I live really close to this Dollar General Store in Philadelphia, so I find myself going there almost every day, or at least five days out of the week. I think the store could benefit from having a better manager or more effective managers who can keep the floor clean and organized. On the bright side, the cashiers are very helpful and always available at the checkout.

I enjoyed looking around the store. It was clean. There were boxes in the way as employees were getting products on the shelves. I will shop there again.

who's Dollar General Store from time to time here is well stocked but it's a rare occasion you would do better visiting other Dollar General stores that were big merchandising problem where is hard to navigate down the aisle and find what you're looking for because boxes of sitting all over the sales floor I will highly recommend a better manager or more effective managers keeping the floor clean so they can do more sales this door would do more sales if it was more organized the merchandise was better display and there were not so many out of stock items that's where the cashier. Very helpful and they're there when you need to check out but it could use a lot of assistance as far as Merchandising is concerned

Store was filthy, shelves are never stocked, wife bought several items and some needed to be returned, cannot return because they were bought in the self checkout line. Last night 2 people on the floor to stock and run the store. 10 people waiting at register for over 10 mins, employees couldn't hear w headphones in.

The manager there Sheron was very nice and cared for her customers. Wish the manager at Dollar General on Hwy 19 by Walmart had personality or knew how to talk to people.

Management is horrible. She actually refused to sell items to me because of the way I look and practically tackled me at the door on my way in to take my purse from me because she thought I looked like a thief and made an announcement over the loud speaker saying she was watching me for theft monitoring even after I let her keep my purse. My tattoo's and hat do not mean I'm a thief. She failed to notice that the purse she made me leave was a $300 purse and I had plenty of money to spend. POOR MANAGEMENT

So sad to see cashier's working without proper training. Dg goes out of there way to help us save money with the new scan and go app. Cashier should know all aspects of how to operate a cash register. Decided to leave everything behind instead of stand ground and make a scene. Glad all Dgs aren't like this one.

This is the most miserable Dollar General I've ever been in, across several states and dozens of cities. Unhappy employees, miserable manager, disorganized, and you get the feeling coming in that you are extremely unwelcome. Manager rolled her eyes at me when I asked for assistance. I avoid this store as much as possible.

Good service under in stock but dg is corrupt 🙄 so they probably cut hrs in the middle of a pandemic probably store manager covering all shifts per their usual 🙄

I went in the store what time was it when we went to Two Dollar General about 8:20 and I sent my daughter in to get a drink I don't like certain drinks and the shelves were empty so I asked could I get my money back the girl was rude and said no she could not give me a refund because she was getting ready to close I think that was awful
