Finally a salon in New Albany that grooms big dogs! Most local groomers I've looked into only groom tiny dogs and I was forced to drive over 30 miles to a groomer in another town. My dogs get very stressed during long car rides, so it's nice to have a place 5 minutes down the road. I highly recommend Flawless Pet Salon. They did an excellent job on both my dogs! My Aussie was BRIGHT white when I picked him up!

I brought my bull mastiff here. He came out looking amazing shiny and smelled amazing. They had the best service a customer could ask for so polite, quick and even takes care of there our of their customer dogs. And reasonable price. If you’re in the area or even driving distance I highly recommend coming here very respectful employees👍.

We scheduled our mini sheepadoodle for his first grooming a day before he left for a month of puppy training. Our grooming appointment wasn't going to work out at the scheduled time and these sweet people at Flawless Pet Salon told us they would do what they had to do to help us out even if they had to stay late. We were so pleased with how kind and understanding they were and did a FABULOUS job. He looked so sweet and smelled soooo good too!! Thank you! ❤❤❤❤We will continue to have our puppy groomed here on a regular basis. We will also do some bragging!🙂

This is the best dog groomer I have seen! They take their time and do a terrific job, my dogs are so clean, smell great and look fabulous, ears cleaned, nails cut. I would recommend to everybody!

This is an amazing establishment!! Not only have they been awesome with my husky, but Christmas this year was going to be really rough. But they stepped up and adopted my kids for Christmas. I carried my dog up there for the first time today and they did a great job. He always went somewhere else until I was told he was getting to old to bring back because he can’t stand for long periods of time. Flawless pet salon did a better job on him today than anywhere else. I read all the great reviews before I made an appointment and was so glad I carried him up there. He looks great and didn’t come out stressed like other places. I dove 50 minutes to carry him there and will do so in the future. It’s worth the drive when your dog looks so great afterwards. Price was very reasonable for my 85 pound dog. Great job

Porsche and her staff make my mini schnauzers so happy. They love going and getting their spa time. She takes good care of the animals and they always look perfect! She even does holiday pics and gets the best ones! Hands down recommend.

First impressions…super sweet people, was told up front how much to expect, was called when to come pick her up and when wen to go get my 4 legged baby and she looked so good, they said she was super sweet, took a picture of her and told me what all they did. I will be using them again and will tell others about them.
