These people are not here simply to make money they truely care for animals. And they have the knowledge to help yours no matter the issue. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed

i’m giving two stars because of the veterinarians, they’re always so kind and informative but we will not be going here again. i hate to be this way, but someone in the front knowingly swapped our cats flea medicine for flea medicine for dogs and claimed it was the exact same thing, just cheaper (it wasn’t) and they were actually just out of the regular kitten flea medication at the time. around this same time, it made them both start throwing up blood, drooling, and just act completely different for weeks. after a visit and $100 later, we just ended up getting sent home with no answers and anti nausea medication. eventually it stopped, but the last time we went to pick up our flea meds they realized they had been giving it to us for the past month or so. this is not the first time we have received such careless behavior from the folks at the front, but that was definitely our last try 😅 when we got our other cat fixed, they sent her home with no cone, no medication, and no after care information at all on how to care for her fresh surgery wound and then when we called multiple times with questions, they acted like they were too busy to answer them or that we were bothering them.

I live in Tupelo and called 12 different places trying to find emergency care before reaching out to New Albany. They are amazing. They helped me right away when no one else would. We were not clients previously and any dog owner knows how hard it is to find non existent emergency services. 10 out of 10

I am giving 4 stars because of Dr Campbell. She was very nice and attentive to our dog. And went over everything with me and explained everything. However the receptionist was not friendly or helpful. She act like I was bothering her when I called to ask questions or for updates. Very unprofessional. I work with the public and I know it's not easy but a little friendliness goes a long way.

A great place to take your pets. Set up an appointment came in early, and walked right into a room. Very quick. Everyone is so kind and seem to have great knowledge of what their doing. Gave my pups some shots free of charge. I recommend this place to anyone!

Dr.Hardy met me after hours with my pug whom i recently took to his primary dr.that day Dr.Hardy took him from our vehicle quickly tried to bring him back the cause of his dealth was to late Heart failure. NOT even seeing this Dr before he was very passionate and very sensitive he and his staff made all arrangements for my baby to be cremated. Three months later i lost my baby boy Niko due to congested Heart failure Dr Hardy monitored him closely till the end so i could spend his last days with him until it was time to say GOOD-BYE so he did not suffer any .Dr Hardy is currently treating my other pug whom is battling a lot of things I have faith and complete respect for Dr.Hardy

I went in on a Friday afternoon after calling and being told they would fit me in but I might have to wait. I had a kitten no older than five or six weeks having seizures. Since the young veterinarian on shift didn't see the seizures he didn't even want to discuss what might be going on. I explained that I was scared this little kitten would die if I took it back home and asked if a professional could watch her and see what was going on with her. She had some yellow discharge coming from her eyes so she was treated for a respiratory infection and sent home with me. When I brought up the seizures again I was told it was probably because she wasn't eating well. Disappointed but leaving it to the professionals I paid my bill that included medicine for a respiratory infection, a steroid shot, and office visit totaling almost 80.00. I went home with my kitty only to have another three seizures, the last one that killed her within one hour of arriving back home. I was rushed in and out of this clinic, I believe to prevent my kitty from having a seizure in their office. My husband and I had Shadow's funeral on Saturday afternoon, all the while my five year old daughter wanted to know why it "had to die, why." This is the first animal my children have ever seen die, watching a five week old kitten have a seizure is traumatic. I will never trust this New Albany Small animal clinic to care for any family pets, you too should really be careful who you allow to care for you family pets. I would have given zero stars but I would not be able to write this review.

I've lived all over the country and have carried my animals with me, meaning I've been to a lot of vets. I recently moved to New Albany, our previous vet now an hour away. I have been to New Albany Animal clinic several times but I have decided I'm, overall, not too impressed with this vet service. I've only seen two vets there and they are kind and knowledgable. That has never been the issue. The issue is the front desk and the costs.99% of the time there is only one front desk person checking in customers, checking them out, and answering the phones. So you stand and wait and wait. The majority of the time when I call to make an appointment, either the phone rings with no answer or the line is busy. The front desk is the face of the company and it would be very beneficial to spend the extra money and have a minimum of two people at the front desk at all times, like they have at most vets. The costs are the second issue I have. The costs are almost double what I've spent at my previous vet in North Mississippi. My dog is being neutered soon and I'm taking him to our old vet an hour away versus 10 minutes away in New Albany because the cost is double in New Albany. New Albany is not a city, it is a rural town and it's so important to cater to the average household income mainly so the community has a local, affordable clinic to take their animals for vaccines, checkups, and neuter/spay, especially. Overpopulation of dogs is a huge problem in Mississippi. The inside and outside of the building is very nice and it looks like a lot of money was put into it. However, I would rather use a vet service housed in an unimpressive, modest building with great customer service and affordable costs for everyone in New Albany. I hope you consider my thoughts and know that I'm not a disgruntled customer. I'm just someone who cares about animals very much and I believe that New Albany Animal clinic should re-think a few things. (I noticed recently that they are remodeling their second building).

This is a wonderful place. They let me put up a flyer about a kitten that I was trying to find a home for and the staff are very friendly. The place is very warm and comfortable.
