I ordered a straight talk phone to be delivered over a month ago and the EMPLOYEE did not scan the box to activate it. I don't have the box but I do have the bar code. Walmart would not scan that code and now I have an expensive paper weight. I have to pay for THEIR negligence.

Friendly staff willing to help you at any time find what you need if you don't know they're there to make sure also that those little wheelchair handicap carts seems to always be charged up and ready to go God loves each and every one of y'all so do IZZ Peace ✌️

I absolutely hate to have to check myself out. Look I am an ole lady!The store on Highway 19 North does not have checkers most of time. Some of staff that helps are nice and helpful and others are not.

When I went to pick up my groceries for the week this one employee Taliyah J. She was blatantly disrespectful to me and colleagues. This is by far the absolute worst costumer service I have ever received in my years of shopping at Walmart.

The supervisor/manager had to bring my order out, Lauren, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I can’t believe she has the position of leadership. If you are having an employee issue where you can not keep staffed, you need to look directly at the leadership of the Online Order section of the Walmart staff. I am sure many of the staff are unhappy with her being their boss and point of contact.I am baffled at the lack of professionalism when it comes to the supervisor, Lauren.I typically have a rather positive experience dealing with people such as Kobe, he’s a great worker.Today was a very bad experience and I don’t plan to visit this Walmart anymore unless I simply have no choice.

This store has improved greatly. We love coming here now. Lots of space and clean. They have a great selection of fresh produce and very helpful staff. Deli serves hot and cold food items, and a wide range of deli meats. They make party trays there as well. Great electronics section and sporting goods. Keep up the awesome work!!

I recently went to Walmart to purchase a $49.00 electric razor. The razor was locked in cabinet. The clerk unlocked the cabinet but would not allow me to have the razor while I continued to shop. I had to pick up at customer service. I felt like Walmart is implying that I would steal the razor. I realize that there this may have happen before but it doesn’t mean that everyone will steal a $49.00 razor. You would have thought it was 1049.00! When I got to customer service they still wouldn’t give me the razor until I paid for it. I was very offended that I was treated as a shoplifter before I was even out of the store. Management needs to think twice about this ridiculous policy.

Both my wife and I are disabled but we were fortunate enough to get two electric shopping carts. We spent about 1 1/2 -2 hours shopping and found most everything we were looking for. We had groceries including milk,creamer,yogurt,eggs, deli sliced lunch meats 3 different types and sliced cheese and various other grocery items. We also had some clothes for a planed trip,ect. When we got to the front to check out there was 0 that’s right zero cashiers open. Only self check out.I went to the in the front of all registers and she said no that she would help us with self check out if we wanted to wait. We left two shopping carts full probably 2-300 dollars worth and walked away. Never again !

Waited over an hour for an electric cart. Never got one. Bathroom was filthy. It seems they don't care about the handicapped in that they never have enough electric carts. No benches anywhere for them to wait for one. Will not ever go there again. Also, they never reply to reviews. This walmarts doesn't care.12/5/23. AGAIN!!!! NO DAMN ELECTRIC CARTS!!!! THIS WALMARTS OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE HANDICAPPED PEOPLE SO IF U ARE HANDICAPPED, SONT SHOP HERE!!!!

If only they were open all night like pre-covid. I enjoyed shopping with less of a crowd to move through. This Walmart has more diverse products than the one in Philly, MS. Bigger selection to choose from on most items.

Honestly. The employees for the most part are decent to you. Really the only problem is so much of the food is expired and is never replaced. It so gross seeing people grab stuff I saw was expired and not even look at the dates. When they get home they’ll realize half the items they’ve bought are past date. I’ve been in that situation many times. I don’t know how the place is able to keep running with all the expired goods they keep on the shelves

Can do most all of the shopping here, I do like the convenience and the prices. The store shelves is stocked with merchandise and clean. They have self checkout and regular check out, usually moves pretty good so no long waiting in line.

Came to this walmart today to get products that my local Walmart seems to always be out of: cat food and dog food. This store is very well stocked. It wasn't very busy on a Monday at noon like i thought it would be. Can't say anything about any associate working there as I didn't have anyone speak to me at all. I used self checkout and my experience was pleasant. The associate at the door did stop me to check my reciept when i was leaving, but i expected that. I had multiple items not bagged. She was nice enough though. She glanced over my reciept, and sent me on my way. Overall, i will come to this Walmart whenever i am looking for my animals food. I will probably frequent it more now that i know this store stays better stocked than my local one.
