I needed to return a Christmas gift at the store in Meridian, Mississippi. I had a receipt, but, no tag. The person who helped me was so helpful and friendly. She was very professional and pleasant. It turned out to be a good experience.

Clean, friendly staff, well stocked and maintained merchandise. My only concern-store location. I believe this Meridian shopping locale would benefit from increased security, exterior lighting fixtures, a freshly paved parking lot, and minor touch-ups that provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Seems like they have great things. winter wear is huge in stock now. They cant seem to restock any of my favorite underwear though, nor reusable washable waterproof underwear for my granny. OTHER THAN THAT it is a pretty good store. I loveeeee shopping there!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stopped by on my way home to Tuscaloosa yesterday. Chorla and staff were so very courteous and friendly. This store was a like a breathe of fresh air compared to our local store. It was clean and organized unlike our local store. It may be worth the 85 mile drive to shop at TJ MAXX again. Thank you all!!!

Nicely ket store, typical TJMaxx stuff, some you can't find other places. Staff, well everyone has a bad day but listening to the cashier complain about what I assume was other workers while she rings you up was kinda lame.

The store was clean, however, there were only 2 people working the registers. They were over 10 people waiting in line. Be prepared to wait if you shop here.

Tried to take a pair of boots back that were a gift and I stated that to the employee. However, she assured me that I wouldn’t be able to return them because I didn’t have the receipt and the person that gave them to me “should have gotten a gift receipt.” I tried the boots on and walked around in them to obviously get a feel of them before i decided against them. Also told me I couldn’t return because they had been worn. I spoke to another store and was assured that as long as the tags were still on them, (which it was on this pair) that they would issue store credit. So I took them back to another store with no issues. This lady obviously needs to re-read the store’s policy and change her attitude. I will not go back to this store. Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Oh, and the manager wouldn’t even come speak to me directly either.

I was shopping this evening minding my own business when I was sprayed by an employee with disinfectant spray because I didn't have on a mask. The manager didn't seem bothered at all by what happened. On my way out the door the 2 young employees who were working by the door were laughing saying it was hilarious I was sprayed in the face. I have never in my life. They won't get another cent of my money.

The staff wasn't good this time. One was stocking shampoo on the shelves and saw me trying to see what I can but she didnt want to move. Made me uncomfortable. At check out was even worse. I bought a few pictures frames and a couple of small green plant decors. Told him he didn't need to wrap it, but he kept trying to bag the decor on top of the glass of my big frame. Had to tell him twice. Guy definitely didn't want to be up there at cashier. Just had a negative vibe this time. Won't be going back there for awhile.

Parking is a nightmare. Cleanliness on sales floor is good. Aisles are too narrow. Ok selection. Women's restroom was disgusting...looked like poop smeared on the wall in the stall, only one faucet working, no purse hangers on door. Checkout was efficient and speedy.

Great store. Great prices. Great staff. They carry some higher end items in purses, housewares, and clothing. If you find an item you like, don't wait to purchase it because it will likely be gone when you come back due to the popularity of the store.

Nice store to shop for name brands at cheaper prices. Staff is always friendly, store is clean just dont go to restroom its usually a mess.

Hey ya.ll got some good stuff at good prices! I got quite a few Christmas gifts today off my list. My only recommendation is to get some Mens Jeans that arent Skinny and/or Tapered. We came looking for jeans and the selection was All skinny. All men dont wear tight pants. Get some Relaxed Boot Cut Jeans.

This is the best T.J. Maxx I've been to in a long time. They had an amazing selection of beauty products and planners. The majority of items were fully intact, which at a place like T.J. Maxx is honestly a miracle. They were also reasonably priced.They had a ton of clothing, kitchen ware, and linens, but I can't speak to the quality or prices as I didn't go through those sections as thoroughly.

I’m so thankful that this store is in Meridian. This makes up for the fact that there isn’t a target here. But it is unfortunate that sometimes the employees have bad attitudes. They don’t seem to enjoy their life very much while they are working here, which makes me uncomfortable. And that’s why I only gave them 4 stars.
