I followed another posting on here we’re he said to take I-20 to hwy 13 go to four way stop and turn left first building on right gray walls is the location turn right into parking lot or park in the medium of the road come to back door with a bell by door 6 and ring the bell and wait then follow instructions. Quick unloading and I had a six am appt but my co worker gave her his paperwork first so he got unloaded first. Hope this helps.

DO NOT FOLLOW THE GARMIN! THERE IS NO BACK ENTRANCE JUST AN ENTRANCE OFF OF HWY 80. YOU WILL GET INTO A NEIGHBORHOOD THAT INVOLVES LOCAL PD TO GET YOU OUT OF BY SHUTTING DOWN HWY80! LOCAL POLICE ARE AWESOME THOUGH. Good luck 👍🏼🚛

Slow as turtle. 7hrs to load. Backing up is lil tight but if you got skills you can do it. Get some food when you come here. 7 hours and they are not busy today just 3 trucks.

Place smells bad and the receiving and delivery area small no overnight parking there are some trucks close by people are very friendly had a 6am.appointment but came at midnight they put me to door and unloaded me within a hour and a half in which that was awesome like I say friendly people

Truck Driver, I’m not gonna waste my time asking you not to take a load here because I know you already loaded. Instead I’ll help you out with what’s ahead of you: if you’re coming from i20 take a right on Hwy13 (don’t mind the GPS telling you there’s a truck restriction) strait all the way to the warehouse. It’s FCFS so don’t worry about appointments. There’s a ring bell on the receiving office. Give your bills to whoever and write your mobile number on them. If you weren’t the 1st one to arrive then head back to the Truck Stop at 13 and i20 and wait there for them to call you. It will take them around 4-5 hrs to do so. Once you get a door, the offloading goes really fast, less than an hour. Some one will bring you the bills. Make sure they return your loadlocks, mine weren’t at the trailer and I had to go back and get them. Good luck and safe travels.

Got there around 23:00 to be unloaded and reloaded on the same door (as the broker said) and go to St. Louis, MO. Someone got my information and give me a door but he said that I’ll be unloaded in the morning. Someone slammed couple times in my sleeper around 5am and asked for paperwork, and in couple minutes sent me to different warehouse to drop my load at - Pelahatchie, Mo, about 20+miles from their company, and had to come back to pick up. Finally been loaded at 10am. Never come back !

Got there at 7pm to be unloaded and reloaded n go to California. 4am I'm up n wondering how much longer. Everybody gone home, no phone call, no nothing. Empty trailer also. Always something when I come here. I will refuse any load coming here for any reason

Drivers do not be hard headed!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! They claim to be fcfs I was standing at the door at 5am when they arrived. They have you to write phone number on bills... 12hrs later im just getting in a door. Only room for 3 trucks any others will have to go down to the truck stop. Please O/O avoid this swamp at all cost. You will lose a day of work waiting on these Mexicans to actually do any work. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Very small area for trucks to back into docks. There is a graveled area behind building to park if you can carefully pull into 2nd driveway without hitting one of the many cars parked there. I've been waiting almost 2 hours after checking in. There are 3 trucks checked in before me also waiting.

06:15 Arrived. Only one truck in the door, waited in one of the front parking spots past the doors. 15 minutes later someone told me what door to get. Currently unloading.Grow up Boys, all chicken places in the south smell like that! The warmer the weather, the worse it smells.

First of all they have only 3 spots for trucks waiting so if you don't fit you have to go to the truck stop 3 miles away . Then is kind of tight to back in but at least they put new asphalt in front. Then is loading hours , I had to wait 9 hours since I arrived FCFS. Then getting out from door 5 or 6 is a challenge as well when you have to back up to street .

Arrived here 2:30am they open 5am I was told and my delivery app time is for 8am and was told by the staff they won’t be able to offload their product until maybe 4 or 5 more hours to wait? And they don’t know why this place is filthy for a food plant and no restrooms for drivers and very tight to maneuver or park….stay away

I thought the worse when I was making my way here from Columbia SC but I pulled up and check right in around 10:30 and got right on the door to get unloaded. Kinda tight but if you can drive you shouldn’t have a problem with getting in here.

Got here 5:00am to pick up and now it’s 3:00 pm and still waiting and recommending truck driver not worth to spend 12 hours and the restroom is super dirty

7.5 hrs to get unloaded...☹️☹️No rest rooms & not much room @ the facility which is very nasty to be a food place...you would think it would be much more sanitary...I really don't like posting bad reviews but take some pride in your business people...it's not that hard...it really isn't..

This place is really slow spent about 8hrs here to unload then reload product. Parking can be tight when its busy theres not much room inside the lot. Unorganized mess almost got hit 2 times when someone was trying to back in door. Will skip this place next time.

This place is a joke, slower than slow, stinks beyond belief and this place handles food!! Been here over 4 hours with no relief in site, broker does not seem to have much control over "their" company... once again... avoid this place if you can!
