Store is always messy. Cashiers are always standing around gossiping. Never acknowledge the customers. Don't like shopping in a mess. Have to dodge junk in the aisles

This store is like 2 miles from my house and I will drive 10 miles to another DG before I shop here again.the employees are rude and not helpful at all! I use the DG app and digital coupons and everytime I go in there there's a problem. I had the privilege of the manager checking out my purchase, and as per usual it didn't add up to my calculations and the apps calculations which I showed him and he still refused to look and see why it didn't come to a certain amount. I told him of the sales (that's right, he didn't have a clue about the sales) and the coupons I had, but he didn't do anything but say "Well it's coming up as...."so I left my stuff and went home empty handed. It would have been a little different if he was even the least little bit nice about it, but he was just as rude as his employees!

Store was a mess. I'm used to their messy parking lots. But this is Dollar General was the messiest inside of me any I have ever seen. And the cashier was on the phone, on a personal call when she waited on me and was still on it when she came outside and got a propane tank for another customer. Very unprofessional. I only rated it one star because it wouldn't let me rated lower.

If you can’t find what you are looking for, ask an employee about it. They will either find it for you or let you know when they should be expecting more of said product. I’ve never had a negative experience here. Customer Service is, hands down, 10/10.

They gossip the women at work there they still on the phone call people where you live tell him what you spend how much money you got in your pocket it's a sin to gossip that's why I cuz people could get hurt and if they don't believe that and they want to go by Man song it's called slander I need to stop at for the one that was a lawsuit against the district manager in Dollar General!!!
