Stumbled upon this by accident and now my wallet is lighter, lol. Great concrete very well done smooth and really good looking. You have a choice of buying plain concrete, painted concrete or detailed painted concrete. The staff is friendly and fun to interact with.

This place is worth the drive from Memphis. The prices on the statues are good. The service is so helpful loading onto my truck. We bought plain concrete because we prefer to paint things ourselves. But you can get different styles of painted concrete also.

We went to Mid South Ornamental on Saturday, April 23, intending to purchase a fountain for our patio. We bought one several years ago from the previous owners and have been highly pleased with it. Their customer service was awesome. Sadly, I cannot say the same for our experience on Saturday. A man asked if he could help us, so we told him we were looking for a fountain. He told us where they were and walked off. Then a young girl asked if we needed help. We told her we were looking for a fountain and wanted one with the door so the pump could be removed without disassembling the entire fountain. She did not know much about their merchandise so asked an older lady. The other lady did not offer to help us, and we got the impression they did not care whether we bought anything or not. After looking around some more, we left. We were very disappointed.

The new owner has No customer service skills at all. We've been customers for over 10 years and his terrible attitude has driven us away! He insists on telling you you're wrong, don't know what you're talking about or you are lying. Was a awesome business and such a pleasure to deal with under the previous owner this man has run the place into the ground!

I looked all over and this place is a dream come true. We drove three hours to get there and were not disappointed. They are very friendly and helpful. I went back home communicated via email and we worked out a custom configuration and price. I asked them to ship it to me ( I arranged the shipping) . I received it today and it was packed to perfection. No damage and I do this for a living so I know. Everyone should go and look at their selection. I can't imagine not finding something you need.

Such a sad and poor excuse for a business. I looked them up on the web and saw their website said they were open on Labor Day. I tried to call before we drove over 2 hours but of coarse no one answered. But since the website said open we decided to check out their selection. Well when we arrived it was closed. There as a different number posted on the fence for help so I called the number. When I finally got someone to answer she said they were closed. I informed her their website says they are open she responded with the comment “ what’s on their website isn’t her problem “. Well the place looks like a dump and the personal is of poor quality so I’m sure their merchandise is as poor as the other. Well never return or recommend to anyone. If there was a zero rating I would have chosen zero.

Perfect! My mom is buying two water falls from there, and there financing options are the best!! Wonderful customer service, the owner is the sweetest I highly recommend this place when buying things outside and even inside your home, very large selections.

Highly detailed landscape statues, planter's, bird bath's, and fountains. This was a perfect place to pick up some beautiful landscape accessories. Solid concrete, extremely heavy, well crafted. All employees were extremely helpful in helping me find that perfect planter. I would definitely make the trip and purchase again.

I have always seen this place from the road. I love the giant rabbit and the big foot statue. You really have to stop by. They have something for everyone. Dogs, cats, gators, tigers, and gnomes just to name few. Bird bathes and pet cemetery items as well.

Fantastic place. If you like decorative concrete they have it. Fantastic staff. I communicated with them by email, they actually went on the yard, found the items I was looking for, sent photos of the items, and held them until I could get there. First class service!!!!!

Drove 25 miles only to find out that the hours on the website are incorrect. On website it shows as closing at 4pm, but it closes on Saturdays at 2pm. Arrived at 2:15 and was turned away upon entering the gate.They lost a sale.

Although prices are clearly marked when I ask about an unpainted one they told me those where old prices and they were all the higher price wheater they were painted or not.
