My family and I normally come to this Sonic location because our order is always right. The last five times we’ve came it’s not been worth it. Our orders are messed up and we don’t get the juice box with the wacky pack even after asking for it. We got it this time but it had no straw?? Not to mention the other night we came to get a quick bite to eat and after pushing the button nobody answered and we waited for 10 minutes and then we tried once more and still nothing. Y’all were not closed and we could see the staff inside.

I didn't see one carhop smile, I was rushed off speaker, and my Coney came out missing the end of the hotdog and a total mess. I worked at sonic for 7 yrs and ran my own sonic for a year.. This is ridiculous.

Can people not count money anymore does our government education school system not teach how to actually count quarters nickels dines pennies and paper money it’s an every day trend in these businesses that the young employees can not count actual money !!! Being on the road driving a semi truck I’ve noticed it a lot.! What is wrong with our society that hardly anyone can count actual money? The employees never give correct change especially if you have big bills they can not count money!!

Against my better judgment, we went back to the sonic in Nettleton. As usual the service was bad. However, this time did it for me. There were a few cars there when we arrived. Then others came and went. After waiting for nearly an hour to get a number 12 Honey BBQ w/ fries and tea.A single Chilli dog with a cokeMy child and I gave up and went to the S & J chevron to get food.I told my child not to ask again about going there. This makes about the 4th or 5th time my service was bad.

I don't really eat at Sonics since they changed hamburger meat... However, my girls love the tots and orange slush. They are always happy with their orders so far.

Good food BUT the service has gotten alot worse recently. People taking orders are rude and interrupt you constantly, carhops just look at you when you tell them something is wrong with your order, they don't try to fix it or even offer for that matter. I asked carhop for some sauce that I didn't get and I did ask for it when I ordered, she said she'd be right back and I told her to keep change as tip. Sat there 20 minutes waiting for sauce that never came. Very poor service. And highly disappointed because we use to eat here often. But now has been less and less because of the rudeness and poor quality service.

I come here alot and food is normally good only problem I see are carhops aren't friendly and they don't call your order back to you and they stand around expecting a tip. I tip based on if you do your job or not being that a car hop at bumpers was my first job so I know the drill. Do better girls and you will make more money.

I am giving only 2 stars for tonight's visit because overall, the service and more so the food, were not worth the time and money!! The salesperson herself was okay; however, I didn't finish my meal (namely the burger) because it was just yucky. I am positive that I was overcharged for my meal because the menu said one price yet the receipt was $2 higher! I won't be going back there anymore. Quality and integrity of the place is really poor. Pay attention to your receipts and your stomach folks, sorry.

Def. my favorite Sonic location in the region as far as being consistent with quick service, friendly staff, and zero problems with my orders.This location features a drive thru in addition to their iconic pull-in stalls. Ordering online from the app isn't available at this Sonic.

I don't stop at this sonic much but I am glad I did. Food was great, staff was friendly & got order to me very quickly & at a good price! I will be back to this sonic.Vegetarian options: Tots, fries, onion rings, grilled cheeseParking: Very nice wide open parking lot with lots of stalls, even a drive through and a semi truck pull up, something for everyone.Kid-friendliness: Kids mealsWheelchair accessibility: Great for handicapped

My son's meal was good and hot. My tots were old , stale and unchewable....couldn't eat them. My popcorn chicken was so tough I literally couldn't chew it. Ii just left there. .paid $20 for old food that had been there all day. Terrible.

The food was pathetic fries taste like grease the hamburger was hard as a rock.i went to the car wash and throwed it in the garbage can. It was so bad my dog smelled of it and laid down in the seat

Will not return. My order was wrong 2 times. It was repeated 2 times. The next day I was sick. It had been at least 1 1/2 to 2 years since I had come to this location. Will not return. Not missing much.
