This is hands-down, the best Lowe’s in the entire country. They have the absolute nicest staff imaginable, specifically Solomon and the assistant manager, who I believe is named Clay. They both went out of their way to help me. I had an issue with a Samsung Range I purchased there a few months back, and despite it being under the manufacturer warranty, Samsung was giving me troubles making a claim on a broken grate. They both did everything they could to help me solve the problem. I can’t recommend shopping there enough! My husband and I have been building a house for a little over a year and have had nothing but things go wrong, so having them be so kind and helpful really went a long way.

OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly folks, unloading about 90/120 minutes. They will allow you to ovnp park if your delivering the next morning, be sure to let them know this. All others trying to park here are in violation of their No Truck Parking signs at both Entrances/Exits.

I recently went to New Albany Lowes near closing time, about 9:40pm.. I was trying to find what i needed quickly.. A young lady named Cadence helped me find everything I needed, and when I said I don't want to keep you late, she said "don't worry about that," "let's make sure you have everything you need." I thought this was unusual for a young person.. She was very professional, knowledgeable of location of everything, and made me feel like I was the most important thing on her agenda... I left happy and content.. In my opinion, Cadence is management material!!

Don't buy appliances from them . They won't fix a refrigerator I bought only three months ago. Given the runaround by manufacturer and lowes. Going to Better business burea. Won't pay for a refrigerator that doesn't work properly. Go somevwhere else to purchase . I won't buy anything again from them.

Bought a tiller today used the self check out. Easy and they loaded it up for my wife. Very nice employees. Helping a friend put in an element in the water heater. Had to use self check out. I'm not sure how I like doing that. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I have been shopping at this store as long as it has been in New Albany. Loved the place. But since the self check outs have been put in I have moved a lot of my shopping to Peeples in Pontotoc where my business is appreciated and welcomed. Feel free to call Kurt Thompson or Mike Peeples and ask them. All the employees at Peeples Building Supply in Pontotoc Ms.are fine folks and treat their customers with the highest respect. I despise to be forced to check myself out while the employees that are paid to do this stand at the register and tell you to use the self checkout. I am not an employee and don't get a check to work there. If you appreciate your customers that are the reason you have a job, then you should take care of them so they will come back .

I had a interview an haven't heard back from them yet but she spoke like I was going to get the fulfillment position I never got a call right after Ms Jennifer told me she was going on a vacation an be back Monday I haven't heard anything yet I'm not understanding why I haven't gotten my phone call yet or email or something saying something instead of leaving me clueless do I have it or no I need to go to another place to put in

This is the upmost ridiculous thing I’ve ever had to go through. Prefer much smaller store with working employees. These here are not worth the pay they make im sure. They stand around it groups talking for 30 minutes or more. Always on their phones. Don’t know where anything is in the store. Bless this whole situation. The manager even walked past us twice, didn’t even acknowledge us!! Trash!!

My husband and I are both 66 years old and he is not in the best of health. We went in the New Albany, Ms. store. We bought two heavy items and asked a young man in customer service if he would help us load them and he said NO. We pushed the cart to our truck and proceeded to try and load them ourselves and a customer entering the store ran over to help us. Thank you to the customer! Shame on Lowe’s!

They have a lot of things I need but getting in and out of the store is a nightmare. I stood at the customer service counter for several minutes while two employees chatted and one texted on her phone. Both looked at me several times but never offered to help. I walked to another part of the store and asked another employee who walked us back to customer service to talk to the same two girls who wouldn't help me before. I stood in line 20 minutes to get checked out and there were probably 10 people behind me when I left. No one was using the self checkout stations. Plenty of employees standing around talking but only one person at a register.

Shopping at this location is very frustrating. Regardless of what day of the week or time of the day we go in this store, we can never find assistance. I wish we had another store in this area because this lowes has terrible service.

The greeters were nice, but we couldn’t even go in the store and get a washer and dryer. After waiting an hour, and having to call the store. Finally getting a person to answer. They told us it would still be another hour to even get the washer and dryer from the back. They needed a key? Oh! They told my husband we didn’t understand why it was such a process. I understand that you won’t take my $1,200 so we will go else where and spend our money. Never again will we shop at this Lowe’s location.

Lowe's always has whatever home improvement product you need at a reasonable price. My only annoyance is that it's getting progressively more difficult to be able to check out with an actual human cashier. I've noticed that usually it's only the self checkout that's open and you can't use a check at those things, not to mention that sometimes you have a lot of items or large items and it makes self checking difficult.

Career wise don't go to their interviews, till you've talked about an actual position. I had and in person interview, never got a call back, month in a half later find out my interview was for nothing cause lady never knew the position of their Indeed application.P.S. I talked with old mangers and supervisors from this store it's not the best

Bad experience. I purchased a Kohler Elliston with Revolution 360 Flush toilet that did not contain the necessary hardware, as it was more than likely not put into the box by one of Kohler's warehouse associates. I had already installed the wax ring and bolted the bowl to the floor, so there was no taking it back to the store. Lowes would not assist in contacting Kohler to get the appropriate hardware kit needed for proper installation. Also, Lowes team members would not pull the correct hardware kit out of existing inventory. Not a good look Lowes.

The device was lacking. I wanting to buy windows for my house I'm remodeling and barnyard style doors for the interior. The person that was to help us didn't know anything about how to order what I wanted. So he got his lead lady and she told me it would be better if I came back the next day. Needless to say I didn't make a purchase there . Good help is hard to find.

For the second time in three years. Lowes has broken their installation contract. The first time around, it took them a year to lay the carpet and had to replace the batting underneath. WE were dumb enough to expect them a second time to honor their commitment on laying this carpet in a timely manor. They have rescheduled now for the third time. I think I'll start buying from home depot in the future. NEW albany Ms. Is the worst of the worse when it comes to their installers.

My husband was in the New Albany, MS purchasing plumbing supplies, I asked him to look at the Christmas trees and send pics to see if they might have one we would like to purchase. We found one and he asked the young lady if they had any boxed which she scanned to see, she said they didn’t but Tupelo store had 3 and they wouldn’t be getting anymore of this particular tree at New Albany. My husband asked if the display could be bought and she said she didn’t think so but would check with the manager which she did and they said “no”. I can’t believe a store would miss out on a $400.00 plus sale for such a ridiculous rule that a display can’t be sold until after Christmas. I don’t fault the young lady because she was doing as instructed but to management and corporate I’m so glad y’all have so many sales you can refuse a sale of over $400 and expect me to drive 25 minutes in stormy weather to spend my money at your Tupelo store. No thanks!! I’m sure Home Depot or some other businesses will be glad to accept my money. I really appreciate your Scrooge business ways during this Christmas season.

While they didn't have what I needed, the guy in the plumbing department was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also recommended another place in the area who might have what I was looking for. But I couldn't leave empty handed, so I bought a lawnmower.

Really like the pickup option they have now. I called ahead if time to make sure I was ordering the correct item and the person I talked to was very nice and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Then when I went and ordered it wasn't even 30 mins and they had my order ready. Went to pick it up and again a breeze. Made my day so much easier wo all the frustration.

I purchased a riding mower there, after mowing my yard twice, the mower had mechanical issues and would not start. I took it back as requested, it has now been out for repairs for a month and a half while I am having to get someone to cut my yard to add insult to injury. I can get NO answers. After many hours not getting the phone calls answered and when it was, I would be placed on hold until it finally dropped the call. I go to the store to see what the problems were, I watch customer service chilling and cutting up while calls go unanswered. I asked about my mower to be told they can do nothing and give me the run around. I asked about a refund, a replacement mower, suspending payments until I get the mower back, or anything which may can help me as a customer. I have been a loyal customer, driving a half hour instead of a near by Home Depot. I seriously need to rethink my business here.
