Have been to Robby's several times over the past few years and got some good results and some not so good but usually if it's something they overlooked they generally make it right. At least they have for me. Price for labor a bit high especially when you on a fixed income like myself. I think they ought to give people who are struggling a little break on labor. All in all a good place and workers are friendly too.

Air conditioned show room, easy to park close to front door, fast service if you're the only one there, open early and on saturdays, stools at counter, they smile back at ya if it's anytime in the AM, family operated, and they take cash. Totally knowledgeable about everything they sell. Nice middle aged people from Mississippi.

I am impressed with there customer service. The staff takes time to get what there customers need and will help you put the lawn mower or whatever equipment you purchase in your vehicle. The staff also really wants feedback on there products so they can better sell the correct products for the job. For example the cutting edge Stihl battery operated push mower. I am in the process of giving the staff at Robbie’s feedback on that mower once I feel I have used it enough to justify giving good feedback. Nevertheless they care and if they did not the actions I described earlier would not have happened and I would be giving Robbies bad reviews but I am not, they get great reviews. Thanks Robby and staff!

Astoundingly poor service. They've had my mother's lawnmower for eight days. Every time we call and ask for an assessment of its problem, they tell us that they haven't gotten to it yet. When we ask for a timeframe, they say that they "can't" give us one. Even a busy car mechanic can diagnose a problem and get back to you within one to two days. Why they can't do so on a simple lawnmower is beyond me. What one might expect from local yokel rednecks, but not from a professional shop.I'll update this later if and when they ever get around to the mower.

My husband and I live in Pearl but we bought out cub cadet mower and UTV from Robby's. We take them back there for service because they are a great group. We wouldn't go anywhere else
