Shower here is THE BEST during winter season because their heater is blowing hot air and I don't need to run hot water to warm up the shower room before taking a shower!!! Other places will keep their shower room blowing cold air, so I ran hot water a lot to get the shower room warm as possible before taking a shower.

No problems here. I was able to fuel up and get some food in under 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and the place clean in area I was in. The outside had descent lighting but definitely could be better. The fuel prices were definitely the cheapest in the area this time.

I Quess we are allow to take break at the pump in this pilot , after taking full break when inside the Store 6 time lady driver and other limó driver in from of me desire to fuel two of this limousine, took over 40+ minutes for me get to the pump !! BE AWARE THIS IS A BUSY PILOT

Clean washrooms everthing else is a joke.Staff are all angry and bitter wont even give you a receipt, had to get a manager involved for a simple gas recipt they also they never put my MyRewardd points card on puchase even tho she took it and scaned it.Coffee sucksDont Shower here

Beware whites! At least one probable black racist counter clerk works here!! I am an 83 yo white male. On Dec 24, 2023 at approximately 230pm, I asked a black female, approximately 28 yo, 5'5", plump, for 2 packs of cigarettes. She got the cigarettes, came back to her register and asked for my ID which was in my vehicle at the gas pumps. I told her I was 83 yo and another nearby, skinny, black clerk started giggling. I didn't have my ID on my person so my clerk said she couldn't sell me the cigarettes and returned them to the rack. As I walked away all the black clerks were snickering and giggling. First time I have been ID'd in 70 years. Ridiculous, as I was very obviously over 21 yo. Next time I'll have my phone with me, just in case, and video the transaction for YouTube.

We were stopped during the Thanksgiving Wed night peek. The staff was super friendly, and it was clean. We will make this a planned stop on future trips through Meridian. Great job.

I love stopping here to pick up some food and drinks. They have a Subway inside which is also another option. Restroom and showers are always clean. To put diesel sometimes there is a line but over all great truckstop!

This truck stop is always screwed up when trying to get fuel.... can't really see what the deal is....It's always packed inside as well with only 1.5 registers open.

I requested a shower and waited for code, when I got to shower it was completely filthy and uncleaned. I waited until later and there was some system maintenance taking place on their app. This location told me that their app was down so they couldn't open the shower door. I was here for 16 hrs and unable to take a shower which is pretty unacceptable to me!

Price of reserved parking is higher than other truck stops. Not a fan of the overpriced items to take advantage of truck drivers.

Very clean and friendly staff! We got sandwiches at Subway, a piece of pizza from Pilot and some other items. All of the ladies working were super friendly and very attentive. We also appreciated how clean everything was and how they seemed to really take care of the place. We'll be stopping here again if we find ourselves driving through!

Beware if u plan on taking a shower here when it comes to using their towels and rags smelled like mildew as if they just throw them in the washer with no detergents I made a complaint but I could tell nobody really cared so drivers be mindful of this

"I drove from Alaska to Florida, from Boston to San Diego, i know every corner of North America. So I know what I am talking about." Came here for shower and coffee. All staff workers greeting you at the door, all of them was so kind and welcoming everyone. They work so hard to treat you as a King and Queen, WOW!!! I wish I have this professionals at my company. So, showers was super clean and ready to use, water temperature great, towels fresh and clean, wait time was less than a minute, and that was Friday noon. Coffee taste delicious, they also serve fresh baked cinnamon rolls, they have Subway in the store. Great Truck Stop, and fuel oasis for your needs. Recomend it to you!

Don’t ever get in a rush to fuel here. A lot times drivers never pull foward when they’re done. Parking lot is always crazy. Great food selections and staff is friendly. Never showered here bathrooms are decent.

All the employees are worthless and don't care for the person to person interactions, the prices are too high and are meant for better paid visitors (professional drivers) and it pushes the traveling and local visitors to buy from the Subway restaurant because its an affordable option. The Subway and DELI area are always a mess. There are actual roaches coming out of the walls and crawl on the coffee, soft drink, and slushie machines. The restrooms are never maintained and have graffiti and feces on the walls. Finally, the management is dismissive and give out corporate phone numbers to customer service hotlines that never resolve the issue, just to finish their interaction with any upset visitors.

Nice Pilot after repair. They have 3 bays repair shop where I replaced steering tires on my truck.Friendly people work here. Also they have lowest fuel price in area.

After fueling up I went to the bathroom before getting back on the road. As I was limping to the handicap stall a worker who was sweeping stepped in front of me and said I have to use the bathroom and entered the handicap stall where she commenced to get on here phone and start a conversation with someone. This forced me to use a smaller stall without handicap rail to help me get up. Very rude of employee and very unprofessional of her.

Pilot/Flying J employee should be trained NOT to use their foot to step on towels to clean the bathroom floors, using the same towels someone will use next time to dry themselves after taking a shower. I notice this trend at multiple locations!

Truck parking is a little tight. Make sure you're here before 4 pm, and most spots are reserved parking. Showers are not very clean and could use some maintenance.

The store wasn’t cleaned at all! The cashier was very unprofessional and stay with air pod in their ear the whole time I was there! I guess management have changed because it was not like that! No coffee was made and when ask someone to make some! He had a very bad attitude about it! Subway stay closed more than it does open! It is going down hill fast with no brake! It didn’t use to be like that! This was the second shift crew that I see won’t make pizza for the customers! To really be honest with you they don’t deserve two stars!

Used the app to find RV friendly station , it’s listed as being one but ISN’T RV friendly for GAS motorhomes. Truck side is diesel only. Gas pumps are regular vehicle side, it’s tough getting a 38 foot class A around the other vehicles and curbing. My advice is pick the far left or right pumps to give yourself room to navigate in and out.
