My dog Sydney looks like a yeti going in and coming out like Joe Dirt with a mullet!! They do great job at cutting and grooming hair for dogs I'd recommend them to anyone with a fur baby!

New to area and needed a groomer. Took my two little babies and they were pretty well matted. Fingers crossed... They were gorgeous and smooth even cut.Update:Took back my two babies, and they came out as cute as the first time. Still 5 stars for consistency.

The owner and staff were very attentive and patient with our Chow dog Chewy.The salon was clean and smelled fresh.Chewy had a beautiful shiny coat and the amount of shedding has greatly improved due to a treatment shampoo that was used.Chewy will definitely be using M&M Pet Salon again.

Very nice groomer and her young bather is a true pet lover. They aimed to please and even boarded my St. Poodle for us. I saw a golden doodle with a fantastic teddy bear cut so kudos to their scissor work.

This was my first time coming here. I'm visiting from out of town and I'm use to getting a full groom, which includes my baby getting his teeth brush, nails filed, shaving, a good bath, and some play time. I paid for a full grooming but he did not receive get his teeth brush. She stated that I would have to ask for that upon reserving his slot. A full groom is just that, a full groom. Nonetheless, he was clean and shining again.

The staff people are very melo, easy going, they treat your dog with respect,Very loving place to trust if you're in a need of a dog boarding, grooming or day care. Check it out! I warn you the place smells strong like dog pee, i recommend a little cleaning,

Well I was so impressed with the service and the treatment I received and how well they did with my services to my pet the first time I decided to bring him back for deshedding. With him being a Siberian Husky mixed with Alaskan Malamute he does a lot of shedding around the house. Needless to say I need as much help as possible with trying to get this under control and I could not think of anyone better or more suitable than M&M Pet Salon for their assistance and service. I don't have any before pictures of Eli my pet but I can provide some after pictures to show you and give you an idea of the type of service that they provide. I can't wait to see him. I took my doodle up here to get groomed, and the service was wonderful at first. They did not finish my dog because of the weather ( which is okay, i understand) about a week later a video surfaced on face book. The owners husband were cussing people out calling them names that I will not speak of! I made a comment and said "wow, I would have never expected that they treated us great! Guess ill have to find a new groomer!" I called this morning and was going to give them the benefit of a doubt and keep bringing my dog to them to be groomed AND FOR THEM TO FINISH HIM LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD (keep in mind that I paid $80 for a unfinished groom!!!) THE OWNER called me back and said I seen your comment on face book, you should find a new groomer!I was trying to be nice and keep my business with them but NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO NOT TAKE THEIR ANIMALS THERE!!!!! IF YOU CAN TREAT ANOTHER PERSON THE WAY YOU DO THEN HOW ARE YOU TREATING PEOPLES ANIMALS WHEN THEY ARE NOT THERE!!!!!!

We took our two goldendoodles for baths and cuts. We had a thorough consultation where we agreed on a typical doodle cut. The groomers noticed some matting around the dogs’ faces/mouths and called to let us know that they needed to shave their faces/mouths down more than we discussed because of the matting. We gave permission for them to do that. When we picked up the dogs, they had both been completely shaven. Heads, ears, faces, bodies - everything had been shaven down to the same length. They looked terrible. When we asked why their whole heads and not just faces were shaven, they told us it was a stylistic choice. They admitted to knowingly doing it without our permission.

Friendly service, but I paid for a haircut and did not get it. They called me and said she would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there and was not ready. They forgot to cut face. Waited another hour in parking lot after she asked me to pay in advance...no receipt. She brought her out without a mask.😷 not happy

I was hesitant during this pandemic to try another groomer . My groomer is great but temporarily closed. My vet recommended this place when I asked. Very responsive. Easy drop off and pick up all COVID 19 compliant. My toy poodle looks great. I would highly recommend .

My Schnauzer was scalped, yes literally scalped. His beard, eyebrows, feathers on his legs everything. But did not trim his ears. I did not even recognize him. It breaks my heart to look at him. Please be AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID of this place.
