Places an absolute mess cannot find anything. Stuff still in boxes and crates. I just misplaced everywhere around the store. Not organized. Manager wasn't there to open store. The employees that were there to help tried their best to help but they couldn't find a lot of this stuff has it was either need to get that fixed so people can find what they are looking for. On this visit I was an instacart Shopper and had to basically refund the whole order and take it away and give it back because I could not find the items really disappointing that be able to feel the person's order like they requested and needed. Made it even harder to do my job for the people.

Seems like it's going to be better. New crew, goods are on shelves out of way of customers. Store is clean .

They really needs to unpack their stock because I couldn't find much of anything , although most of what I'd came for were already not in stock . However my overall shopping was nothing to complain about I jus got what I could if they already had it in store at the time .

The family dollar on fredrick street in moss point should just close its doors. It was the worst experience i have ever in a store. We were followed from the moment we walked in by two rude female employees. Then after we paid for our merchandise, she demanded that she had to search my purse. Of course i didnt steal anything but was completely humiliated for no reason. I will never shop at that store again. Completely humiliated.

Item i that I bought was and leaking on the inside i took it back and the cashier she had an attitude this morning and because I returned the item back and told her to keep the item she told me as the customer that i am rude i was not going to allow my 9 year old to drink a juice that was busted from inside the package i didnt asked for my dollar back but to kindly take my reciept and exchange the product she had an attitude and refused which in turned upset me and i told her about herself I feel your family dollar employees need to be more professional
