Just a quick stop at this Walmart yesterday in Meridian, Mississippi. We live in Thomasville Alabama and need to come to Meridian for doctors appointments. I checked their inventory online before I came and noticed they had a yogurt that I like for taking my medication so we stopped by. This Walmart was clean, well stocked and employees were very friendly. It was a quick stop, but we enjoyed it very much.

I visited this store on a Friday evening after searching other stores to find a TV. I found the one I wanted but it wasn't on the shelf. TAVORISE, in electronics went above and beyond to check the status and informed me there was one coming off the truck!! I was so pleased with his willingness to help!!! Thank

Plenty parking spaces with many handicap spaces and I noticed when I walked in and saw that there was double the handicap carts availablehl. Shelves were well stocked and plenty cat supplies(my needs) with low prices for customers. Seems like a well organized store and cleanliness was superb! It's a nice place for shopping alone or with the family!

Management is rude and confrontational. They like to close 10-15 mins early and look for any reason to argue with customers. Super unprofessional. If management focused more on hiring more of the right people, they wouldn’t have to worry about turnover and people quitting. Instead, they are stuck with a bunch of unhappy, overworked employees. Walmarts customers should not be treated the way this store’s employees treat them.

Nothing out of the ordinary happened today, which is surprising in itself since this is Walmart we are talking about.. Got my laundry basket, got in, and got out without complications. So yea, Walmart!

Kim is the store manager at this store and she is great at her job! Most employees are very helpful here. The handheld scanner most employees have now is really just a way to dismiss shoppers if they have a concern on pricing… While rolling her eyes the self checkout associate promptly scanned my item and showed me the tag and quoted methe same price as the item rang up for. That was no help at all.. Two rows of this item were marked lower so I assumed it might really be marked down. A 4$ price difference doesn’t seem like much but I doubt she’d turn down a 4$ raise.. It was frustrating to be met with such blatant disrespect with her nearly looking up at the ceiling when she rolled her eyes at me after I asked her to check the price.. So I was pleasantly confused that when I matched the energy she gave me , she seemed to be offended! Ha! Learn to turn your head and roll your eyes like the rest of us do! No paying customer should have to deal with poor manners at all!

Like I said earlier it was great I had to pick up a prescription I was in and out no problem whatsoever the last few times I've been going they've been getting faster and better and everything seems like they know me when I come in there so I loved itThanks WalmartK. Kuder

It was easy to find everything we needed, and self checkout was a breeze. None of the associates we saw offered to help, but we didn't need help so it didn't matter.

The black female workers throwing an attitude at me and I'm black!!! I told her my dad's United Healthcare card wouldn't work for me the other day she replied "It ain't gone work until the 1st". That was a very dumb remark.......the cards works anytime you have a balance on there DUHHH. So if I have a balance of $16.04 on there I can't use the United Healthcare card until the beginning of the month!!!!! that's dumb I can use it anytime THAT THE CARD HAS A BALANCE... I'm telling you I couldn't work there I'd be beating up every one that got smart with me!! I promise!

Most of the employees are unfriendly(rude, not helpful, will not speak to you, will just keep walking if you are trying to get help). Will run carts into and not say anything (like, excuse me, I'm sorry ), and I will just keep going. On phones or texting. For the rest 25 % of the staff (older employees) very nice and helpful. Younger employees are not at all. Today 10/13/23 I had a young employee run a put back or an order cart into the front of my cart on the main aisle and never said anything. I looked at her and said, "Excuse me." She had plenty of room to get through. If I had moved over anymore, I would have knocked things off the end cap.

I’m disabled and depend on the grocery delivery service. I enjoy ordering via the app. BUT if something is left off my order it’s next to impossible to get a refund for the missing item. In the past I could reportthis in the app and be given a refund. Not anymore. I’ve tried calling twice but no answer. Meanwhile I was charged $13.78 plus tax for something I didn’t receive. I live on disability so every penny counts. A definite FAIL with the app.

Terrible work environment. From the store manager to the team leads most just don’t deserve the job. The attitudes are ridiculous and they really don’t care about the employees. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terribly busy and crowded. The parking lot was a nightmare of cars and insurance claims. WalMart seriously needs to look at the layout of the area and the store itself. We will not be returning to this particular store!
