I don't understand why this store couldn't let people know they would be closed for the cold weather today. It's just a bit colder than normal. Exotic pets still need food. Nothing on their website, Google, nor a message on their phone. Keep. People. Informed.

Took my son's dog Cooper to get groomed, and he had a ball. He seemed to enjoy himself. They gave him a cut and bath.

Customer service is always great. I mainly shop for fish. More specifically cichlids. The selection for fish and especially cichlids could be alot better. I would love to just shop locally at my store and not have to order online.

There was a bit of a wait in the store. I had to find a clerk to assist us in aquatics. the clerk that assisted us was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowlegable! she explained to us the types of fish, male and female as well as types of food to bring out the vibrant colors of the fish! she even explained the black seaweed growing on the driftwood! I liked it so much, I bought some! kudos to Petco of Meridian for making us comfortable, valued customers!

Here Petco employees are nice, knowledgeable and super helpful.I forgot my phone in my truck, and the lady waited(I was fast).I was with my doggy and she help me upload it and it was freezing cold.

A great place to get all of your essential pet supplies. The employees are phenomenal here. However, petco is a little more expensive than most places and if you have the time to you can typically find a cheaper version online or at a different store. However, if you are getting pets from here I would strongly advise against doing so. Fish, are fine. However, everything past that it would be best to look elsewhere for pets like reptiles and hamsters.

Outstanding service. I actually felt like they knew met the needs that I needed while I was getting an item for a dog and was very helpful. And they are decently prized that you got everything that you might need for any animal that you might have.

Super friendly. But need 2nd associate working fish tanks. And definitely need to clean. Last 2 visit all our fish died. Due to being dirty tanks. Even tho we had them in quarentine tanks. Not worth going back to replace just to lose more.

After I spent $98.00 on a bag of dog food and a couple of bags of treats and you want to charge me 10 cents for a bag. You just lost my business. Don’t try to give me an excuse about doing my part for the environment. At least the girl at the checkout was polite. I feel sorry for her having to ask customers if they want to pay 10 cents for a bag.

Giving them 2 stars only because the people are actually nice. However, my dogs were groomed today. We dropped them off at 12 and it usually only takes about 3 hours, we didn’t get them until almost 6pm. My dog was cut above her eyelid and they didn’t even call when this took place, but instead told us when we were picking them up. They didn’t make us pay for her grooming and offered to pay for the vet bill, and we will be taking her tomorrow to get seen about. If they had called when this took place we might could have taken her to the vet. I understand these things happen, but the way it was handled was not okay. They should have called and let us know immediately this happened since she no longer was even bleeding upon us picking them both up. We won’t be going back.

The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. We appreciate being able to run in here when we end up low on supplies with short notice. Being open until 8:00pm helped as well.

Horrible! Made a 10:30am appointment for my small dog to get groomed. I was told 2.5 hours maybe 3. I showed up at 1:30 (3 hours later) for pick up and was told it would be closer to 2:30. I sat in my car in the parking lot for an hour and got another phone call just before 2:30 that it would be closer to 3.It is now 3:20 and I’m standing in the store watching my dog still getting cut through the window.Horrible service. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone looking for professional services done for their animals.

got waited on quickly. I bought fish and they seemed to be well and not diseased. Tanks were clean and looked good. I put the fish in a separate tank to check them before putting in big tank. They so far have check out. Good job.

I used the store in Meridian, MS. The whole process was so incredibly easy!! Website was easy to use. I ordered at night. Order ready next morning at opening! Staff was so helpful and courteous. And since I'm in the high risk population, it was awesome not to have to go into the store and the staff brought it to my car. Thanks so much for creating opportunities to preserve the safety of our community

Well we've been shopping here for ours pets for awhile but after we spent over 200 dollars on pet food they charged us for our bags to take their products home. Doesn't make sense to me. But we will just go somewhere else for now on.

Store is clean and well organized the only reason I gave a 9 instead of 10 because you don't have a very good selection of shirts and outfits. I bought 2 shirts and that was about all you had to fit my Maltese but overall always have a good experience. Employess are always ready to help and knowledgeable about products Thank You

Wonderful shopping experience. The staff is very knowledgable on their items and this was the first time I took my fur baby with me. She did real well, in fact she loved it. We went up and down every isle and she picked her new toys out and loved the attention she received from everyone.

They have a good Variety of products, but their prices are ridiculously high. Before the pandemic I paid $15 a bag for dry cat food that's now $22 on sale! Talk about inflation! But my for babies have to eat, so I remain a loyal customer!
