Always crowded. Ordered online for pickup but in 6 months of ordering, they are always out of 3 or 4 of the items I order. Wish they would make shopping screens more up to date with the store inventory. But definitely easier than trying to be a cashier at the self-cashier counter.

I was surprised that this location actually had live help at the registers, I normally avoid Walmart, but the fact that this one had cashiers and was a comfortable temperature will bring me back.good job management

This all depends on which Walmart you go too. The one on Riley Fuzzel is nice, but it's familiar to me. The one on 45n and Loretta crossing seems a bit more tidy and my best favorite is the one on beltway 8 and Westview

This store is absolutely ridiculous, 1/2 of this store is registers but only self checkout is open. None of them take cash. Wouldn't be so bad if they put the staff that they have sitting at the doors behind some of these registers. It's almost as if they don't want you to shop here

Prices are the highest I have seen, higher than Pittsburgh, higher than Atlanta. They make people pay, if you know what I mean. And they are consistently out of things that I have seen stocked in other places. It's like this community is being penalized by high prices and low supply. I haven't even been able to find the right formula for my child!

Service in the Automotive department was TERRIBLE!!!! Brought in a battery to get checked, they said I had one person ahead of me after charging my battery 30 minutes so they removed it. So I waited an hour, they didn't have it connected right and had to charge it again! So I ran some errands just to come back to find it still hasn't been charged. I got there at 2:30pm I left with an uncharged battery at 4:20pm absolutely horrible!! I spent my whole afternoon here for nothing!!!! Waste of time and waste of energy

Returned a battery a while back and the people couldn't read the number on the upc on the battery. They said it looked one way while my wife and I said another. Well they would not honor the warranty. I asked to see the store manager and both the ladies in automotive said he was off work. So next I called the complaint line . The lady on the line said talk to the store manager. I said what the others had informed me that he wasn't there. The lady in the line told me that he was there must be some kind of mistake. She couldn't get him on the line either. Well then she informed me that the mccomb Walmart store manager would call me between 1 and 4 days. That's been a couple of weeks ago. No call. It's ridiculous. All this over a sixty dollar car battery . The battery was under warranty . It's not worth to pursue it any farther. Though these ladies prejudices towards in automotive is a big problem at that store location. If they were white and I was an African American I would not have been treated this way. Remember if someone treats you or yours bad in the future that you helped someone justify themselves being hateful and rude to someone else. Stop the racism and hatred, or not and then see how everything works out.

Surprisingly, there were 6 cashiers open and working toady which was reminiscent of the old days of Walmart when they were geared toward customer service. I really hope they start caring about customers again.

My sister and I had made a delivery order. But they would not take the spending card which was fine.. so I had to go pick up the groceries we had ordered. I had to get a ride the first time I went they had no clue what I was talking about. Had to get order number. So came back got the order number from my sister phone.. u know because she has AN. ACCOUNT WITH THIS WALMART... Ok get back over there let them know we are back... After I had gotten a phone call from WALMART saying that our grocery order was ready to pick up.. we got there and waited FOREVER WHEN WE GOT HOME IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. IT WAS FROM THE MONTH BEFORE.. THEY HAD GIVEN AWAY OUR ORDER... OMG IT WAS A LOT WORSE THAN THAT BUT I DONT HAVE ALL EVENING...SO YES MY NAME IS ANGELICA RIDGEDELL AND THIS WALMART SUCKS!!!!

I'll just start with it was an absolute nightmare. If you are going to sell products to the public, you should be competent enough to price it right and make sure you do not have products on the shelf that do not belong out. That is what happened to me today. I added pictures of what they have for sell and the receipt to show Walmart has no clue what they are doing. The word inept comes to mind when dealing with Walmart. I spent one hour buying three kayak paddles. They had two sets that they say should not have been out. Not a problem, just go get me what I want and what is showing that you sell. Walmart is too incompetent to even make that happen. It took the better part of an hour to get this one simple little thing taken care of. I would gladly pay more money for the same product to not have to shop at Walmart. The problem is their cheap prices put everybody else that does know how to do business out of business. Absolutely disgusted with Walmart.

It’s horrible! Service is terrible, no stock . Employees are not courteous. Will run you over with pallet jacks. Ask for help and they go to the back and never come and give you information on what you asked for, you have to go and ask them about it. Absolutely terrible!

I missed lunch and was on the way to Tylertown so decided to stop here and grab a $5 bag to time me over! The drive through was wrapped around the building, and I mean all the way around it! I decided to pack and go inside. As soon as I got inside I knew that was a mistake. There were people waiting to place orders and a lot of people waiting for orders. It appeared that instead of taking one order after another, they would take an order and then fill a couple of orders-both inside and drive thru orders. No one person was dedicated to taking orders, you were at their mercy! This place was just a big confusion with nobody knowing what was going on!Food was all hot and taste and my order was correct. At least that part was satisfactory. However, you should not have to wait 20-30 minutes for food at a fast food join. C- for Wendys!

I went to this Wal-Mart today to see if they had anything better than the one in Jackson. Well it was a big disappointment they had hardly nothing, and this was the second Wal-Mart that I visited today. I went to the one in Brookhaven, and that one rocked, I mean that had very stocked shelves. All in all it was a sad state of affairs.

Prices at Walmart are close to Target.now. I guess that is why they have changed the design. Now change your check out. Target always has cashiers. I HATE self checkout. This should NOT be the norm. I do not get a W2 from Walmart. It is like work to go and shop there. You have to stop and know where they have moved stuff, check and bag your items, take it to your car...too much. Again, I do not Work there and should not be Forced to check my items. Bring cashiers back.

Auto center broke my key & tried to weasel their way out of replacing the key. The key in totality was 500.00$. The service guy who broke the key was more than generous gave me 200.00$ out his personal pocket.I did not accept I was very patient & understanding but I will never let them change my oil again.The manager in the auto mechanic department was very pass aggressive & very rude.Furthermore they are very unethical & unorganized!! New leadership is needed in all departments.
