I had the police called on me because I grabbed baskets and was shopping. The managers said I was taken over 34 minutes to shop. They thought I was stealing. And after paying for all my items and loading them into my car. The police came to my vehicle and asked for my id because they was called about someone in the store trying to steal. I returned all my items and the store manager and staff thought it was funny. Then had a problem with me having an attitude after attitude after yall just seen my pay for these and yall told the police that it was me yall called about because the assistant manager followed me out the door when I left to go to my vehicle.

Start opening when you say you're open, it's 7:00 dang near 7:30 on Sunday August 27th, you wasting other people's time that might have things to get done and places to be it's quite embarrassing when they finally open they didn't even have the most basic essential that I went in there for milk I wish I could give zero Stars if I could

I honestly don't understand how a business can legally operate in this mess. Boxes are always in the aisles, blocking entrance into the aisle. I've seen the boxes stay on the cart for DAYS, before they finally unload them. They don't properly rotate their stock, resulting in having expired food items for sale (I've purchased two items that were several months expired. I now make sure to check date). They leave sale price tags up from months prior, along with putting out the next days price tickets that aren't even in effect and can be confusing. Other than the front entrance (automatic doors), it's not suitable for disabled individuals. If you can't use your buggy in the aisles, then how can someone use a wheelchair or handicap device? Is Dollar General only for the able bodied people and discriminating against those with physical handicaps? It seems they don't want our business. My mother had to stop using this store due to this very issue, and she lives right down the street. It's inexcusable!

I purchased an LG phone so that I can have Verizon data access. First of all the guy purposely try to make me pay sticker price instead of the discount that has been offered for weeks. He took the signage down that showed the details of the discount so when I try to go back over and show it to him he took it down and said that it was for something else. Anyway after I would not pay sticker price I did receive the discount but I asked him to put $25 on the Verizon card so that I can purchase the unlimited plan but somehow I only got $20 And was only charge $20 so I had to go back to a Dollar General just to put five more dollars on the card so that I can activate the service. and as you can see by the receipt I have two E911 charges for $1.00. If you are traveling into town I need to stop at a dollar general I would avoid this place leave it to the locals that’s probably the only people they take care of properly. Overcharging and attempts to overcharge or confirm by the other reviews you should probably avoid.

Nothing has been on the shelves. Carts are full of inventory that are blocking isles. We cant use the shopping cart because of it. They always seem to let it sit thre hoping the next shift will stock them but yet they domt donit either.

My daughter and I stopped by dollar general to get a happy for her since she got 4 year shots, she picked out a pet grooming kit and when I open it up I discovered what I thought to be "fuzz balls" soon I realized they were egg sacs! This is not acceptable at all! Store number 16357

I love Dollar General! I can almost buy the stuff I need versus going to Wal-Mart. It's quicker and simpler, plus you don't have to deal with weird people and their attitudes.

There is nothing on the shelves. You can't even walk down most of the aisles because of boxes every where. They need to hire an over night stocking crew.

Well in a county where there is legal beer sales on Sunday...I was refused this legal act because some holy roller in dollar general upper management don't drink beer. What if he don't clean his house car or laundry....eat canned goods.... Junk food....wear cheap clothes.....use cheap novelty products....feed his pets.etcetc.on Sunday.well I figure they should just shut the whole place down.i will never return .

The manager and staff are extremely pleasant but the store is always a mess. Stuff everywhere roll totes sitting in middle of isles full of stuff. So hard to find anything..

Do these people ever put the phone on the hook? I've called several days and times and it's always busy. I wanted to know with the weather being bad are they open. The phone has to be off the hook. I went down there and they were closed. This is very inconvenient and waste of money on gas.

So covered in boxes of merchandise you can’t walk through and find what you need. As many people that’s out of work right now , seems like Most Dollar Generals need yo hire some stockers.

I think the bag surrendering at the front is BS. I ride a motorcycle and at times I wear a bag on my back (aka back pack) to keep all my personal stuff in. You know, personal hygene stuff, wallet, etc. From now on i will not surrender my bag untill every other bag that other people are carrying is also surrendered. I dont care that the bag has a different name(aka hand bag or purse). It to is a bag!!

Purchased some crackers here. Opened them and they were stale. Turns out they expired 8 months beforehand.
