The Pharmacy Manager, Danielle is the most rude, and unprofessional Pharmacist, that I have ever encountered. I had an adverse reaction to a nasal spray, that was not my normal prescription, and she said was “ Call your doctor, it is not, our problem.” She has no empathy, or skills, befitting of a professional. I called corporate to report, how rudely, I was treated. A robot would have more compassion, than this woman.The pharmacy should notify clients, of a change in long term prescriptions! Horrible customer service!

This is the slowest pharmacy drive through ever. Prescriptions that are sent in take over 2 hours to fill. And sitting at the window will take up to 10 minutes before you're even helped by a tech.

Always have problems here I really don’t know why we get our scripts filled at this place. Insurance is telling us the price for a certain script, CVS is saying it’s not covered but will not call the pharmacy help number on the back of our insurance card that is a number directly for them to talk to our insurance company. It is not my wife’s responsibility to find out errors and such between pharmacy and insurance, stop being lazy and do your part to help people, not waste time and run them around in circles. If it was up to me I would give 1/4 of a star because honestly they are not even worth a single whole star.

Pharmacy stock is awful. Constantly out of multiple prescriptions monthly. Usually waited 5-6 days to have a prescription refilled before switching to another pharmacy by another company all together because the second CVS location in town was no better if not worse.

Seriously the worst pharmacy ever. Service is so slow and everyone working here apparently hates their job and it shows. There is no "good time" to go by. They are ALWAYS short staffed and running behind at the pharmacy. Will never use another CVS because of this place.

Great store with good selection and friendly employees. The only problem is getting in and out of the parking lot. It's not convenient if you need to turn left on North Hills St.
