Worst ever experience. Paid for coffee with add-ins through the app. went to pick up and was told they didnt have any coffee and to contact the company. I did so and was told I could have a free slushy drink if i ordered again in the next 30 days. Really?? Really?? So I pay extra for something, I do not receive the item, and instead am given a coupon to purchase more from them in order to get a drink I will never order because I do not drink sweet sugary drinks due to diabetes. Unbelievable. Never again.

They always clear the order off the screen to keep their time good I guess. Then we wait forever to actually get the order. I normally order 2 drinks and sometimes a coney. It's not big orders at all and they aren't always really busy. I give 3 stars because the carhops are always really nice to us. Food is typical sonic food.

ordered 1 footlong coney -live 17 miles from sonic- home found covered completel across with mayo-little seen chilli- no onions available- disgraceful employee that bput out this kind of presentation- sure this isn't the only distasteful out put. 34 miles for a chilli coney - actually 45 miles -trip home then return. check your food before you leave or go else where.

They do not listen whenever you are ordering. They will give you the wrong items. Customer service is utter trash. I've literally been treated better at a grocery store. Not surprising for something in Monticello either tbh. The car hops deserve better pay and treatment also.Edit:They also like to take food back after they got it wrong and its not even like you want the food we just know thats a healthy hazard and all that. So yea just nasty.Eta: they will also request for you to move closer so they dont have to do their job. They say they dont close till 11 but tonight we showed up at 10 and they straight up lied saying we couldnt get any shakes becuz they were cleaning but their rules state they dont start cleaning until close. So they will purposely make sure they cannot serve their customers. Clearly the manager, Murphy, and franchise owner have no care at all how trashy of an establishment they run. Its truly sad how low the standards are here. Hopefully they will be shut down soon with how nasty and just distasteful these sonic is.

Went to get some supper gor the family tonight and the burgers were cold chicken was cold and hard and the fries and totes tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I usually dont complain about Sonics food because it's hardly ever that it not fresh . was not happy at all tonight after spending almost 30 dollars there I would expect it to be better.On a positive note the carhop was a very nice and polite young lady

2:00pm 9/22/2019 stopped by and started my order. The employee seemed impatient like I was taking to long to order. I asked her did I do something wrong to you. Why you got so much attitude. So I went in to the shop to talk to the manager and was told by I don't know who, to exit the building. I'm never going there again n I'm deleting your app off my phone. I'm a Disabled Vet not some crazed, out of control person. I was Highly upset and wanted to let the manager know how badly I was being treated. Very unsatisfied customer.

Been there 3 times over the last monthOnce I got a foot long coney it had cheese and no chili other two times it was barely any chili or cheese also large chili cheese tots had barely any chili or cheese but the ice cream is always good

My wife’s fork packet was placed inside her wing tray underneath the wings... my tots were frozen in the middle and had several with mold. My top on my route 44 dill pickle slush was sticky with what looked like blue smurf pee.. quality is going down quick. Last week on two occasions I ordered a chicken basket(5piece) and got 3 and some crumbs and they were burnt.

We ordered food after my sons' karate class across the street. The young lady that took the order repeated the order to us correctly. We waited for our food and when it arrived, the young lady that brought it to us repeated our order to us. We drove all the way home to find out that my son and my husband got exactly what they ordered, but I got 3 Little Chickies instead of the 3 Little Doggies that I ordered. It wouldn't be so bad but we live 30 minutes away from Monticello and it just wasn't feasible for us to drive back to get the correct order.You know, I could forgive one mistake but 2 weeks ago, they were in such a hurry to get our order; they didn't even let my husband order his food before they gave him a total and shut the speaker down. He had to order and pay on two tickets instead of the one we are accustomed to.I seriously doubt I will be returning to this location for food, as they either don't have time for us or they won't get it right anyway. It wouldn't be so bad, but we were becoming regulars at this location, due to my son having weekly karate classes close by.Please just check your order before you pay for it or leave. Sure, maybe I could have checked my order but how many people expect it to be wrong when it is repeated to you multiple times?

What's the point of customizing your food if it's not gonna come that way? The whole family was disappointed when we got home. Burger came with onions when specificed none. Chicken sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes both were not supposed to be on it. And our chili cheese tots only had cheese on them. I get its past ten but the receipt has the order right, so whose half asleep making it? Will definitely be eating at McDonald's from now on.

They have become really lazy when getting the food in the bag, the stuff is always a mess, cold food and they have poor customer service. I came today and ordered Asian wings and there was barely any sauce on my wings and they put my fork in the wings so my fork was covered in food......just gross and nasty.

Sonic in Monticello,MS has great customer service, great food prices, and great on their time frame. I highly recommend this place for your next meal or breakfast, or even snack time. Drinks are always cold and cooling. Thanks Sonic for making your Sonic my Sonic. Will be back soon. Keep doing what your doing.

We frequent sonic but the only problem is the service there is poor. When the person takes your order, they try to speak so quickly that you can't understand what they say and when you ask them to repeat what they said, they get aggravated. If they would only speak a little more slowly instead of speaking like a jet engine it would make communication far more effective but I think in this instance, people speak too quickly to cover-up their poor understanding of the English language.

Small order of cheddar peppers with ranch and a med strawberry shake. That's all I wanted.I got the peppers but no ranch and the shake might as well be a cup of vanilla ice cream.Disappointing. Only if I wasnt gone already when I found this out

Great service very fast getting it out to you. We order 3 meals and had it in just a few minutes. The staff was very polite and professional. I will eat here 1000 times before I go back to McDonald's in Monticello

The menu showed I bought a #2@ 8.39. The receipt showed I was charged 9.29. I don't understand. Earlier this same week saw ad on tv for garlic butter bacon burger @ 2.99. I bought 4 @ 4.something. It shows even on your internet price @ 2.99. No stars, probably won't be back.

The Monticello Sonic is the only Sonic within 50 miles that is consistent with good customer service, getting orders correct, and fast service. They could really give some advice to the Collins and Magee locations.

I ate breakfast this morning here I ordered it on the app and they brought it out quick it was warm and good I asked for more sauce and they brought it quickly and made everything easy this is a far better one than the one in Brookhaven

Just got two, oreo cheesecake shakes. Thought at first there was just too much cheesecake flavor untill I got a taste of something spoiled. Was definitely rotten.

It seems like everytime I go here at night now the place is packed with teenagers standing around vehicles in groups and walking from vehicle to vehicle. No social distancing and not a single mask in sight until a Sonic employee walks someone's order out and most of the time their mask is on their chin. Such a selfish and careless disregard for others. This place is a coronavirus outbreak waiting to happen!!!
