather pricy but I will say thus far the meat selection has been doable. If u disagree, the do have a rewards or coupon program that you can sign up for, at the register.

Super clean, well stocked and very friendly staff.. Wide isles and a Great selection of every category of produce, meats, dairy, beverages and pantry items. Always warmly greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. Hands-free checkout and groceries delivered to and loaded into your vehicle. I cannot say enough about this market to describe it properly . My favorite place to shop.

Parking lot and store is always pretty clean when I visit. Plenty of carts available. Staff are friendly. I got a rotisserie chicken and it was very juicy and delicious.
