I made a mobile order at 9:53 pm, and online it says they close at 11pm. The order went through and we pulled up right behind someone else at the drive thru. They said sorry we're closed, and when we asked about the order they said that it would go back to the card. We were told they come at 9:50, which I'm sure is a lie. Horrible customer service and needs to change operation times.

This place is a joke! They always get your order wrong and now the lobby closes @7 even though the sign says 10pm and the doors are unlocked and my kids have been let down 3 times now cause we can’t eat inside…. There are only about two workers that actually care and do there job right!! McDonald’s is pointless in Monticello!

If I could have chosen zero stars or was able to apply a negative star value to convey how horrible the past 2 visits have been, id have to remove every star in the night sky.Last time the buns on both a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger were burnt and no cheese on the cheeseburger.This time this is exactly how it was in the bottom of the bag. Smeared ketchup on the wrapper and not any on sandwich, and whats the purpose of even using a wrapper if your not wrapping anything in it. Save the wasted lack of effort and just throw the ingredients in a bag and shake it up and I'll just fix it myself i guess. Never had an experience this bad from anywhere in my life.

Always gets order wrong. Never charismatic or polite. 9/10 times I have to go back up and get what they’ve forgotten or messed up.Also nobody is ever at the counter. Kiosk only. And you take a number and wait for them to bring it to you, only for them to slap it on the counter and call out your order for you to come pick up.

A young lady named Tasha took my order and was very friendly at the 1st window. The second window there a was a younger gentleman, he was very fast and friendly giving me my food and calling my order back out to me. Good food (hot fries and well salted! That's a big thing for me. Lol) as usual.

Ever since this McDonald's has opened its been something every time I've ordered. I blame the young little workers they have. And the supervisor above them. A place is only is great as it's workers.The frape machine never works, why don't they fix it???

Drive thru experience was not great. Brought wrong food to my car 3x..(they had me and 3 other cars pull forward and park). Then order was incorrect...they did correct it but definitely was a. frustrating experience for more than just myself.The dining room isnt opened due to short staffed but the service is horrible in the drive thru.

This location was great as far as McDonalds go. The tables were relatively clean, fries were fresh and warm, the burgers tasted good — which is more than you can say at other locations — and the staff were easy to work with. The menu didn't feel like a cluttered mess, and the walls were painted to represent the town in which it was located.

Some days it's really good and others you'll wonder why you even bothered going back. Ice cream machine is always broken. If it's fried...over done. if it's frozen....it's room temp. Order is half right or completely wrong. There is no consistentcy what so ever

I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with cheese- I got a fried burnt chicken on a bun - NOTHING ELSE - the best part is I HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES FOR IT !!!! If I had known all fast food places in Monticello sucked so bad(no problems with Subway——-yet) - I would have never bought property here !

I had to wait 15 minutes when they were not busy then when I got my order it was missing all my hashbrowns. Had to get back into drive thru line because they still did not get my order right in the first place.

Could've been better! Got my 4 year olds hamburger wrong so he throw a tantrum and fed it to the dogs... I Got coke instead of Dr pepper so I threw a tantrum and gave it to the kids!!!

Woke the drive thru attendant with my order; went to the pay window and waited several minutes for someone to appear. When she did show she left immediately to find the person who was supposed to be taking orders and payment. Several minutes later she's back and asks for me to repeat the order. I do, and pay her before driving to the pick-up window..After leaving the pick-up window we realized that we had vanilla instead of the chocolate shakes we orderedPure incompetence and don't give a damn at that place!

One of the worst restaurants as far as service goes. No matter what you order you almost always have to wait at least 10 minutes or more and the workers are not only rude but frightening. Food isn’t very great either

Food was worse than normal, cashier's didn't know which buttons to press and had to keep voiding and starting over, they kept getting wrong orders out to people and they were out of a bunch of drinks and condiments. Also pretty rude

I went thru the drive thru this past week, & it was not a pleasant experience. I had to wait in a long line to begin with. When I finally got to the pick up window, they ask me to pull up in section 1 while they finished my order , which was repeated to me at each window. I got to my destination & they had given me someone else's order. 🤔

THIS IS THE BEST MCDONALD'S HANDS DOWN! The food was excellent both times I went to it. The service is great and fast. It exceeded my expectations both times. All the MCDONALD'S around needs retraining at this location.

When I ask for fixed fresh and they don't. I requested it to be made over. The manager even got ugly about it. I think corporate needs to do some training and or maybe some firing. All the employees were rude
