Great prices on meat and some of the best meat I’ve ever bought. The butcher here is really great. Produce and meat are always fresh and store is always super clean! You must have a military Id to shop here though!

Love the prices. Only problem I had was with the self check out, I didn't want to scan my card for some reason. Then finally when it did, had problems scanning certain items. Other then that, It's a great place for me to grocery shop.

Most food i get there is either already expired or gets moldy in less than a week. Not to mention, 9 times out of 10 the self checkout registers are down so I'm there waaaay longer than I need to be

Terrible selection, no deli, no bakery, produce area WAY too small. Total disappointment for a base in the middle of nowhere. Forced to drive a half hour to the much better Winn Dixie for groceries which is appalling for a military installation.

This Commissary has the best prices compared to outside base competitors. The complaint of not enough check out lines is laughable. This Base is small and the volume of customers is never overwhelming like a the Commissary in Norfolk, Va. If you need something they don't have they can order it for you and set it aside. The employees are nice the store is clean. Its worth the trip to get the savings that matter.

Dont buy fresh produce here, goes bad in 24-28 hours. Please stop moving the coffee creamer cooler or for that matter any of the coolers, why do many extra small coolers anyway, can we please get a Rehab? How about some rotisserie chickens? Last DECA Commissary to be closed on Mondays...All these other reviews are lies. Literally have a sign up currently that reads problems with distributor selections limited...

Worst commissary ever! They are always out of specific items and you half to drive 30 min in town to get them. They also need to have a form to request specific items. This store generally will have basic items and that's it.

It does not have a deli, and the fruits and vegetables could be more fresh, but other than that, it's an alright commissary. I've definitely seen better.

One of the better commissary I have shopped in. Small but well stocked. Friendly, helpful staff. Best meat and meat department of all the commisaries in which I have shopped.

I enjoy the Commissary and it is a valuable benefit. However, the produce section leaves much to be desired and the prices in the commissary have been increased to the point you need to check to be sure you're not being charged more than downtown...thats just sad. But grateful there is a Commissary in Meridian, MS.

This is a small NEX by most standards. It has a limited selection of electronics, clothing, etc. Its convenient if you're already on base.

Getting on base is so much a hassle that I no longer shop here. I'm military retired and was once the senior officer on base. I still am given a hard time when driving through my old front gate.
